My family and I stayed at this beautiful property for five nights. The property was clean and had everything we needed. The pool was wonderful. Easy drive to restaurants on the Coastal Hwy. We used the parking permit only once because it is only valid from 8:00 - 5:00 in non-metered parking spaces. Unfortunately there were not many parking spaces available and the few that were weren’t close to the beach. Also, if you want to stay in town for dinner, you have to move to metered parking. Next time we’ll rent a property walking distance to the beach.

Communication was always there. Easy arrival. Quiet community and clean house. Pool was a short walk away. Short drive to Rehobeth boardwalk or Dewey beach. Close to many restaurants. Everyone had enough room to spread out and enjoy themselves

We enjoyed our stay. The property was very clean and everything was as described. The traffic in the city is heavy and the beach is crowded. Maybe a better travel choice would be towards end of summer season. Parking near the boardwalk and beach costs $9 dollars for 3 hours.

Loved the access to the pool. Everything that you could want for the beach was right there so you didn’t have to haul chairs, umbrellas etc. with you. All the beach items were in excellent condition and easily accessible. The place was also very spacious which we liked. I took sheets and pillows and pillow cases with me, but I wish I would have taken blankets and all bedding. I had to wash all the blankets/comforters prior to using them. The bed in the master bedroom was lopsided and quite uncomfortable.

Well maintained property very accessible to the beach

Pat provided us with A LOT of information about the property and the Rehobeth Beach area. He was very responsive to our questions so that we were fully prepared for our visit. This was a multi generational stay with grandparents, parents and three young children. There were games for times in the unit, a pool and grill for around the unit and tons of beach chairs, sand toys and body boys for the whole crew. An A++++ experience.

The townhouse is very nice with two outside spaces, one on each level. Well equipped kitchen which we enjoyed using. We also enjoyed cooking on the bar b que grill.

The unit was very clean and spacious however no one is allowed to play outside in the back yard. We tried doing a family workout and the kids threw a football back and forth and we were told it wasn’t allowed by the homeowners association. The pool was very nice too. Nice central location for beach and dining/shopping but wouldn’t recommend renting with kids who want to play outside.

Prior to our arrival, Pat gave us all the necessary info and responded quickly to all of our questions! The arrival was simple and easy (as instructed) and the place was everything as described and more. It was very spacious, clean and provided us everything we needed. The parking pass and the chairs/beach toys were an amazing bonus to our stay! Thank you!

Pat’s place was just perfect for our trip. It’s outside the main hub of downtown, but just a 8 minute car ride away or 30-minute walk. The pool is lovely and the parking pass was super helpful. We very much enjoyed our stay and hope to come back soon!

The place was great and had a couple noticeable upgrades in furniture, including the living room couch which was a nice surprise!! Nice and clean! We love the neighborhood and pool too. So nice to have the beach chairs and Rehoboth parking pass available as well!

The condo and pool were very peaceful after the beach crowd and we appreciated the change of scenery. Pat was very responsive to any questions we had and provided help as needed. There were beach chairs that were comfortable and we were grateful for the convenience. Our only suggestion was to update the covers that were a little worn on the beds. Our family had a wonderful time enjoying Rehobeth and it's great downtown boutique stores too !

The location was ideal and with the use of the beach parking made the beach days worry free! Lovely pool, beautiful view from townhouse. The catch & release pond was no longer available, but a trail to nature preserve accessible just steps away from the townhouse provided a wonderful alternative! Pat was helpful and available for any questions!! Will definitely be back.

Great place to stay with a toddler

My husband and I stayed here for four nights with our one-year-old toddler and had a great time! Plenty of space for our son to roam around and a great collection of beach chairs and toys! The best part of this for us was the proximity to the huge pool, which we visited every afternoon. I would definitely recommend for a family with young kids.

We could not have asked for a better place to stay for our trip! The condo met the needs of everyone staying from sleeping arrangements, bathrooms, amenities, and distance to the beach! It was an amazing place to stay and made our trip that much more enjoyable! I would absolutely stay here again!
