Nestled in Oceanside, this attractive condo for $408 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Captain's Quarters - A216 at North Coast Village Looking for an ocean view beach condo at a reasonable price? Welcome to Captain's Quarters, a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, single-story condo with whitewater ocean views from the balcony. The kitchen and baths have been recently remodeled with new cabinets and granite counters. The spacious living room has a sofa, love seat, and chair with ottoman. The primary bedroom has a king size bed, and the second bedroom has two queen beds. One bath has a tub/shower combination, and the other a walk-in shower. Make My Vacation also provides all linens and towels, beach chairs and beach towels. The Living Room TV is provided for your entertainment, as well as free wireless Internet. Captain's Quarters is a great place to come back to after a day in the sea, sand, and sun, or after enjoying one of the many fun destinations within a short drive from North Coast Village. This condo is located at North Coast Village, an oceanfront complex between the Oceanside Pier and the Harbor. The A Building has its own heated pool and spa, barbecues, laundry, and table tennis. Of course you also have access to all the other amenities of North Coast Village as well. The landscaping surrounding the A Building has just been re-done, and it is gorgeous! You'll have access to amenities such as billiards, foosball, table tennis, a fitness center with sauna, and a barbecue area overlooking the pool. You will find reserved garage parking, cable television, a recreation center, clubhouse with kitchen, massive stone fireplace and cedar walls, as well as laundry facilities. Enjoy the beautiful waterfalls, streams, lagoon-style year-round heated pool and spa, putting green, exercise rooms, saunas, and recreation rooms. The complex consists of nine four-story buildings surrounded by two-story cottages, on several acres of lushly landscaped tropical grounds. Enjoy a romantic walk on one of the most beautiful stretches of beach in Southern California. Experience spectacular sunsets and enjoy a relaxing dinner along the picturesque adjacent harbor which features several excellent restaurants, great live music, and fun and unique shopping. There are also kayak, boat, and paddle boat rentals, and fishing or whale watching excursions. Parties or events are not allowed at this property. The Mainstreet Oceanside Farmer's Market is a delightful experience near the Pier which takes place every Thursday from 9-1, and and the Sunset Market Thursday evenings from 5-9. Can't beat the location. Sunset views from the deck. Road gets a little busy in the day but calms down after sunset. Manager was great and responsive about any problems we had. Pool and hot tub was awesome Only 2 negatives I can say is 1. The "Wash Connect"
rip off laundry system in use. Cost us an extra $10 when the machines took $ and then failed. Recommend just going to a nearby laundry mat. 2. The bi weekly mid morning noisy garbage pickup on the road. Otherwise it was all good.

Property is walking distance to the Harbour, which has a beach, nice restaurants, and shops. Property also has a pool. Also walking distance to Oceanside Pier and beach. Quick drive to Legoland. Property was well set up for family with kids. Simple additional amenities like shampoo and Dawn detergent for washing dishes would have been appreciated.

The beach access was fantastic, a short 2-3 minute walk and the beach was great! There is no way I would pay double or triple just to be on the beach when we were this close. I loved the security of the property and parking. And my favorite part was all the beach goodies you had in the unit for us to use, AND, there was enough for everyone. I LOVED that. We had a blast on our beach day because of that.

This is our second time staying at this unit. The location is great and the property is clean. There is a beach wagon, beach chairs, an umbrella, cooler and towels available and the beach and harbor are both within walking distance. This unit is on what may be considered “the older side” of the complex but we actually prefer the smaller pool and less crowded jacuzzi. There is easy access to the other pool and jacuzzi across the street. Check in and check out were easy. I would recommend that the owner put a high top table and/or high stools or chairs out on the balcony so that visitors are able to sit outside and see the ocean (there were a couple of taller chairs when we stayed the first time). The view is one of the best things about this unit and the regular chairs make it difficult to see the water for some of us shorter people! We really enjoyed our time at this unit and will definitely be back.

Wonderful location to the beach, Strand, eating. Nice grounds, heated pool, hot tub. Condo is older and the floors slant a bit, but still a great place to stay. One tip, bring a face mask and ear plugs. Rooms are bright and cheery, but curtains do not block out light in bedroom when drawn. Depending on clouds and breeze, could hear freeway and the coastal train. I had both and slept well without hearing a thing. Walked on the beach 3 times a day and always walked to eat and drinks at night watching the sunset. You will enjoy.

Excellent location, quiet, and peaceful. Beautiful pool and hot tub, and a very short walk to the beach. The condo is spacious and had pretty much everything we needed. We made most of our meals in the kitchen, and went out for a few meals too. Will definitely be back!

The unit is very clean, comfortable and well taken care of. This is an older unit with an older style and the furnishings are clean and well worn. The rental company was excellent in their communications as we noted a few things were broken in the unit. The management of the building has many many rules and you need to be aware of them before going. There is a long list of rules on the back of the map they give you when you check in (but may not mention). Be sure to read all the rules and abide by them otherwise you will get fined immediately (no warning). Ants have been a problem in the building (none when we arrived as it was spectacularly clean but over the next 7 days we noticed more and more ants. However we cleaned the areas where they were found and didn’t worry about it. The pool and facilities are perfect for a family and there is lots to do on a rainy day. The beach is very close be perfect for all kinds of surfing. We would like to return one day.

The location is wonderful! it's right on the beach, and the beach is lovely. the room was quite nice, with everything you could need. the plumbing is not great. One of my toilets didn't flush properly, which is hugely problematic. I called for service, which was prompt, but they failed to fix it.

the location is very good. we were looking for a place with secure parking for 2 vehicles, found it. within a 5 min walk to the beach, found it. 2 bathrooms for 4 adults, yup. good food nearby, at the same price you find at home? yup. Oceanside and the Oceanside beach area is great for families and is very clean. furnishings need to be updated . No AC, which we did not need in late October. I would prefer a little nicer location,but everyone else in my group loved it
