Located in Hilton Head Island, this lovely villa for $273 per night is a great option for your next break. Unit 3116 Hilton Head Resort * Two Bedrooms * Two Full Bathrooms * Sleeps 6 Comfortably * Master Bedroom With King Bed * Guest Bedroom With Two Full Beds * Located on the First Floor * Hardwood Floors * Granite Countertops * Stainless Steel Appliances * Professionally Decorated * Interior Porch that Overlooks Pool/Atrium This villa was recently remodeled in Spring of 2019, and features memory foam mattresses, flat screen Roku TVs (you must log in to your own streaming accounts), a fully equipped kitchen (bring your own coffee, spices, etc.), LED lighting throughout, plush bath towels, and starter packs of dish soap, toilet paper, and paper towels (you may need to buy more during your stay as these are not replenished). All linens including comforters are brand new and are changed out in between each guest. There will be a beach wagon available for your use. We do not provide beach chairs or toys, however these items may be available for your use as they are often left behind by previous guests. We do not guarantee the condition or availability of beach items. **YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN BEACH TOWELS** Hilton Head Island is famous for its wide stretching beaches, and the oceanfront is just a 10-15 minute stroll down the private Hilton Head Resort boardwalk. Along the way you will encounter abundant sea-marsh wildlife from turtles to egrets. If you prefer a quicker route, just hop aboard the beach shuttle which has regularly scheduled runs throughout the day. At the end of the boardwalk, you'll find Coco's--a wonderful, beach-side bar and grill. Hilton Head Resort features amenities galore, including 2 outdoor pools, an indoor heated pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness center, indoor walking track, onsite bike rentals, six lighted tennis courts, a poolside deli and gift shop, a beachfront bar and grill, beachfront restrooms, beach volleyball court, and a front gate with 24/7 security. Golfing is abundant in either direction when leaving the resort grounds. Guests love to take advantage of Hilton Head's extensive network of bike/pedestrian trails. Great stay. Had everything that we needed. Short walk to beach. Instructions for WiFi are wrong in posting and check In instructions and book in room. Had issue with the iron but was quickly fixed. Would stay again!!

The condo was exactly as described and very clean. I would recommend perhaps giving folks a guide on working the TV as it took us a few days to figure that out. also the Wi-Fi USER ID AND password provided in email before the trip was incorrect! figured that out after a bit. There was a knocking noise in the unit around 6 am every morning not sure if it was the plumbing or what! The AC thermostat didn’t go below 68 and couldn’t set like above 70 not sure if it was broke or rigged that way. the master bed was very comfortable. The complex has a board walk with shuttle service which was nice. strongly suggest not walking that boardwalk as it is a good distance to the beach. otherwise impressed as to how maintenance kept the pool area and grounds clean

We visited Hilton head for the first time and this location was perfect. It was minutes from the ocean, had all the amenities of home as well as lots of bonus features like indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts, hot tub, poolside bar/restaurant. It was minutes from lots of local attractions. We would definitely recommend this property to someone who is looking for a beach getaway.

This condo is nicely furnished, comfortable, and welcoming. The building has an indoor swimming pool, an indoor track, and fitness center. Just a 5-10 minute walk across a private boardwalk to the ocean and a seaside bar/ grille. Centrally located on the island, it's just a short drive to any of the main attractions, restaurants, shopping, golf, etc. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and check-in is a breeze. The only downside is the walls and windows are not very sound dampening, so you hear anybody outside in the parking lot. Thankfully this building is back off the street so you don't get traffic noise. Definitely recommend!

Enjoyed our 3 night stay in Hilton Head. We had to figure out how to get to the first floor since you actually use the outside elevator to get to first floor from the ground level you park on. But after that it was convenient to get to. Nice comfortable beds, plenty of linens and towels, well stocked kitchen, large flat screens in every room and easy access to all the indoor things like the pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, gym and track. Would stay here again.

We spent the 7 days of Thanksgiving week at this rental and had a perfectly nice time. Everything was clean and, other than one toilet paper holder, was well-maintained. The linens were clean, the beds were comfortable and all the appliances were in great working order. I appreciated the proximity to the pool and other inside amenities and while it could get a little noisy at peak hours, it was nothing that couldn't be masked by a Hallmark movie :). We had beautiful weather and ended up spending more time at the beach than the pool, and really enjoyed the boardwalk path to the beach and being able to bike to our family in nearby neighborhoods. My family stayed in multiple locations in the area and gathered at one main house in Palmetto Dunes. If we were to come back to HHI, I would rent this little gem again.

Super cute and Very clean. Excellent renovations. Towels and bedding were perfectly white. Manager was very attentive to all questions. The atrium was closed for repair which was a huge bummer but not the owner’s fault. We will definitely be back!

The condo was clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space in the bedrooms for all of our things. The kitchen was adequately stocked which was appreciated as we cooked the majority of our meals on this trip. We enjoyed the pools, especially the indoor pool. Although it was slightly long, we enjoyed our evening walks to the beach and even our 2 year granddaughter was able to walk the entire way. We were able to see alligators and a turtle in the lagoon and a small shark and lots of crabs and seashells on the beach. The location of the condo was convenient to everything on the island. Overall we had a fantastic week and would definitely rent this condo again!

Description of property was very accurate. Everything was clean and new towels on each bed. There was no beach wagon as advertised, and there was some sand on one of the sheets when we got there. Nice location kind of far walk to the beach, but the shuttle was really nice. Overall we had a nice stay.

The condo was exactly as described, and check in and check out was a breeze. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. Sometimes the hallway/common area with the pools was a little noisy (even late at night), but other than that we had a great stay!

The property was ok. We did find a pair of sweatpants rolled up between the couch cushions, and I did not realize this particular unit was in the building with the indoor pool. I was most disappointed about the owner unwilling to reschedule our date. My sister became ill and because he would not allow us to reschedule, even during the off season, we had to leave her behind. I will not ever book from this owner again.

This building was the best for our family (kids 8,4). The indoor pool was amazing! My husband ran on the indoor track and used the weight room. The location of the building was great for everywhere we wanted and needed to go. We totally recommend!

We really enjoyed the Hilton Head Resort property during Thanksgiving week. The condo itself is nicely appointed, recently renovated, and clean. It is also very well located on the resort property--a convenient walk to indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna. We especially enjoyed the walk to the beach over the long boardwalk and the beautiful scenery surrounding it.
