The location was great, staff were friendly
The breakfast was very average for the price, the fried eggs didn't look cooked, I asked a staff member how to get to Henry street and he told me I'd have to the get the luas, the bedroom was very small for the price

It was close to lots of food and pubs which was super convenient. We felt like it was a safe place to stay in Dublin with incredible staff who let you store your bags before check in.
The problem we didn’t like was you have to pay for parking. It gets expensive but the nice side to that is that the hotel can get a discount for you if you show your ticket when you’re leaving.

Nothing too much trouble for all staff who were friendly and helpful at all times. Quality accomodation and rooms of a high standard.
Not much.

Very central and convenient to all attractions. The staff were welcoming and friendly. Nice decor in the lounge area and a good bar - cool place to sit and people watch. Large rooms with comfy beds even if a bit basic. The breakfast (which we ordered to the room) was delicious and on time.
We were woken up twice in the middle of the night by false fire alarms, apparently triggered by other guests taking a shower. This was definitely not ideal!

Chambre spacieuse.

Location and such friendly staff. Everywhere we were greeted pleasantly. The reception was great with very smart doormen and front of house opening the door on arrival. Front desk staff member, male member from Italy, did his absolute best to fill our hopes and was so surprised that all that he promised came true. We had the quietest cleanest room, so big and super beds, single but wide. Breakfast had a great selection of food to choose from and the dining room staff were very quick to tidy up, bring coffee. Such a pleasant stay, worth every penny.
My husband likes his boiled egg, and is used to the scandanavian hotels who offer soft boiled eggs and hard boiled eggs, warm but soft or hard as promised. The boiled egg offered was not boiled today, and no cup to put it in. This may be something to consider if you have scandanavian customers as they like their boiled eggs to be boiled fresh today.

Very central location. Staff were excellent. Rooms were refurbished (unlike corridors) and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was quite good.
We expected more from one of the most classical hotels of Dublín. Corridors were dark and their carpets were old and dusty. There were some renovations and we could hear all the noise. Water pressure of the shower was very poor. At night there is a door control to access the hotel, as if It was a night club (quite bizarre), but maybe there is a reason for this.

The hotel is perfectly located to visit the city by walking.
The hotel was under renovation and no one informed us. As well there was no discount despite the inconvenience caused.
We were on the second floor and we had to take a first elevator to the 3rd floor, then walk under the renovation part (with a lot of dust and it was even dangerous for the kids as there were a lot of renovation tools in the way) to take another elevator to the 2nd floor. And this at each time we wanted to go in or out of our room.
And no one informed us so we were lost the first time.
The hotel is very expensive and not a good value for money.
The cleanliness was not very good, maybe due to the renovation work.

Great location, caught airbus from airport which pulled up out front of Hotel. We loved our spacious rooms that had great views, were very comfortable and had large bathrooms.
Had some stairs to deal with in getting to room.
