Walk through the front door into your 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath, spacious townhouse featuring a short walk to the beach and beautiful views of the bay from two private balconies. Great location and free WiFi included. This beach house is only 5 years old and contains all the comforts of home that you will need to thoroughly enjoy your vacation. As you enter the foyer, you will see the first-floor nautical bedroom which contains a queen bed, dresser, night table, and a full bathroom with a beautifully tiled shower. The foyer hallway leads to a 1 car garage which houses 5 beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and beach toys for the children. As you ascend to the second floor, you will enjoy the sunny, open floor plan which connects the living room, modern kitchen, powder room, and large dining room. The gourmet kitchen features a granite breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances, Keurig, blender, coffee pot, and all the necessary amenities to prepare your favorite meals. The living room offers a brand new (2020) sectional sofa as well as a brand new pull-out queen sofa bed, and a 55" 4K TV. The remaining three bedrooms on the third floor also provide plush mattresses and plenty of drawer and closet space to make you feel at home. The master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, 43" 4K TV, walk-in closet, and adjoining full bathroom containing double sinks and a beautiful oversized tiled shower. The other two bedrooms are also beautifully decorated with one bedroom housing a queen-sized bed and the fourth bedroom containing two twin beds. The hallway leads to another full bathroom with a tub and tiled shower as well as a washer/dryer unit for your convenience. Enjoy the rolling waves and sandy beach or venture out onto the bay on your rented kayak or paddleboard. The Jolly Roger Amusement Park is approximately two miles away, and the infamous Seacrets bar/restaurant is about a mile away. Remember to visit Kandy Kitchen if you have a sweet tooth. There are also many delicious restaurants close by. The Touch of Italy is located across the street offering authentic Italian food, and Dead Freddie's Island Grill is a few blocks away offering amazingly delicious seafood entrees. Also, a couple of blocks away is the famed Dough Roller serving up delicious meals for breakfast, lunch, and casual dinner. We had the best time on my bachelorette weekend. This was just what i needed for a recharge. Dianes home was beautiful. We arrived alittle early and were able to access the house right on arrival. Her home was very clean, spacious, cozy and had everything we needed. We all were comfortable with sleeping arrangements with 8 girls. We loved our stay and will definitely be returning!

As a family we have been staying at various places in OCMD for decades, and this is by far the best all around accommodation we have stayed! Now having a family where all of our kids are grown, and several have added spouses, the ability to provide privacy in sleeping/rooms is invaluable, and this is the first time that all of us have had an actual bed to sleep in such a long time. The property is bright, clean, fresh, and perfectly located in midtown, a short walk from the beach, and a short walk or car ride from all of our favorite restaurants, shops, and attractions in OCMD. Can't say enough good things about this property! In addition, the communication with Diane was second to none. Thanks Diane, from all of us!

Floors and refrigerator were extremely clean. There were plenty of towels and start-up supplies. Community pool was very well-maintained. Neighborhood was quiet and location to everything was very convenient!

This beautiful home is even bigger and more beautiful in person! We had a great stay and loved how close we were to the beach. Having a pool across the street is definitely a bonus. Diane was so easy to communicate with and even let us check in early which was super helpful for us!

Diane’s house is beautiful! She is extremely responsive and professional, answering all questions promptly and providing extremely detailed and helpful instructions and resources. My family and I traveled with another family (we both have small children) and loved all of the extra accommodations that made our stay even more enjoyable, including pool and beach toys, beach chairs and of course the Keurig coffee maker. On top of that, the location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach and many restaurants and activities. We would absolutely stay here again!

Our stay was great! This home was extremely clean bedrooms were spacious and beds were very comfy! 2 balconies overlooking nice views! Very close to pool which we had access to with getting there early and relaxing until check in. Close to every location we wanted to visit! The house had everything we needed and loved the beach decor through out the house! Diane was amazing! Very accommodating and very quick with responses as well as checking in with us to see if we needed anything and making sure we had a great visit! Highly recommend this place and will definitely be looking to stay here again in the future!

we had a great stay! place was large enough for all of us in the common rooms. They need to keep extra trash bags for kitchen and small bags for bathrooms. We had to go buy some. Kitchen sink needs fixed, I messaged Diane and she got right back to me. Cleaning company needs to do a more thorough job, there was trash under 2 of the beds, trash under sofa, a juice box behind end table and it looks like someone slopped something on side of end table wasnt cleaned. side of refrigerator had tried jam or something dried on it. Vents in some of the bedrooms were terrible with dust. but overall a great location and having a garage with outside water to rinse things off was a huge plus. We will definetly come back, hoping the cleaning crew does a little better.

This beach house & location was perfect for my family and I. We celebrated our parents anniversaries and my husband birthday. The beach house had all the amenities we needed and it was very spacious. If we had any questions or concerns, The host was very prompt and quickly responded. I would highly suggest this beach house and hope to book it in the future. Believe all the other reviews from previous renters. The beach house was really perfect for our stay.

The location was perfect for our family. Places to eat and entertainment for the younger children just a few blocks away. The beach was two blocks away. Chairs & umbrellas made available by owner. House was spotless when we arrived. Kitchen had everything we needed. We highly recommend this place !

We loved this property. We spent the weekend randomly saying how great the property is. We came in the off-season, so we were able to park out front as well as the driveway. It had everything we would've wanted and all kinds of cute touches. It was really nice and convenient to the main road.

This condo was perfect for our Girl's Weekend. Plenty of space to spread out and talk, drink and knit! Sleeping arrangements were perfect for us five "over 50" women. Communication with Diane was great! We are already planning to come back next year!

The property was gorgeous! Great location. Very clean. With all the amenities that are included its better than staying at any hotel. The beach chairs and umbrellas that were provided were a plus! We didn't have to travel with our own. Short walk to the beach and surrounded by restaurants. Perfect property for a girls trip. Diane, the owner was easy to communicate with and extremely attentive. She responds within minutes. We will be making this an annual trip! Look forward to renting this property in the future

The check in process was extremely simple & Denise was very communicative! The townhouse was better than we expected and very spacious! It was helpful that linens, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and towels were included. This made it very easy to travel!! The location is perfect in regard to restaurants and bars! It was nice not to have to worry about parking either. Although we didn’t use the pool, it was right across from the garage!

Very spacious, perfect for multiple families. The decor and layout are pleasing. Very easy walk to the beach and a nice view of the bay. 70th street is wonderful for being close to activities but not having the busier beaches closer to hotels and the boardwalk. I would rent again.
