Reception staff were fabulous!

Location is excellent
The top floor of the hotel is extremely noisy at night. I was in a room that had heating plant on the roof directly above the room. It was so noisy that it kept me awake most of the night. The floors below the top floor a much more comfortable if you can avoid a night on the top floor.

This is always my go to accommodation when I am in this area for work. I was given an upgraded room this time. It was well decorated &comfortable. Not that I used it , however the addition of the coffee machine was good. As always the room was spacious & clean. Parking always a bonus .
Would be good to have a few more milk pods allocated. I like to have 2 pods in each cup of tea.

The actual rooms are decent size and well equipped.
There was NO hot water for the duration of my 3 night stay. Least i want out of a room is to have a warm shower. No solution offered by staff.

Cleanliness of bedroom.
Breakfast - hot food was cold.
Shower was difficult to adjust temperature.

The proximity to shops 10mins to Chatswood shoping brilliant pub just 5 minutes walk.Room was big enough & all the mod cons. Great off street parking. Train station 20mins walk away to go see vivid.

Room was well presented was clean staff were accommodating , girls on the front desk very friendly and gave good advice, close to pub for a good meal 5 minute walk ,close to 7/11 and other service stations , 5 or so minute drive to woolwich ferry services to the quay , 30 minute drive to Taronga zoo
If staff cleaning rooms can sometimes be a wait for the elevator . My fault should have asked , but two key cards on arrival for the rooms in case you and partner don't come home same time

They are upgrading the rooms so the beds,carpets and furnishings were new. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Room appeared clean but attention to detail was obviously a bit sketchy as I found a previous occupant’s top in the corner under the drapes 😯. Bathrooms look nice and have good fixtures but the tile grout in the shower could use a deep clean.

Great bed, good value for Sydney in a good/central location, excellent onsite parking, free DIY washing (with cheap paid dryer), excellent air conditioning.

The motel had nice towels and hot water. Great location for hospital.
The toilet seat was broken. All areas needed to vacuumed. No toilet paper on holder downstairs and vending machine wouldn't accept with $20 or $5. Noouse for business centre.

Breakfast was limited in selection, no hot food however what was provided was fresh.
The rooms were surface cleaned however need a good deep clean. Carpets very grotty. Window sills, lamps etc dusty
