The private self check-in one-bedroom apartment in home with a private entrance facing the park-like backyard featuring a grill, fire pit for cool evenings, and an outdoor covered dining area. Dedicated double-deep parking space for cars PLUS an RV or Boat. * One block over to Sunset Beach. * 1 mile to Howard Park & Beach. * 2 miles to Historic Sponge Docks. * A 6 min to Gorgeous Innisbrook Golf Courses. The Copperhead Golf Course is the most recognizable of Innisbrook’s four golf courses and is the host course every March for the PGA TOUR’s Valspar Championship. * A 15 min to Honeymoon Island and the ferry to Caladesi Island voted consistently as one of the top 10 beaches in the US. * A 30 min to Clearwater Beach. Clearwater Beach dazzles with impeccable beaches and inviting waters. Trip Advisor named it the nation's #1 beach in 2018. There are lots of fun things in our area, there is a concert at Sunset Beach the first Thursday of each month. Sunset Beach Park is a local favorite with kite boarders, boaters, fishermen, and a perfect place to watch the Sunset. Howard Park with a beach, picnic sites, kayak trail through mangroves, walking trails and a lot of BBQ sets. The Sponge Docks has gift shops, restaurants and boat tours out to one of the islands, you might see dolphins and manatees. Explore the River, Bayous and The Gulf of Mexico. All are a perfect setting for boating, fishing and swimming or just communing with nature. A quick 1.6 mile drive/ride to the Pinellas Trail (over 50 miles of paved cycling/walking trails covering the whole county). Free bicycles are available for use at my place.

The neighborhood was great-quiet and walkable. Loved the short walk to the beach for beautiful views. The bed was not the best but overall it was a great experience.

Lots of room and sunny. Nice to have separate entrance and use of back yard. Plenty of parking space. We did not inquire about the bikes because we had other plans each day. All items in the listing are accurate. May was a wonderful host and always replied quickly with information and replies to our questions. Location is great! Would definitely recommend this rental and would stay again if in the area.

We were very lucky that we selected a perfect location that near beaches, restaurants and lovely neighborhood. The owners are very nice and helpful. There were always there when we have some needs.We will absolutely recommend to friends and come back again 😄😄

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location. The rental was clean, well-stocked, and beautifully decorated. As mid-westerners, we enjoyed spending the end of each evening on the back porch. The hosts were helpful, friendly, and respected our privacy. It was the perfect place for us and we'll be back!

The location could not have been anymore perfect. It was easy to find and super close to beach access and shopping. We had plenty of room to enjoy our coffee on the patio area in the morning. May and Robert were so kind to us! Loved meeting there dog Lion! The inside matched the pictures and was actually larger than I thought. Perfect for a girls trip! We will be back next year!

The location was excellent, The apartment had everything you needed (we could easily live in it, long term). Very clean and nicely decorated. Overall, a very nice place with very pleasant hosts. Best vrbo we've stayed at (it was our 5th).

Property as described in a great location walking distance to the beach or drive plenty of free parking. May our host kept us well informed and quick to respond to any questions everything we needed was available. Highly recommend the restaurant Rusty Bellies also if you visit! Thanks May it was a blast our only disappointment was we didn’t have long enough so hope to come back to you soon!! Thank you.

This property is located so perfectly in Tarpon Springs. Walking/biking distance to Sunset Beach and my favorite Howard Beach about a mile north. The downtown area and spongedocks are also so convenient to visit. The little garden oasis in the back of this property is so cute as well with all the produce the owners had growning!

May is a great hostess, and her property is first class. Too many VRBO properties are decorated with garage sale castoffs. Not May's place, it is clean and up to date. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

My fiancé and I stayed for four nights in February, May had a nice little information book for the guests with restaurants and attractions listed. The bicycles were available for us to use, a gas grill was also available. The furniture was comfortable, the bed was very nice as well. The place was roomy, very clean, a quiet and easy to find neighborhood. May and her husband (and pup!) we’re very friendly and welcoming. We would definitely stay again!

Exactly as pictured! Great location near Sunset Beach and close to Howard park as well. Two bikes were made available to us although a tornado warning and heavy rains prevented their use. Apartment is ground level and felt very private and quiet. Extremely clean, comfortable furnishings. A quick trip to a market for breakfast items and we were right at home. Host greeted us to help when I forgot combination code and communication was good and available if needed. Tarpon Springs was lovely around the holidays and we hope to return soon!

Perfect size for a cozy getaway. Very clean & well appointed. Beautifully decorated and everything you need to enjoy your stay. Easy access to beaches, restaurants, shopping, etc. We would certainly recommend this rental!

The location was good and the apartment was clean. It was small but plenty of space for the 2 of us. Having a washer/dryer in the unit was a big plus. We had a problem with the door but the host responded very quickly and resolved our issue. We were satisfied with our stay.

Our stay was pleasant and it had everything we needed. The owners were quick to respond and very helpful. Ideal for a couple to stay here. Loved the little town of Tarpon Springs. The old houses were beautiful as were the sunsets at Sunset Beach. The waters at Howard were not the greatest but were calm. We saw lots of little fish.

Lovely stay. May gave us local tips but also left us alone. The place was super clean and had everything we needed. Also, perfectly quiet. We could not hear one bit of traffic, which is often a sticking point for my husband. We would definitely come back!

Location is walking distance to Sunset Beach and short drive or bike ride to Howard Beach. Got fantastic sunrise and sunset photos. Early AM walker so neighborhood was safe & local walkers were friendly. Apartment was comfortable with everything we needed. I'm a gardener so the backyard garden and patio were a quiet, peaceful place to spend mornings & evenings. Robert and May live upstairs and were excellent hosts. Highly recommend this location.

We enjoyed this beautiful and well equipped property for 10 days. It is a short 1 block walk from Sunset Beach and is conveniently located close shopping, the Sponge Docks and the bayou. May was a great hostess - allowed us plenty of privacy but was always available if we needed something. I cannot think of a single amenity that was not provided. From the comfortable bed to the well appointed kitchen and supplies for a trip to the beach, I would recommend May’s rental to anyone visiting Tarpon Springs.

From an old peoples perspective, ground level living, important and great here. Bedding and lighting, important. Good overall and in need of consideration in some areas, night lighting and countertops lite a bit more. The bedding is me, 6' 4" only does fair here. We really did enjoy our stay here and able to get rested. The restaurants with great food and the fellowship while relaxing were all enjoyable. Thanks for the memories.
