Located in Four Corners, this lovely house for $142 per night is a great option for your next break. This townhouse is located in the building directly next to the clubhouse. No need to drive to the playground or pool, it is literally only steps away. A beautiful furnished 3 bedroom & 2 1/2 bathroom smoke-free and pet free vacation town home all within minutes of Disney. Newly remodeled, includes granite counter tops in the kitchen and stainless steel appliances. Kitchen is fully equipped for family dinner time. Sleeps a total of 8 people, includes a sleeper sofa downstairs. The master bedroom is spacious with a King size bed, it is equipped with Flat Screen Cable TV and has an en-suite bathroom and vanity unit. The second bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed and benefits from a Flat Screen cable TV. The third bedroom is also furnished with Twin beds and also has a Flat Screen cable TV. The second bathroom is situated between the second & third bedroom. EMERALD ISLAND RESORT Amenities: At the clubhouse enjoy the Two Large Pools, Whirlpool, Sauna, Fitness Center Cyber Cafe and the Pool Side Tiki Bar. The Basket ball half-courts and Volley Ball Courts and Video Arcade. There is a Tennis Center and Equipment Loan. Class Golf 10 minutes away at the Orange Lake Country Club. Shops and restaurants are close by. The Cross Road is SR 192 and Formosa Gardens. Between Disney Marker # 4 & 5 Go to Universal Studio 25 minutes away or Disney is 10 minutes away or stay in the Resort to relax, you can't loose.

Bedrooms and bathrooms could have been a bit cleaner. Great size of unit and location. We enjoyed using the pool, hot tub, and mini golf. Unit was well stocked. No shampoo and conditioner so need to bring your own. We would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay here for our family vacation to Disney! Clean, specious, comfortable beds, plenty of towels and they even supplied us with toilet paper, laundry detergent and paper towels! (all of which I’ve always had to buy for our VRBO stays in the past) Host was very informative and helpful if/when we had any questions. We would definitely book here again! Thank you so much for your hospitality! (:

The property was as pictured. I stayed with my family my wife and two teens we had plenty of room. we loved being close to the mini golf right in the back yard and near the clubhouse pool. The townhouse was in a very quiet area but yet close to everything. We would definitely stay again.

We stayed at this townhouse for our most recent Disney trip. It's a great property and had enough space for our family of 5. The complex is very well maintained. The property is about 15 minutes from the Disney parks and very close to shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend.

The property was perfect. My son in law, granddaughter and grandson stayed upstairs and I had the couch. He supplied more than most of the properties I have stayed at. He even supplied laundry detergent and cling free sheets. The next time yhere will be just 4 or 5 of us, I hope that this property is available. Thanks for making the vacation great on all areas.

We enjoyed our stay. The unit was spacious and located in a quiet area of the resort. We enjoyed having the keurig machine for morning coffee and fans in each bedroom. We experienced one issue during the stay and it was addressed by the owner. If we return to the area, we would stay again.

We had a great time. The accommodations were as stated. Very comfortable. We love Emerald Isle because you’re away from the busy area, but then again Disney isn’t far away if that’s what you like. We were there for 2 months and got to know many of our neighbors. Our host answered any questions we had and was easy to get ahold of. We can’t wait to return next year.

Resort is gated and nicely kept. Townhome is located right next to the clubhouse and pool. Mini golf is right outside your back door. Great communication with the owner. All the things you need inside - laundry, kitchen tools, plenty of towels etc. Townhome was clean yet like many rental properties some small details are overlooked ie dusty top of refrigerator. (We are tall people!) Easily remedied and not a show stopper. Overall a great rental and we would rent again. Owner includes a gate access card at no additional fee which is nice to use the faster entrance lane. Super easy to use the back roads to get to Animal Kingdom fast - and an easy hop to all other Disney parks - we were parked in lots within 15 minutes. Easy access to grocery and food. Don’t hesitate to rent this property!

Check-in super easy. Unit very comfortable and clean. Supplied with everything a family needs (outside of a limited amount of washcloths) but not an issue. Located around dining and shopping making it very convenient. Traffic a bit heavy at times. Would definitely rent again.

Overall we enjoyed our time here, the place was very clean, secure, and convenient to everything that we needed including Disney and Universal. I loved how they had just enough of the convenient things that we would’ve needed during our trip and forgot. Would most definitely stay here again. If I was forced to make a complaint the only thing I could say is the pillows on the twin beds are hard, and could us a replacement. Overall great experience.

The property is well close to the Disney parks and close to all shops and restaurants. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need, you feel as if you were in your own home. The only thing not pleasant was the strong musty smell that the A / C unit has. The owner is very attentive and responds quickly if you have any questions or problems, but in general the apartment is excellent.

Exactly as described and as seen in the pictures. The condo was extremely clean and comfortable. Publix and Walmart are close by for anything you might need. The parks are close and time getting there is dependent on traffic and time of day but always doable. Grounds of the resort are very well kept and pool is just a few steps from the townhouse. Also great communication with owner and easy to get in touch with.

When I got there, the house was clean and the place was quiet. Everything was close by and easy to find. The people there were nice and respectful. Everyone was friendly and it was just like I was home. The pool and the clubhouse was really close to me. The owner was nice and answered my call when I had a little trouble getting in.

Stayed for a week, overall great experience, the condo was nicely furnished and well stocked. The resort is beautiful and kept. Nice little pool with an inexpensive snack bar. The only downside was the very loud noises early most mornings from the landscaping team.

Can't say enough about our stay at this property. It was exactly as advertised. Very clean, spacious and had all the amenities that you could ask for in the unit. With 5 of us on the same trip I can't imagine us trying to cram into a hotel room for 8 days. Two and a half baths were exactly what we needed. The location to Disney World parks was within a 15 minute drive. Plenty of places to eat, shop and get groceries. Easy to check in. The door code worked perfectly. The staff at the guard shack and in the clubhouse were friendly and informative. The pool bar was stocked with plenty of tasty food and drinks. Their staff was excellent as well.We definitely enjoyed our stay and hope to return again on our next Disney trip!

Our family had a wonderful time. Brent was very helpful, always promptly replied, and fixed any issues we came across during our 5 week stay. We would absolutely stay again in the future.Emerald Island Resort is in a great part of Kissimmee. We were close to everything we needed, and most importantly, we felt safe in this guard gated community. The playground, clubhouse, and main pool are all practically in your backyard at this condo!
