Conveniently located inside the gated Stillwaters community there are several restaurants and marinas in the near vicinity. Other units available in the same complex makes this a great opportunity for large family gatherings! Boat trailer parking available at the Marina. Limited Pontoon Boat & Jet Ski rentals available. Stayed out at Lake Martin in this great condo for Auburn Family Weekend. Comfortable bed; kitchen stocked with the necessities for a stay; comfy sofa. Would absolutely return when we're back in Auburn for a football weekend (or just a long weekend - it's so nice & relaxing out at the lake!)

we were very impressed with the property. The pool was excellent. The amenities were as stated very good. You were able to rent a pontoon if you wanted and JetSki’s also We spent seven days and enjoyed every one of them. The owners were very accommodating to our text messages I would highly recommend this to anyone An excellent condo for the amount of rent required

Condo was clean comfortable only draw back was the condo was very hot in the evening due to sun beaming in and curtains need to be heavier to help block it took forever to cool the condo back down

Easy access. Quick responses from property manager. Loved the location on the lake and access to kayaks and paddle boards. Would give 5 stars for being clean, but need to get under the beds, the returns, and such (a little dusty). Master Bed fan/light - unable to turn off light with fan on as pull chain was broken - reported and hope its fixed for next person.

Great property for a short weekend getaway. The views from the balcony are so relaxing and the amenities at the property are an added bonus. We had everything we needed and enjoyed visiting the local places in Stillwater’s for dinner and drinks.

This was an amazing condo for a family of 5. We had everything we needed. The kitchen was stocked with dishes for us to cook. The beds were great however if you are a specific pillow person bring your pillow. I forgot my pillow but it doesn't take away from the condo. The view was amazing and the pool was stocked with toys for the kids which was a nice touch. Overall we had a blast and Nick and Frank were amazing. We will be back this summer and again in the fall!

My new favorite place to stay on lake Martin!! Location is great, Amenities are great! We loved the private beach area with chairs, fire pit, Heated swimming pool, kayaks, paddle boards, and canoes were an absolute hit for everyone. Quiet neighborhood on the golf course with amazing views! The grilling area is amazing and the condo has everything you need! Do yourself a favor and book now! You won’t regret it!

The pictures do not do it justice…this condo is like having your own private retreat within the neighborhood! It looks directly over the pool, the private beach has paddle boards to use for free and jetski’s to rent. The views are gorgeous!! My girlfriends and I had a fabulous time and will be renting again very soon!! Nick if you ever sell this unit please let us know, I could retire there!!!!!!!

We had a great time. The space is larger than expected and had everything we needed. The place is very convenient especially if you bring your own boat/jet skis as the neighborhood has a marina in it with easy access to trailer storage. Nick and Frank responded very quickly to any questions and were very friendly. Would recommend!

We had a great time and the place was great. We loved the pool, beach swim area and dock for our boat. The condo was great, but I would recommend black out curtains. This was our first overnight stay on the lake and loved it.

Condo needs updating - kitchen appliances and basis’ setup of pots, pans, bowls, baking pans, glassware. Needs blender and new toaster. Ceiling fan blades in great room needs a good cleaning, Needs lamps and another side table in great room, Additional chairs would be great as there is only a sofa and recliner in this area. Light bulbs missing in some of the bathrooms light fixtures. Remote control missing from master BR.

Great location and loved the amenities! My daughter enjoyed the beach, canoes, pool and lake. We hardly stayed in the condo! Also had a place for us to park our boat.
