What a beautiful condo and scenery!
Beaches and pools were very clean and gorgeous.
Condo was spacious, one bathroom had a leak and a couple issues with kitchen appliances. But property manager was awesome and super attentive. He did a great job!!!

Great location on the island. Close to many restaurants and activities. Beach access is easy. Place was clean and had lots of extra space for our large family.

Six sorority members met on HH Island to celebrate the 50th anniversary of their initiation It was an awesome weekend. The condo was laid out perfectly. Great size over 1800 sq feet. The 3 bedrooms and 3 baths was appreciated as each of us had our own bed and shared a bathroom with only 1 other sister. Much different than our college years lol! Location was close to everything. We ate at great restaurants, went on tours and enjoyed a morning sail. Fabulous girls weekend!!!

Being almost 87, I wanted to take my 2 none-biological daughters on a lovely vacation. I thought we could all use some relaxing downtime.
When we were about 15 minutes away, i received notice that our elevator wasn't operating and should be operable. I am handicapped and even getting to the third floor once a day, which I very painfully managed, was too much, so I became a virtual prisoner in our very nice and well-equipped condo.
Very luckily, while my daughters went up to look over the situation, I saw a landscaping crew and was able to recruit them to get our many bags upstairs.
We did have Peter, our contact person, get me reimbursed for that.
I almost immediately started to worry about how we'd get them back down, but since we were told that the elevator would be repaired Monday maybe things would be better.
However, today, the fifth day, this hadn't happened, so we were worriedly sitting there wondering how we could possibly leave, when Peter rescued us and sent 2 guys to us. Lo and Behold, we were soon on our way. The lady who answered my call at your rental company was neither polite nor helpful. Thank God for Peter who came through for us. He's a gem.

Great place for a vacation. The property was exceptionally clean and well decorated. Beds were comfortable. The condo is steps from the beach and pool. We had a minor issue arise at the property and management was quick to fix the problem. Would definitely recommend!

My family loved staying here. So close to the ocean and very private, not crowded at all. The condo was exactly like the pictures. Some of the beds weren’t the most comfortable but that would be the only complaint. It wouldn’t stop us from staying here again. Sure hope we can plan another stay in the future!

This condo was very conducive for a family of four (with 2 kids under 6) and grandparents to stay for a week. The private access to beach and pool was excellent. Lodging was clean and organized.

Our recent stay at the Palmetto Dunes resort was outstanding. The unit we had was beautifully furnished and completely updated. The unit over looked the ocean and was beautiful all day long. We completely enjoyed our stay.

Awesome Property
Being on the beach is such a plus when visiting Hilton Head. This property had a nice pool also. Grounds were beautiful. The unit itself was spacious, clean, nicely appointed and had great decks with views of the ocean. A lovely property!!!

Fantastic family vacation
This property was perfect! On the beach, with a pool, my grandsons happily scampered between the two. The unit was wonderful for six adults and two little ones. Well equipped, fabulous views, luxurious bathrooms. I will (hopefully) be coming back.

Great vacation spot!
It was our 1st time at HHI. This condo met all of our needs and wants. It is clean, updated, and most of all the views and balcony are amazing! Short walk to the beach. Children enjoyed the heated pool as well. This will definitely be the place to stay when we go back to HHI.

Amazing, Clean, Beautiful Property
Some friends and I were in town for the Pledge the Pink walk and stayed at this property. We were blown away by how amazing it was. I've stayed in lots of rental properties and this is the cleanest I've ever seen. It felt like brand new. The unit was well-stocked, beautifully decorated, conveniently located, spacious and lovely. The building had an elevator and luggage carts that were so appreciated as we hauled all of our things. The pools were clean and the chairs were plentiful and comfortable. We were able to take advantage of the hot tub for our sore muscles and were just a short walk from the beautiful beach. The view from the balcony was stunning and sunrise was breathtaking each morning. The balcony was incredibly spacious as well and had plenty of chairs. The stow-away cot was also comfy and in good condition. Everyone in our group remarked they would absolutely love to come back and stay here again and several us will likely do so and bring our families with us for vacation. I can't say enough things about how great our stay was. We'll certainly be back!

We really enjoyed your place, Covid has/is a pain and finding restaurants with outdoor seating was a chore but next time we will know more about the surroundings.
Our GPS kept trying to take us through a gated area but we figured it out and learned to ignore GPS.

Great Find at a good price
This was my first time going to Hilton Head so I wasn’t sure what to expect. The condo was spacious and clean. The balcony was a great place in the morning to look at and listen to the ocean while drinking coffee. It was in a wonderful area and I had no problem letting my teenagers go off on their own. At the same time there was more than enough for us to do with our 4 year old between the beach and the pools. I would definitely recommend this place to others.
