Newly renovated apartment in a great central location

Very good location in the centre of Seville. Newly renovated, well-designed apartment with everything you need for a city break (such as a dishwasher with tablets, washing machine and clothes airer - they’ve clearly thought about what guests need). The hosts were very responsive and always got back to us quickly. They also provided a cot for our stay which was great.

There wasn’t great ventilation in the bathroom so the towels stayed damp. It would have been good to have some larger, better quality towels as well. We also didn’t find the bed particularly comfortable but some nicer, softer pillows would probably help here.

A 5 night stay in Seville, in a pleasant apartment, in a good situation.

The Apartment was very well situated being between the river and the old centre. It was spacious and had everything we needed. We cooked in 2 nights which was a little tricky with not much in the way of equipment, but most people would eat out with the lovely bars and restaurants nearby. Comfy bed.

Our apartment did not have any outside windows onto the street, we had Flat 3. Another time I would want the one with outside windows as it was a little gloomy once in the flat with not much natural light. Also a bit disappointed we could not leave our suitcases due to a later flight. A hotel would have that facility.

Emplacement idéal à deux pas des monuments historiques. Appartement atypique.

Propreté des sols très limite. Salle de bains qui n’est pas du tout adaptée pour une utilisation quotidienne et qui dénote avec le soin apporté au reste de l’appartement. Canapé très inconfortable. Très mauvaise insonorisation (escaliers, canalisations de l’appartement du dessus, femmes de ménages). Aucune lumière du jour. Aucun dépôt de bagages ne peut être réalisé avant 11h30, dommageable pour une arrivée à 8h et des demandes acceptées auparavant par mails…

Extremely happy and satisfied with the stay at this property. Great location, welcoming team and very clean and modern apartments with all the facilities. The Jacuzzi is a great addition in the Penthouse apartment.

Great staff support. Bit surprised as it is 10p% self catering so no room cleaning for 4 days. Hot water not working properly ut staff was very helpful. Location excellent

Excellent apartment and fab location!

Great location near to the cathedral. Great apartment and facilities. Spotless and modern fittings. Loved the hot tub and sun deck. Staff very good and answered any questions I had. Would return and highly recommend.

Great apartment in great location.

Great location and quiet neighborhood. Kitchenette is very well equipped and the jacuzzi and the rooftop provided a great place to relax and stare at the starry night sky.

There was a mistake with checkin time. When I first booked the apartment I selected 11pm for checkin and later on, the plan changed and I updated the check in time to 3pm on Booking.com app. The update is somehow not reflected to the property manager and so the apartment was not ready for check in on my arrival. The manager was nice enough to let us leave our luggage in the apartment as the cleaners continued cleaning. The coffee capsule was also not enough, we were three guests living there for three days two nights and we were only given 3 coffee capsules. It would be great to have more as Sevilla is a great city with many things to explore so we need every bit of caffeine possible. ;)

Fantastic location and easy to access with key code. Very clean and surprised to find wine in fridge

Location was fantastic to Santa Cruz / Old Town and river boardwalk. Loved that we could use washing machine and hang clothes in private courtyard. Even an iron available. Great apartment with kitchenette. We loved our stay here.

A wonderful apartment. Modern clean and comfortable. Had an upstairs bedroom ( which we didn’t use) that led to an outdoor terrace, spa and an ideal place to hang your washing! Fantastic location.

Chic, Modern, and Well-Equipped Place in the Heart of Seville

The best feature about this place is central air. I don’t think I have ever seen a centrally climate-controlled apartment in Spain. It was amazing. The bed was so comfortable. One of the best beds I have tried out of over 300 hotel stays. The staff was so attentive and patient. Really this place is amazing.

There should be a towel hanger next to the bathroom sink. And it wasn’t super clear where I could put a toilet paper near the toilet. Some hanging basket of shelf in the shower would be nice to put my shower toiletries. With some more attention to detail, this place could reach another level of excellence.

Superb

Location was perfect, right next to plaza de toros, arrival was very easy and also it was very central, but quiet at the same time. Apartment was very big, very clean, with big spaces, big rooms and everything that we needed. They let us leave the bags early while they were cleaning it. We enjoyed it very much.

1 of the showers (upstairs) was blocked. We had 2 toilets though, so we used the one downstairs.

Clean modern apartment with all the amenities and a lovely rooftop patio.

The apartment is in a great location. Easy to walk to restaurants and several tourist sites. It was really clean and had everything we needed. We arrived early in the morning and the host let us check in early which was really great.

Stylish apartment, perfectly placed for exploring Seville

The apartment is really central, just a one minute walk from the main cathedral square and one street in from the river. There are lots of bars and restaurants to choose from, many just a few steps away, but the apartment is super quiet and the kitchen well equipped (although no tea towel). Arriving was simple and straightforward, we were sent the access code just before check-in. The manager was very quick to respond to queries and could not have been more helpful. Seville is a lovely city. You can walk from the apartment to all the major attractions, there are beautiful parks nearby and great shopping. We would definitely book this 1st floor apartment again.

Having read previous reviews, we knew that some apartments face the internal courtyard. Initially, this was a bit disconcerting (opening the curtains isn't an option unless you don't mind being overlooked by your neighbours) but, as we spent most of our time exploring Seville, the apartment became a quiet little sanctuary at the end of each busy day. The internal courtyard could be lovely but instead it looked rather unloved and soulless. The dusty plastic plants seem out of place when compared to the very stylish, clean, and carefully arranged apartment.

Great location, very helpful staff, small apartment

The property was advertised as for four adults and a small child. Really it was a two adults apartment with a (very comfy) sofa bed. Hardly any storage space. We hung our outdoor coats over the dining chairs.

so beautiful and very central. also less than 1 mile from the half marathon start line. it was modern and clean, and everything you need to cook for yourself. the hosts were very helpful too

Superb

It was a very clean, spacious, and comfortable apartment. The location was perfect and very central - it was a very short walk to get to the popular spots such as the cathedral and the Palace. There were many restaurants and bars close by which was also very nice.

The apartment was very nice - spacious and comfortable, but there are a few comments I have. On the ground floor of the apartment, there is no privacy, and anyone in the entrance courtyard can look in through the see-through blinds. Also, the lid of the water kettle in our apartment was broken and could be dangerous. The final suggestion I have would be to leave more coffee capsules - there were only 4 in our apartment, and we were with 4 people for 3 days.
