Grei overnatting.

Mitt formål var å ligge over i forb. med en konsert i Grieg hallen. Alt var slik jeg forventet og det var kort avstand til konserten.

Ikke noe jeg kommer på.

Great hotel where everything works

The hotel is very clean, lounge area is cozy and services are great. You can keep your food in the fridge, use the coffee machine and even rent an umbrella or a powerbank. The hotel room was also clean and modern and there was enough space. Prices are very low in the Norwegian scale. I fell in love with the citybox concept and will definately come back in Bergen and other cities.

The view from our room wasn't that great: the wall of the other building. Anyway, it didn't matter a lot. I guess the idea of the holiday is not spending it inside the room. The location was nice but you have to walk approx 500 meters to the nearest shopping centre or to get to the restaurant and pub streets.

Great location

Great location, walkable distance to the main attractions and well connected to the tram. Very easy self check in and out. Clean. Enough space in the room for personal belongings.

The shower was extremely small. There is not a safe in the room.

Unkomplizierte Reservation und Bezug des Zimmers. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Da mein Mann auf einen Rollstuhl angewiesen ist, hatten wir ohne zu fragen ein Update in ein komfortables Family Zimmer. Das haben wir sehr geschätzt, auch sonst war das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.

Beim Bezug des Zimmers war die Temperatur mit 16 Grad doch recht kühl, erwärmte sich nur langsam.

Bra beliggenhet og helt greie rom.

Dårlig renhold med flekkete håndklær og sengetøy. Klissete nattbord og lange hårstrå rundt omkring. Uhøflig personale som snur ryggen til oss når vi prater med dem. Kommer ikke til å dra tilbake hit.

Great central location. The room was very clean and the bed was also comfortable. The downstairs amenities are perfect for a snack or a cup of tea etc. No complaints!

Perfect Accommodation

Bergen Citybox is a super short walk to all the main attractions and restaurants in Bergen city. The room we stayed in was quite large with a sizeable bathroom, and everything was extremely clean. Hope they expand to more cities!

The staff are super nice and supportive. my shoe have torn out and I came to the day shift staff for an assistance. I don’t expect much but she gave hand and gave me a super glue ❤️ That helps me loaded. I have never thought of such an easy problem solving. She was also recommended a shoe shop in town. that’s great help. The hotel system is great and convenient and more importantly, we still have a human touch.

Affordable for travelers on a budget!

Room size was great! Very comfortable and clean. They also had a fridge and small kitchen that guests could use. It feels like a hostel but we stayed as a couple quite comfortably. They even had information on activities and cheaper dining options which we found super helpful.

Excellent room in a good location

I like the fact that the hotel is so badly named. You could be forgiven for expecting a small box room, but far from it, the room is large and spacious

Amazing city very good hotel

It was really central so we could walk everywhere easily. Our room was really clean and for that price it was a really good room. We would definitely come back again.

Great location, KIWI supermarket is just across the street. Very efficient self check-in & check -out system.

There’s no kitchen only a kettle, a microwave, a toast machine and the vending machine.
