It was close to the train station. Breakfast was decent. Internet was good.
The room “upgrade” was basically the same room on a higher floor. Same size I think. TV service was spotty especially since the Winter Olympics was happening. Afternoon desk staff could be friendly and should be able to offer suggestions on restaurants in the area and not just suggest the train station kiosks.

Good budget option for short stay in Bremen
My room wasn't cleaned on 3rd day as they had mentioned. I asked them the day after to clean it. Despite the request, the room was not cleaned. I had to get clean towels, bedsheet, and duvet with the reception late evening and change it on my own. Was quite upsetting to have that experience.
There was a big carpet stain and some mold in the bathroom. Never cleaned.
