Great place, and great job of the owners.Really nice place to spend some days.

Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer mit einem wunderbaren großen sehr sehr weichem Bett. Es war mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und ließ keine Wünsche offen.
Da gibt es eigentlich nichts.

Fantastic house in a very nice residential area of Dublin (30 minutes walk to the city center or less using public transport)! Jack and his family are super welcoming!🙏
Unfortunally the life price in Dublin are crazy increase (and therefore also the accomodation!)

Jack the host made us feel so comfortable. The breakfast facilities were easy and conducive to friendly chats with the other guests. The beds were incredibly comfortable and great access to fresh air in the bedroom without unwelcome noise

Very friendly owner and really good pubs with excellent food fairly close by.
A fairly long walk from the bus especially with luggage.

The location was good. The place was clean.
We were put into a twin room, as there was no number on the room , it was either nr 5 or nr 6.
The size of this room was totally unacceptable for 2 adults. It was in the eaves of the house. This made the room most uncomfortable to negotiate without constantly hitting our heads off the ceiling or hitting our elbows off the walls as we tried to negotiate our way around.
The best way to describe it is that there was a 2.5ft pathway running from the door between the beds and into the shower. This ran parallel to the highest part of the eave.
The only place we could stand upright was inside the very small shower unit. This was so small that closing the door while inside could only be achieved by flattening against the wall and sucking in one's tummy. Turning or bending down was just not a runner at all. Shaving was also impossible. The wall mirror over the sink was at below chest level (because it was not possible to put it higher as it was up against the ceiling. Shaving just couldn't be done at all, as one has to bend down and forward...making looking into the mirror impossible. The bathroom door opened into the bedroom across a very heavy carpet (a difficult task whether inside outside the bathroom).
I promise I'm not making this up. The kettle, eating area and use of the fan (which we gave up on) all had to be done on the same table used for the TV.
While the 2 single beds were comfy, there was no table or shelf to put anything close to either of us. There was approx 3 feet between the two beds.
There was ONE window in the entire unit. It was a roof window, directly over one of the beds. We tried to keep that open for fresh air during the night but it proved impossible as when there was a rain shower it came straight onto that bed.
I had complained on the first day to one of the owners, Jack that the room was unacceptable and asked him to be moved to a room which was unoccupied. He told us the people we were coming to the room the next day.

The host was very nice and helpful. The serve yourself breakfast was good. The room was clean and comfy. It was easy to get there on the Dublin 16 bus. The price was right!
It was a bit of a hike from the bus line, but very doable. If that was why the price was so reasonable, we will take it.

We were welcomed by Jack, who was a kind and considerate host, taking a suitcase upstairs and making sure we had everything we needed. Our room was comfortable and clean, scheduled for a refurbishment soon. The B&B has beautiful communal spaces both outdoors and indoors in breakfast and lounge rooms. The complimentary breakfast was self-serve with a good range of choice (& you can cook an egg if you wish), which is great if you are an early bird and like to be up and about. There are two pubs down the road for dinner, and the Botanic Gardens are a short distance away. We walked to the property from Drumcondra train station after originally arriving in Dublin at Connolly central. There are buses that travel into Dublin city or to the airport from Drumcondra Rd at the end of the B&B street. We caught a taxi to the airport.

Fantastic BNB, friendly and welcoming greeting by Jack. Beautiful bedroom with comfortable bed and plenty of room. Communal areas are gorgeous also. This home has been renovated and decorated with much loving care and attention to detail.
Location is great, walk to pubs and restaurants and cafes, spoilt for choice. The airport is close by also. Breakfast was great, there is absolutely nothing at all to complain about or to improve.
Highly recommended.

Lovely comfortable B&B . Hosts very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately I was staying because of work but would love to go back for a leisure visit. Everything you need and close enough to get about the city but not city prices
Highly recommend.

How fortunate we felt to find this charming lovely B&B. Not only is it a beautiful space but, it is run by a friendly, kind family that made us feel immediately at home. The accommodations are spotlessly clean and the beds are very comfortable. The bathroom was modern, the room was cozy and we even had an assortment of teas in our room. We enjoyed a generous breakfast each morning. Every corner of this B&B is tended to with loving care at it shows. I highly recommend staying here

A family-run B&B hotel - it is very cozy with pleasant and welcoming hosts.
A great neighbourhood - we felt ourselves away from city noises and smells - we heard birds chirping and enjoyed a spectacular sunset through roof windows
Small cozy bathroom with shower
Rich breakfast
Large kitchen and living room on the ground floor
We booked a room for 3 people on the top floor - we were lucky that we stayed just two - we took all the room space with our large suitcase while repacking.
No elevator
Low ceiling in the attic room

Lovely host, enjoyed breakfasts and neighborhood.
We struggled with Wi-Fi when we were in our room. It worked beautifully when we were downstairs in the breakfast room.

The host was very friendly and made the place feel like a home away from home! The room is decent for a few nights and the breakfast is self service and quite good for the price. The location is outside the city but we walked in and it wasn't too far if you're able, otherwise grab a bus.
The bathroom and shower room were both quite basic and cramped and the shower base would fill up with water after a couple of minutes use.

A very lovely welcoming couple who run the B&B, welcomed any questions about the area or the stay accommodations we needed, and was extremely clean and walking distance from Dublin.
No complaints at all.

All I can say is WOW! Our hosts were so thoughtful and generous. We received great recommendations for things to do one the area. The rooms had all the extra details that made our stay a comfortable one. The king bed was wonderful and the breakfast was amazing! We're already hoping to come back soon.
Nothing!
