Quiet place, well equipped kitchen and private patio to enjoy on the sunny days. The space is 750 sq/ft with a large master bedroom and a smaller second bedroom. Family friendly, secure parking spot, and well equipped to provide a wonderful stay in Vancouver. TV with Netflix/Amazon Prime Video, Large patio available with both sitting and dining area, as well as a barbecue to enjoy with your family and friends. License or registration number: 23-156814 This reservation has a Firm cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 60 days prior to the check in date. A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least Kik 60 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 30 to 59 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 30 days prior to check-in. CanadaStays Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request. The place is really cute, great location to access downtown and touristic attractions. The place was spotless and really quiet for being in a busy street. Communication with the owners was fast and effective. I totally recommend this place and would stay there again for sure.

Wonderful apartment! Check in was easy and check out instructions were clear. The only feedback that I think of is that some direction for what to do with recyclables. We left it on the counter and are hoping that was ok!

The stay was great overall. I booked it because of the patio but the weather was a bit too chilly to use it. It would be great in the summer. The beds were comfortable. The living area is a bit small, with only the couch for seating, or the table and dining chairs. The garage parking was great to have. The road in front of the condo is a busy, major thoroughfare, but faces woodland. A nice walking trail goes over the street, and takes you into the park and seawall area. Very walkable neighborhood.

We enjoyed our stay at this small but well-equipped apartment. It was ideally located for visiting False Creek, Granville Island and downtown Vancouver. The hosts were friendly and very quick to respond to any questions.

Our stay was was great. The apartment was in a great location and made travelling with children east because Ro was able to provide a crib, high chair etc. Have already recommended to friends with families!

My husband and I enjoyed our two week stay at Ro's condo. The location suited our needs very well as we have adult children living nearby. There were grocery stores, coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. As well, we liked being close to Granville island. The condo was clean and nicely appointed. The bed was comfortable and the place was very quiet for sleeping as the condo was at the back of the building which was located on a busy street. We hope to stay here again on our next trip to Vancouver.

I really enjoyed this place but it is small! It was fine for us but it’s smaller than the pictures look… clean, close to ferry stop, near Whole Foods and restaurants… it was quiet. Good place!

Good location. Kitchen and space accommodated us well. we are in our 80s so stairs up to our unit and shower stepping into high tub without grab bars was a bit of a challenge.

Beautiful clean condo. We loved the location of this place. Easy walk to Granville Island and the train station. Located near some tasty restaurants as well. We were there on a really hot weekend and the portable air conditioner didn’t cool all the rooms but we made the best of it. The outdoor space is amazing. Would be nice to have a manual with more detailed information and location of things such as the garbage bins.

We loved our stay here. It was a perfect apartment for the 4 of us. Beautifully decorated, and had everything we need. A nice outdoor area also where we enjoyed our morning coffee. Location was great, close to the sea wall for easy and enjoyable walks, especially over to Granville Island. Ro was wonderful to communicate with, and very responsive. Definitely recommend!

This apartment was just what we needed. Convenient location from the skytrain from the airport with a 10 min walk to the apartment. Quiet location in safe area. Super comfy beds, well equipped, walkable to shops, cafes, restaurants and Granville island. We walked or used public transport to explore. Check in easy and communication with the owner was brilliant. Perfect location for our family. Thank you!

The apt is clean, bright, and convenient to the transit station, Save on foods, Whole Foods, etc., all less than 10 min walk. However, the nice deep soaking tub is remarkably slippery with no friction strips or pad inside. With no safety bar or anything else to grab there's nothing to hold onto to prevent falls. Husband almost fell twice. The open area in front of couch has no side table or coffee table, & no comfy chair so it's difficult to sit with others and enjoy a visit together. Master bed was really comfortable.

We are from California and have been dreaming about visiting Vancouver for quite some time now. This property was absolutely perfect for our family of 6 (we have 4 kids ranging from 1yr to 9yrs old). We were very impressed by how clean and comfortable the apartment was. There is a small wrap around patio that was perfect for getting a little fresh air without having to leave the property. We took a few family walks around the neighborhood where we were able to enjoy a beautiful view of the Vancouver city skyline and also stumbled upon one of the BEST Chinese restaurants I think we've ever had - If you stay at this property and enjoy some good Chinese food, we definitely recommend trying out Szechuan Chili Restaurant which is about a 2-minute walk from the apartment. Thank you very much to the owners for providing us with such a wonderful place to stay for our first trip to Vancouver. We enjoyed our stay very much and would highly recommend this property to any family looking to stay in the Vancouver area. If we ever vacation in this area again in the future, we would absolutely stay here again. Thank you!

We arrived later in the evening to Vancouver. The instructions were very helpful and were backed with contact info for Ro and Ana. The apartment is well placed within and without. Though on the first level, it feels quite secure. It was very clean. We enjoyed exploring the area and found the simplicity of the unit lent itself to relaxation .

Great location for our needs. Would suggest an operating manual is left in the apartment for oven, fire, dishwasher etc and the tv. Also for heating and hot water. It would have been very helpful. Would recommend the property.
