About this villa rental
Nestled in Sonoma, this lovely villa for $1,026 per night is a great option for your next trip. Our home includes a main house, art/music studio and guest cottage which surround a center courtyard with a large deck, concrete dining table, lawn, pool, bocce court and olive orchard. The main house has 3 bedrooms and 2 full recently remodeled bathrooms. Master bedroom has a Cal King bed and private bathroom with dual sinks. Second bedroom has a Queen bed. Third bedroom has twin beds. There is an office adjacent the twin bedroom. Our home is reminiscent of a tuscan villa, with rustic wood floors, and a large country farm table. The kitchen has concrete countertops, new stainless steel appliances, a country farm sink, and is fully stocked with all modern amenities. There is a breakfast nook and two person bar adjacent the kitchen, perfect for guests to mingle while preparing dinner. The kitchen opens up to the great room with living area, dining room, and gas fireplace. Living/dining room patio door opens up to courtyard with large deck for barbecuing and outdoor dining. There is a concrete table for 10 under olive shade trees, and a built-in charcoal barbecue. The separate 1 bedroom/1 bathroom cottage features wood and tuscan tile floors, TV, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, queen bed, air conditioning, and a private deck/patio overlooking the bocce court and olive orchard. There is a 800 sq. ft. open studio with art supplies, stage, guitar, karaoke machine, keyboard, ping pong and foosball table. The saline pool stays warm in the summer with a thermal cover. We have 6 Cannondale hybrid bikes of various sizes with helmets and locks for you to enjoy during your stay. The property is located on Sonoma's East Side, complete with a rich variety of vineyards and wine tasting, including Gundlach Bundschu, Buena Vista, Ravenswood, Scribe, and Sebastiani. Sonoma Square is a flat 1.5 mile bike ride or stroll away. The Lovall Valley Loop is a great road bike ride just outside our front door. There is NO air conditioning in the main house. We keep it cool on hot days by keeping curtains closed during the day, and opening the windows to the typically cool Sonoma nights. The guest cottage does have air conditioning. Check in (after 4pm)/out (before 11am) is weekdays only. We have a strict neighborhood 9:30pm loud noise curfew. One week minimum June, July and August. Five night minimum Memorial and Labor Day Weekends, Thanksgiving and Christmas. PLEASE CALL OR EMAIL BEFORE USING THE ONLINE BOOKING FEATURE. ALWAYS BUY TRAVEL INSURANCE. I cannot say enough good things about this house. The outdoor area is so beautiful, with a pool, firepit and many different seating areas. It is so private, you literally feel like you have escaped from the world. The inside of the house is cozy and comfortable, and the kitchen is well stocked. The location of the house is perfect, as you are a quick 10 minute bike ride to downtown Sonoma. We absolutely loved this house and will definitely stay here again!

This property provided ample space for three couples gathering for the Thanksgiving holiday. It’s 2 miles from Sonoma square which offers plenty of restaurants, bars, shops and galleries.
The main house has two decent size bedrooms, one being an en suite, and a full bathroom in the hall. The kitchen was fully equipped and enables several people to work in it together. The family/dining room easily accommodated all six of us together and the fireplace was a perfect touch.
The smaller house also provided ample space with a kitchen, family area, bathroom and bedroom.
A third building housed entertainment activities (ping pong, foosball, art supplies, bikes). And the property provides various areas to enjoy, swimming pool, bocce court, fire pit, and dining area. We used them all except the pool and enjoyed having the variety.
The houses are clean and well maintained with all the amenities needed for your stay. The hosts were extremely responsive, even taking us through lighting the fireplace.
We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

We really enjoyed our stay here! 6 adults stayed comfortably with more than enough room! Property was just what described and owners were easy to communicate with! Great house with an awesome guest cottage and beautiful back yard. Perfect for a wine country vacation!

House was comfortable. We were in the area for a family wedding and traveled with our adult children. There was plenty of room for everyone. The pool, bocce court, ping pong table, fire pit, bikes, etc. were all used and enjoyed.

The house was conveniently located for our plans and was as described. Unfortunately the weather was not so great so we were not able to enjoy several of the special amenities of the house. Kitchen was well stocked and check in and check out was easy. Definitely recommend.

This house and property was lovely. Some of us girls rented the home for a weekend getaway in wine country and it was outstanding. Very clean, spacious and close to downtown Sonoma. We would come back in a heartbeat.

We had a wonderful stay at this property to celebrate a 40th birthday trip in Sonoma/Napa. The house has a lot of space and the property is beautiful. It is in a very convenient location which made our daily wine tastings easy to access. Highly recommed!

Perfect!
We had such a wonderful experience at this property. The owners were incredibly responsive to any and all questions. The house itself was wonderful and there was so much to do! I am injured and on a knee scooter/crutches and I found the house quite accessible. The one thing I wish I had known was that the main house isn’t air conditioned, but the owners give great advice on how to stay cool. And the guest house does have a small window into which helped when the temp reached almost 100! I would stay here again for sure.

This was the perfect vacation home for Sonoma/wine country! We didn't want to leave it was so beautiful and there was so much to do on the property. When we did leave the house, the bikes were perfect to take to breakfast (Sonoma's Best was wonderful and extremely close!) or to a nearby winery. Janelle gave great directions to bike-able locations in the area. She also gave wonderful recommendations for places to eat in the area and was easy to communicate with before and during our vacation. I would stay here again in a heartbeat as it was clean, beautiful, enjoyable, and in a perfect location.

The property was exactly as pictured and so much more! We had the best time and wish we stayed longer. So close to Sonoma downtown and we road the bikes to the Bueno Vista winery which was so spontaneous and fun! We definitely plan to come back with more friends and stay longer!

Perfect Getaway!
The property was even better than expected! It had everything our group of 7 needed for a wonderful getaway. Close to everything in Sonoma, yet far enough away for great privacy. The bocce court, pool, and bikes made the stay even better!

Great getaway for friends!
We had an amazing time - the amenities were perfect for in-between trips to wineries! 3 couples stayed comfortably and had plenty of room to relax. The fire pit was a great touch and we found all the tools we needed in the kitchen to make breakfast or snacks. We loved the quiet location, everything felt very safe and super clean. We would 100% recommend to friends and family!
