The reception staff, beautiful room, spacious 2 bed suite, ease of lift access, parking, lovely bar and restaurant, bar staff, french champagne, lovely wait staff, quiet evening, aircons in both bedroom
Nothing really, a second bathroom woukd be great in the 2 bed suites for the price. Top dollar paid but was worth it i doubt there would comparable accomm in the region.

Location and cleanliness
The room backed onto a carpark which was very noisy throughout the night and early morning reversing government vehicles.
