This is the 2nd time we have stayed in Costa del sol neighborhood. House is in good shape, they are very quick to take care of any issues that may pop up. House is in good condition, great location just a couple hundred feet from the dock where you can have boats pick you up for whatever you’ve got planned for the day. Quick 15-20 minute trip to town. Would highly recommend! We will definitely be coming back!

The place, location, facilities, host & staff were perfect. We had three families (12 adults) staying under one roof & never felt overcrowded. Having the chefs for all breakfasts & dinners made it even better. Another perfection was the awesome snorkeling available right off & under the pier, not to mention the wonderful pool.

When we arrived in Cozumel, our car rental agreements at the airport were so much more expensive than we had agreed to that we cancelled. I immediately called Amber (property manager) and she arranged 2 cars and they were delivered to the house within an hour!! Amazing!
The house itself was beautiful, very large and clean. The view was so pretty-we played games and had margaritas on the balcony upstairs at night. The sunsets were beautiful. We had our grown children and their wives with us and their baby. The rooms were large, comfortable and each had their own bathroom. Very nice
They had a high chair and bed for the baby and even some sand toys.
We used the chefs 3 nights and really enjoyed staying in with no clean up! Their food was delicious
The pool was a favorite - so big and had a very nice child’s pool where my grandson turned in to a little fish!
We felt very safe and had Myra to call if we needed anything. She was very efficient and helpful!!

We had a wonderful stay in Casa Calypso! While there were other families staying in Costa del Sol, it never felt crowded, and we often had the pool area to ourselves or shared with a handful of people. The view of the water was perfect and so calming. Right on the beach! The bedrooms were spread out as such so that everybody had their own little space to retreat to, with areas to converge, as well. Exactly what we were looking for in our stay. Highly recommend!

Great place to relax and enjoy family and friends. Our dive operator picked us up at the dock on dive days. The whole property management team was great; from provisioning, to arranging outings and making recommendations. Everything was great and my whole family enjoyed the entire experience.

We were all so impressed with the communication throughout the process. 5 Star! The home was everything they said it would be and more. Again a 5 Star property. The gated community was so clean, peaceful, and good location. You have a full kitchen if you want to cook or you can hire the chef. We had the chef come in and it was nice. Alex the dive master we had was awesome. Frank, the masseuse, was the best. Massage on the beach. We all thought he was excellent. Perfect after diving. All the amenities available to you are wonderful. Highly recommend this property. We will be back!

Great home located about 15 minutes south of town. Very spacious and beautifully decorated home in a secured neighborhood. The sunset and bedrooms are to die for! The patios are very spacious with plenty of room to relax! Butler and cleaning services were spot on. We will be back! 10 out of 10!!

I thought it was a beach - there is sand but it is rocks to the water. Due to storms, we had plenty of water in the unit so we used all bath and beach towels to soak up water.

My family and friends had a wonderful stay at Casa Calypso. We felt like we were entering our own private palace in Cozumel. The home and location are ideal. The home is beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, spacious, and comfortable. Every bedroom has its own bathroom, so everyone in our party had plenty of space and privacy, while we could also enjoy our time together in the lovely common areas. The communication with the owner, manager, and concierge were top notch. We felt tended to every moment we were there. We even had grocery shopping done by the concierge before we arrived, so we were greeted with a fully stocked kitchen beautifully organized. The grounds of Casa Calypso are gorgeous with unique plants and flowers. The location was perfect for us. It was quiet, peaceful, and utterly beautiful. The panel of sliding glass doors offers a stunning view of the Caribbean Sea, as does the spacious upstairs patio. The location was perfect for access to our favorite snorkel spots, and the driving was easy from Casa Calypso. We even had a private snorkeling trip pick us up right at the dock by the home. The staff of the gated community were friendly and helpful all of the time. We would stay at the Casa Calypso again in an instant!

The property, house and grounds were immaculate. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need. There were some basic spices and cooking oil and a few condiments in the fridge when we arrived. We were picked up right on the dock for diving which was a bonus. The house is large, giving everyone their own space with individual bedrooms and private bathrooms, but the main living areas had more than enough area for everyone to gather, play games, cook and just relax. The view is amazing. Beds were comfortable, and the A/C was zone controlled. I would not hesitate to rent here again.

This was probably the best rental we have ever had, it completely exceeded my expectations and the pictures on the advert does not do the villa justice.
Every element of our stay was made easy by fantastic communication and Mayra was awesome at helping us organize car hire and all activities we needed - she definitely managed to obtain some “local pricing” on a few things as much cheaper than I was able to source and a few “local tips” helped us enjoy beach days without spending hundreds of dollars at beach clubs.
The villa itself was well stocked and an amazing space for a few families to spend quality time, the little ones enjoyed the sandy beach out front to potter for hours and the older children loved the reef out front for snorkelling and the barracudas off the end of the dock (boat pick up from the dock also made underwater activities easy)
I really can’t speak highly enough about this place, we will be back.

Spacious Cozumel beachfront property
We really enjoyed our week at Casa Calypso! Property is very large and well maintained in a peaceful secure community a short drive ( 20 minutes or so ) from the main town. Lovely ocean view and beautiful warm pool. The ocean/reef in Cozumel is incredible. All communication and management was excellent. I'd highly recommend staying here.

Best vacation ever!!
Our vacation experience is one we will never forget ! The house is beautiful and the views are unforgettable! The location is perfect for island exploration if you desire or just spend the day relaxing in the sun in the oceanfront sun loungers, the second floor lanai or poolside ! Snorkeling and swimming in the ocean at the property is also perfect!!! The house is perfectly equipped for dinners in with a grill available as well! If you are thinking about this rental go for it! You won’t regret it!!

Amazing house in amazing location
I think I can honestly say this was the most awesome house we ever stayed at. We spent a week here with our three children 6-12 and my wife's parents. When we were not out and about, the kids spent the entire time down at the beach snorkeling or racing hermit crabs, or simply in the pool. The house has everything we could ask for: Ocean-front, incredibly spacious even for a large group, comfortable beds, etc. I'd also like to say thank you to the management team who helped us make the best of our vacation and always responded promptly when issues arose. We would have loved to spend a second week there but you know, limited vacation days.

The house itself was great as it had lots of space, very functional, and the chef service exceeded expectations at each meal.
I wanted to celebrate my wife’s birthday with a special meal. The chef service provided and excellent lobster and shrimp meal with tasty sides. Enrique helped to arrange a special cake (and a specially made ice cream), which was a hit with everyone. The celebration was a great success in no small part the help and generosity of the staff.
In summary, the house exceeded our expectations, the staff were excellent and helpful, and our vacation was all the better having stayed at the house.
