Great place very comfy. Only the 3rd bedroom is 2 twins not a double and twin as advertised. But loved the place.

It was a great neighborhood and roasting marshmallows in the backyard was great. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was a great place to eat and hang out. Thanks so much for the home away from home.

Both ourselves and our dog loved the backyard! It was comfortable, clean and private. The patio was a definite plus. The cupboards were chock full of herbs and spices, oil and vinegar etc for cooking. I could have made a full Christmas dinner without buying anything except for the basic turkey etc! We just loved all of it.

We had a good time at the house. It was not exceptionnal but it was clean and had everything we needed. Fairly close to several activities such as the Grand Canyon.

We were looking for a house in Flagstaff where we can take our dog. So the backyard was important. We absolutely loved this house. It's an older home, but the inside has several updated areas and was very clean and very comfortable. The backyard was awesome with the covered porch and with two lounge chairs on a deck. We spent a lot of time in the backyard sitting and reading. Loved listening to the breeze blowing the trees. Our dog loved the backyard. We definitely will come back to this house.

The home is quaint, well stocked, and was clean. Check-in was easy. My issues are with the owner.
Upon check out, the Flagstaff area was getting pummeled with a huge snow storm. Flag received somewhere near 19" of snow or so during this storm. I had asked the owner for a late check out. It was denied. I wanted to let the large portion of the storm to pass so I didn't have to drive in it, at near zero visibility. The owner stated contractual agreement. I get that, but have you ever heard of Force Majeure, Act of God?!? Apparently not. We left at the "contractual time", seeing collisions, overturned vehicles and a nine vehicle accident involving an18 wheeler on I-17 that happened about 30 seconds in front of us on the way home.
My families safety is a huge concern (always will be) but the owner was condescending with her responses. I did not engage and will choose to book another home the next time, so should you...

We loved this house! It was very clean (which is very important) , the beds were comfy, great sheets & towels and plenty of blankets. Has great views of the mountains and close to amazing trails. Great location! We will definitely be back.

The property was in a decent neighborhood and right across the street to Mt. Elden trails. There’s a neighborhood park just a short 5 minute walk and it was close to the highway with easy access to Flag. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

Very nice and comfortable. Enjoyed the evenings on the patio. We brought our pets. The fenced yard was a great thing. Convenient to our families' homes, shopping, and restaurants. We will stay again when in the area.

I would not rent this property again. House is an older home in a run down neighborhood. There are dogs next door that bark throughout the night. One bedroom was unusable due to loose bed frame and very hard mattress.

Family of 6 wanted to get out of Yuma and get some "winter." The hosts were very helpful with questions and a concern (child with asthma). The property was warm and welcoming and we "felt at home" during our stay.

Flagstaff home
House was in an older neighborhood, very quiet. House has been redecorated, very comfortable.
Heating system is a bit loud when it runs but not unbearable.
Although not listed, living room has a bluray player.
For those who bring dogs, the next door neighbor has dogs as well. My dogs were exchanging barks with them.
Hosts were accommodating, cooperative, and friendly.

Location and exterior presence
Location was not in that great. Out front was an open trailer in the driveway with garbage in it and the odor was strong. The house was clean but doors and cabinets would not stay closed due to the home being on a tilt. Yard needed a lot of work. Neighbor dogs were loud.

Overall good experience. Home is dated. A/C worked nice. No screen on back door so that stunk, couldn't just leave door open. This neighborhood has a lot of dogs. Unfortunately those neighbors don't bring in their dogs when they bark. Had everything we needed to have a nice week.

A week in the mountains
We are so lucky to have discovered Flagstaff! Our family spent a week away from California lockdown and was able to ski, snow tube, go to Bearizona, and distance learn/teach/and work remotely! Vrbo is néw to us but with 3 kids, hotels are a thing of the past. We were able to rent this awesome house with 3 bedrooms so everyone had their own bed and we could even bring our dog! The kids had plenty of room to do their work. There was a great dining room table perfect for eating and board games. The home is close to the mall and the highway but still in a quiet neighborhood with amazing views of the mountains.

This was a great getaway for us and the family. Very spacious and pet friendly. We got snow all 3 days we were there. The kids loves it. Very close to sledding areas and downtown restaurants. There were 7 of us and 2 dogs. The only issues we ran into were the amount of body towels and pots and pans. We could only find 5 body towels. The rest were hand and face towels. There were only 2 pots and 2 pans neither of which had matching lids. Made it a bit difficult with showers and try to prepare dinner for 7. Other than that no issues and we made due with what was provided.

Escape the heat!
We stayed here for a few days to escape the summer heat in Phoenix. Master bedroom has plenty of space and the bed is very comfortable (we did not use the 2nd or 3rd bedrooms). The house has a fenced back yard so our dogs had plenty of room to run around. We enjoyed sitting out back throughout the day. The patio is covered so we could even sit outside while it rained. Location is not downtown but it only took about 10 minutes to get there. We did have a few glitches but the owner was very quick to respond and very accommodating to correct issues. One problem; as another reviewer already mentioned, the hall light needs to be fixed as soon as possible.

Great house and backyard!
My husband and I loved staying here with our 3 dogs for a week during the pandemic. The backyard was shady, fully fenced, pretty and had comfortable furniture- we were all out there often.
The kitchen was user-friendly, the dining table was large, the living room was comfortable and the TV was packed with tons of services to use! The master bedroom and both bathrooms (including the jetted tub!) were very comfortable.
The location was close to restaurants for takeout and delivery and multiple beautiful hikes. There was a small neighborhood park nearby too for the dogs (not enclosed).
The only negatives were we had to change a smoke detector battery, the hallway light didn’t work, we had to wait when we first arrived for the cleaning person to finish (we had hoped for a few hours of airing it out), there were barking dogs next door and street construction for a few days. It wasn’t a well-manicured neighborhood but it worked very well for us and we had a really nice time. The owner was very responsive too. The temperature was perfect and we’d like to come back!

The place was a great place for us to stay for our day trips to the grand canyon and sedona. The drive from flagstaff to sedona is great!

Great experience in this Flagstaff home
Just overall as represented. Tom and Jenna couldn't have been nicer and very responsive. The house is clean, nice neighborhood, just a few miles from downtown, and for me, close to where my son lives. The only disappointment was I messed up when making the reservation and needed one more night, and it was already rented. That was on me. I would stay again for sure.

Property is very nice. It is as represented in the photos. We had one issue with the door lock and Jennifer handled that very quickly. Would stay at this property again if in the area.
