La limpieza y el buen estado de todo lo que hay en el apartamento, las facilidades de Cristina, y la comodidad son inmejorables.

Personalmente no había nada, quizás que depende de la habitación, la ventana del dormitorio da a la calle principal, y si hay mucho ruido fuera, se escucha. Pero nada que moleste ni impida dormir.

Great location

The apartment is well located in a lovely street with cafes and little shops. It is in walking distance of all sights; cathedral and royal alcazar 18 mins, plaza de España and Maria luisa park 40 mins; Setas de Sevilla 10 mins. The apartment is very comfortable and has everything that you need for a few days stay. Cristina was a great host who was quick to respond to messages and met us at the apartment for check in.

One of the beds had a plastic protector on which rustled and would have been too hot to sleep in. The apartment smelt very strongly of sewage, which appeared to be coming from the bathroom drains.

Dirty and uncomfortable. Do not stay here.

The location was okay in relation to sites in Sevilla, but there are undoubtedly better locations for the cost.

The pictures of this property show a gleaming apartment… and that is dead wrong. The facilities are extremely outdated, the bed is wildly uncomfortable, and the upper shower head did not work at all. The shower is like washing with a bidet: very little pressure, minimally functional, little to no hot water. Maintenance showed up unannounced to “flush the drains” while my wife was sleeping with no prior message from anyone. On top of this, the entire apartment smelled like open sewage for most of the duration of our stay. Just to add insult to injury, a massive cockroach crawled onto our bed the last night there. If any one of these things had been wrong, I would have been more forgiving but the factors combined were wildly uncomfortable.

Great location and easy communication with host . The apartment had everything you need and is very comfortable. The only negative was the showers which could be cold and not overly powerful often however with older buildings etc I think this is common occurrence and wasn’t a huge deal with the heat . The host was friendly and quick to respond to any queries . Great value for money would recommend this apartment to friends .

Very good place to stay!

Everything! Check-in was easy and the owner was very friendly. Everything was very clean and it looks like on the pictures. The location was very good, everything good to reach and a lot of bars around the corners. But at the same time it was very quiet for sleeping. We had everything we need in the apartment, the terrace was comfy and the rain shower was a dream. We'll definitely come back!

Confused on how to get into property but was soon resolved with a phone call. The bed was large but quite hard.
