Make our home your home away from home. Brand new townhome along with everything in it. 3bed/2.5 bath home sleeps 8 with two queen beds, 2 single beds, a sofa, and full size air mattress. The home offers a fully appointed kitchen with everything you need for your stay. The home is equipped with all new kitchen appliances, full dining with seating for 6-8 , 4K UHD TV, Netflix, and large capacity washer/dryer. We are close to everything! This home is well suited for large families, singles, or couples looking to relax and reconnect. The house was nice however a few things were not together. Queen bed upstairs had trash under the bed upon arrival. The upstairs bathroom had damage on the wall and the outlets did not work for hair dryer. The home did not have beach towels which it said that they did. Also a lock was broken in the garage. I did reach out to just make sure they knew and that we wouldn’t be blamed for this damage and lack of supplies. They knew so over all it was a great weekend trip. We had control of the air condition which we hadn’t at others and that made all the difference. Would stay again. 4 out of 5

I would stay there again. The location was great. Only a couple of problems, the downstairs bathroom light didn't work, and there was no washcloths. But overall it was a good stay

The location was perfect for the events we had at bay center and Sanger theater. The house was stocked with everything needed just need to run out and buy groceries. It was spacious for our family of 4. The only negatives were that there no tvs in the bedrooms and the outside porch was always full of flies. Would definitely stay here again!!

Birthday Celebration with Family & Friends
My birthday celebration “Girl’s Trip” with my two sisters, niece, and two girl friends was a blast. The condo was just as described, clean, sanitized and well decorated for comfort. We were looking to find a location with a beach that was not too far of a drive from Atlanta. Everywhere we went was less than a 15 minute drive from the condo. This property was stocked with everything you would need on vacation, and I would definitely select this location again.

This was a great VRBO for our stay. We were close enough to all the downtown activities, the ballpark, and the bridge to Pensacola Beach. The pool was great. We only used it a few times, but it was great entertainment for the kids.

Wedding at Old Christ Church
This was a great VRBO for our stay. We were close enough to all the downtown activities, the ballpark, and the bridge to Pensacola Beach. The pool was great. We only used it a few times, but it was great entertainment for the kids.

The property is very nice inside. Parking is very limited on street. Two small vehicles can squeeze into the driveway.
Kitchen is well stocked for a short stay. The living/dining area worked great for our group dinner night. About 10 of us were able to gather at the table.

We met the property manager upon arrival who was extremely nice and helpful. The only negative was the tv/WiFi was down during our stay and cell service in the area wasn’t great. Can’t live without technology nowadays; especially the kiddos. So we had to be creative during our down time.

This place is so pretty and set up perfectly for our son’s wedding weekend. The owners are very organized and informative. And Pensacola didn’t disappoint!

The description of the home talks about the pristine cleanliness, however the stove top and cabinets were not cleaned, towels and bathroom rugs still in the dryer, broken blind on back door, grilled had been used by previous renters and mess still on patio, walls had been spot painted throughout and is very noticeable, throw pillows on master bed nasty. My daughter took pictures and video of all of these concerns. Just needs some TLC. Could be great location. I think owner not aware that the property management company is not cleaning properly. I am in property management myself and would be ashamed. Only bare cleaning done. NOT Pristine and definitely not CDC guidelines. Also on two occasions the home was entered without ample notice. Once the Property Manager came with painters and walked through the house. The second time an Appraiser came, entered without knocking and took pictures. My 18 year old daughter and friend were in the house and it scared them so bad they hide in a closet. I know that might sound funny...but I was so anger when I heard this happened. I received email that day from owners regarding the Appraiser coming, but who reads email when on vacation. We had all our personal items in the home including money. This should have been noted when booking the house or given notice before vacation. One last complain...we were not given information about the pool guidelines until cxl policy was not possible. I was kind of surprised by the information surrounding pool use, however it turned out not to be an issue, we enjoyed the beach. Just FYI I have never given a bad review before. We travel and rent around the Florida every year and this is a first. We have been blessed with very awesome vacation homes. We did enjoy the beach and we did relax...just did not appreciate the interruptions and questionable cleanliness of the home. The property is nice and we adapted to enjoy our visit to Pensacola; however it did not fulfill our expectations. For the cost, I was expecting more. The garage had a horrible smell and with some trash in the floor. It seems that the previous customers cooked fish and the trash was not properly handled. It was advertised as a property where 8 can sleep, however it did not have beds for all. There is an inflatable mattress so we everybody had somewhere to sleep but not enough sheets. I had to request more bed sheets that was provided until the second day of stay. No-one to call, just messaging through email.

We loved our time in Pensacola! The pictures are very accurate, and the home is extremely nice. Our family of 5 had ample room to occupy the home comfortably. There was sand present in the master shower upon our arrival, but everything else seemed spotless. Rho and CC were very quick to answer any questions prior to arrival and during our stay! The pool is pristine and with the Pensacola Bay bridge now open, the commute was approx 15 mins to the gulf!
