The condo was clean and airy. The curtains were too thin for the afternoon sun. The furniture, couch and chair uncomfortable. Chair didnt work. The beds were so hard and almost unsleepable. Could have saved $700 and got a hotel/motel for better furniture. Would not recommend due to these conditions.

Pictures are deceiving! Unit is very ran down. Beds are lumpy, to say the least. Pull out couch is broke. Lift chair in living room, stained and broke. Not enough room for 6 people at all!!! Water pressure in bathroom, it took me 15 minutes to wash the shampoo out of my hair!!! People on site came to rescue with vinegar for jelly fish sting! Besides that I don’t recommend this complex at all!!!!

Good time but the Aquarius front desk personal had horrible customer service!!!
Overall we had a great time. One of the main things that will hold me back from coming to this location again is the customer service from the Aquarius condo, let me be clear the service was great from the SPI rental company it was just the people in the front desk at the actual place we stayed that gave the worst attitude.

When I reported to the front desk, the smell of tobacco, the tenant came and stupidly told me that one of us was smoking because it was impossible. No one in our family smokes, nor did we drink, nor even coffee and to tell me that was an offense and also very unprofessional. Every time we went out and come back in, it was a horrible smell.
Also, I think, it is time to change the furniture, beds and sofa bed. Not the greatest conditions. I took a video of thinks were missing and broken by the time we got there. And we discover more the days to follow. I think overall the whole family as disappointment with the smell of tobacco cause we could deal with and without everything else. And when we came back from the beach, there was a group of people right in front of the door coming from the beach all smoking... anyways,
