BA cancelled our flight at midnight and Hilton came to the rescue

Location, ambience, comfort, quietude

Reception and check in was extremely slow. Even though booking.com has all details I was asked to manually reenter my details in their computer system at 1 am this was I feel unnecessary. Also no response to ringing door intercom left us out in the passage (in sight or reception)until we rang the hotel.

Super relaxte begin van een vakantie binnen loopafstand van luchthaven.

Super locatie en altijd heerlijk eten in het restaurant met gezellige bediening. Een goed begin van een vakantie. Snelle toegang naar de luchthaven. Cocktails waren niet mogelijk bij de bar vanwege een personeelsfeest. Maar dat werd in het restaurant keurig opgelost. Bijzonder klantvriendelijk!

We wilden eigenlijk naar de cocktail bar maar er was een personeels feest aan de gang van het hotel.

After baggage collection exit the first door 🚪 u will see a huge plaza with train connection food court and their u will see direction for hotel. Do not completely exit the airport.

Diseño exterior e interior del edificio y de las habitaciones, proximidad al aeropuerto

No dispone de zona de juegos con ajedrez y otros juegos de mesa o actividades para poder hacer con niños. Disponían de una mesa de Ping pong que no pudimos utilizar porque en al atardecer había un evento privado en la zona donde tenían dicha mesa. Contratamos media pensión pero la cena fue agua o refresco y una hamburguesa, sin postres, un auténtico engaño

Perfekt für den frühen Flug ab Schiphol

Alle Mitarbeiter und Zimmer Service waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Perfekte Lage wenn man einen frühen Flug hat. Sehr große Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und sauber. Zum Terminal oder zu den Mietwagen und den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist es ein Weg von 5 Minuten zu Fuß, ohne das man den Innenbereich verlassen muss.

Das Frühstück und das Restaurant waren recht teuer. Das Essen war OK aber nicht hervorragend, würde nächstes Mal eher am Flughafen etwas essen.

Served a purpose but ultimately disappointing

Breakfast was excellent. The room was also excellent, a great walk-in shower and comfortable bed. We were there for a visit to the spring bulb park at Keukenhof and the hotel was ideal for that purpose.

4 euros for the very small bottle of water beside the bed was a bit over the top. No price list on the refreshments in the fridge meant they also stayed where they were. The hotel is obviously aimed at business travellers with a healthy expense account. The real disappointment was an 'event' in the main atrium with an out of control mixing desk DJ producing a noise (I refuse to call it music) that was loud enough to drown out our TV on the 7th floor. Disappointing.

Super Flughafenhotel! Besser geht es nicht!

Tolles Zimmer, super Ausblick auf den Flughafen, prima Pflegeprodukte! (Gin-)Bar, Frühstück und Restaurant klasse! Unser freundlicher Hund wurde sehr willkommen geheißen! Sehr nettes Personal! Es hat ALLES geklappt und wir kommen definitiv sehr gerne wieder!

Wir haben nichts zu beanstanden!

Die Lage ist super, wenn man ab Amsterdam Airport verreist. Gutes Frühstück

Kleines Familienzimmer, mit nur einer Dusche. Dafür aber zwei Toiletten immerhin. Kaum Angebote in der Minibar, schade.

Nette receptie, vriendelijke ontvangst en goede kamer. Mooi rustig. Prima ijsmachine.

Sfeerloos zeker bij binnenkomst is het een soort conventie centrum, opvallend hoge prijzen restaurant en bar. Geen betaalbare eenvoudige gerechten. Hilton is vrij ver lopen van stations- en vertrekhal.

Goed hotel, goede overnachting gehad en dichtbij vertrekhal van Schiphol.

Goede kamer, goed restaurant en goed ontbijt. Mooi gelegen om na het ontbijt lopend richting vertrekhal van Schiphol te gaan. Service is prima, hotelkamer helemaal goed en de faciliteiten zijn altijd wel goed bij Hilton.

De voorziening koffie/thee en water op de kamer mag wel wat beter worden.

Boa localização para quem faz conexão mas com Quartos pequenos

A localização é muito boa os funcionários são muito simpáticos a Porcha que fez nosso check in foi muito agradável e solicita conosco .

o box do banheiro sai muita água por baixo e o chão fica molhado podendo causar um acidente. Nao gostei do tamanho do quarto , era bem pequeno pra 3 ( 2 adultos e 1 criança ) eu já estive em outros hotéis da rede hilton em outros países e os quartos eram bem maiores . como fiquei somente uma noite acabei não reclamando pois estava com pressa pra o voo , mas na minha opinião não atendeu ao padrão Hilton .

Very impressive airport hotel and one that we shall reuse when going through Amsterdam.

Just a 1 night stop over for connecting flights, but I was very impressed by the staff at check in who were very professional, friendly and helpful. We had dinner in the restaurant and both enjoyed our meals. Service there was also very good. We loved the design f the hotel and our room was lovely, very clean and very comfortable.

We struggled to find signage telling us how to get to the hotel from the terminal. As such we ended up walking there “outside” rather than using the indoor heated walkway which ales you all the way to the hotel. Not a majorly problem but we were kind of cold by the time we hit there.

Best airport hotel at Schipol

Hotel connected to the terminal perfect location for overnight layover, room is clean and comfortable, wifi is free for hilton honor members and works well. Plenty of wardrobe storage. Staff are very welcoming and friendly.

The european plugs could be changed to international ones or usb only as there is only usb charging available at the desk, not bedside.
