Centrally, conveniently located and yet, quiet, peaceful setting. Well appointed. New internet is much better. Secure car parking. Comfortable beds. Good sized shower with great water pressure. Additional power points to previously. Very good. Coffee pod machine in room. Laundry facilities. Fresh linen and rubbish removal promptly each morning.
I had to ask for wifi password, which was not in the room, and report mould on bathroom ceiling. Both were corrected promptly once notified.

Waterpark for the kids and kids play options.
Customer service across everywhere was good, especially from a gentleman who served us and made coffees in the morning in the restaurant. Has longer hair pulled back. Was such a lovely and friendly person. Very helpful, welcoming and professional. He is a credit to your team!
Wasn’t anything I could fault with the property. Just unfortunate spa wasn’t available during our stay. Was looking forward to that the first night especially as we drove up from Sydney
