Beds were very comfortable
The room is basic for a 5 star. Shower pressure was very low and bath was too small. Room service was very slow at times.

The hotel was in a safe area.
When staying at the Dylan, one should expect a 3 star experience, maximum. The entry-way is sterile and lacks the charm you'd expect from a boutique 5 star hotel and even though we stayed 3 nights, the staff treated us as strangers and did not attempt to accommodate or greet us in anyway.
The room itself was small in size. There was mold in the shower. The lighting in the room was so poor that you could not see at night, even when all the lights were on.

Stunning hotel, small but well functioning room, incredibly clean, very comfortable.
We loved the attention to detail, heated towel rail/ bathroom floor. Lovely comfy bed, turn down service. All was great

Staff were friendly and rooms were clean
Room was very small with one small window s expected more of a 5 star and parking when we arrived was an issue so we had to park down the road costing 10 euros also fire alarm went during the Saturday night !!

Very clean and well kept. it felt like it was truly 5 Star. Concierge parking was expensive but very convenient.
Overall cost for a 3 night stay during Dublin Horse Show is extortionate. Other hotels doing the same thing so not just Dylan. Residents bar closed a little early

Breakfast was quite good. Location is at best so-so—a long walk from anywhere you want to go and no special charm. Staff seemed like first day on the job with nothing to offer and did not recognize us even after 4 days

Excellent hotel with friendly service.
The hotel is on a quiet side street but on the same block is a closed down shop making the area feel a bit seedy.

Lovely room, was at a private function and really polite, helpful staff, reception staff very friendly but professional. Gorgeous breakfast in my room!

Comfortable bed and very spacious room.
Good breakfast.
1) Zero hot water in room on three consecutive mornings (19th to 21st May 2023).
2) Terrible water pressure through the rainfall shower and no handheld shower head as back-up.
3) Restaurant refused to offer us the à la carte lunch menu despite taking our booking weeks ago (!). We were staying at the hotel and had pre-booked for a lunch sitting. We were told that there is nothing the kitchen can do and we will just have to wait until 15:00. We then all witnessed a table of 5 guests arrive after us, order well before from the 15:00 cut-off from the "à la carte" menu and get served before us!
4) Sejourned to the bar and were charged €27.00 per glass of Kir Royale.

the rooms in the newer section don’t seem as fresh as the ones in the original part. might have just mine but felt as it needed a little re-fresh
