You can see some of those same details that will remind you of trips to the sea when you were growing up! This is a fabulous 2BR/2BA That Sleeps 8. You get a Queen size bed in the Master, the Second bedroom has bunk beds, with a full on the bottom and twin on top. In the living room, you are provided with a queen size sleeper sofa as well as a twin size sleeping chair. This beautiful condo is located in the middle of the island! You can walk many places, plus you are a block to the beach. From your back patio, you also have a fantastic view of the Bay. I am sure you will capture many fabulous sundown pictures from here with a margarita in your hand! You can also rent the other half of this duplex for a large group! Please contact us for details! This property was spotless and a short walk to the beach. The beach itself is fabulous and the Aquarius Circle entrance is one of the quieter ones. The property is old-fashioned but everything works. Having to go through a bedroom to the back balcony was strange and a little awkward but the space there is great.

The place was nice. It is a nice distance from the beach and having the decks was enjoyable. It did have a strange smell to it at first. The twin size pull out chair was not true. This place can, possibly, comfortably fit 7 people. NOT 8, unless you want to be using an air mattress.

Great location. This was a remodeled duplex. Older than pictures made it look. Fairly clean. Water pressure in kitchen was very low. Hallway bathroom had no hot water. The master bath was redone and tub refinish could have been better. What made it worthwhile, the living space felt like a home rather than a hotel. The beds were great, the deck had a great view and the neighborhood was quiet. For us, the location made it worthwhile. The beach was less than one block away and you were close to restaurants, and things to see and do. We had a great time at the beach and taking in the sights. Probably will visit again. Also allowed us to have a late checkout.

My family had a great time!!
Everything was just as it said. There was plenty of dishes which we loved bcuz I cook. Billie was very sweet and she took care of us when I let her know that we were going to arrive sooner than planned. Would definitely book again!!!

Overall we had a good stay, the property itself was in a great location and convenient for pretty much access to everything in walking distance. The only issues we had were the water pressure in the kitchen was so low, we had a few insect critter friends and we really thought that we had access to the washer and dryer. Overall I would stay again, thank you.

What a great place to stay. We arrived on the island only to find out our rental was double booked. Melissa and the team from Rent On Padre was able to help us find this unit. It was very clean. This place is kind of old school beach style. We were happy to be here and enjoyed this place very much.

We weren't looking for anything fancy. We just wanted to go to the beach. Yeah! This place was just what we needed. The gal at the rental office told us it was a little dated, it was, but it was really clean. We appreciate that. We had an amazing time!

The kitchen didn’t have any dish towels...pretty minimal. But the cockroaches were a whole different issue. They need to do a better job in that department.
