Gut gelegen Freundliches Personal welches stets bereit war zu helfen. Tolle liege und sitzmöglichkeiten am Strand Gutes WLAN Schön in die Natur eingebettet

A spot of paradise!

Great position! Perfect environment to relax for few days. The staff is very kind, bungalows essentials but quite confortable! The view you can get from the outdoor patio is simply amazing. The restaurant is also good quality and price fair for turists. Bbq event with live music really enjoyable!

For me was not an issue and I enjoyed a lot the tides effect, but to swim is not the right place. However not so far there are beautiful snorkling experiences to do.

A hidden gem! Claudia and Mustafa are excellent hosts, very friendly and happy to help. Evergreen is nice and peaceful and the perfect place to relax compared to other destinations we visited. My partner and I stayed for 4 nights as part of a much bigger trip to Zanzibar and Evergreen was definitely our favourite place. We stayed in one of the bungalows, it was basic but had everything we needed and we loved that we could walk straight out onto the beach. The food is very good, the menu is changed daily for both lunch and dinner and a great choice at breakfast. Would highly recommend!

The only thing we think could be changed is that you have to pay for drinking water.

If you are looking for relax this is your place. The restaurant is also amazing, pretty sure no other places around have such good offer quality/price

For some people might be a bit isolated. However if you go to Bwejuu what you are looking for is indeed relax

In February, you will feel like in paradise

I had a huge desire to come to Zanzibar, I had the chance to come here thanks to my work that let me go in advance to take a few days off. I tried two hotels, Evergren Bungalow and the Park Hyatt in StoneTown. I would choose the Bungalow every time and especially next to Paje which I loved. I think I lived like a dream there, the mix between being with the locals who make you feel extremely well on their island but also the beauty of the place and the sea. I was more than happy to have found Evergreen Bungalow, I had one of the best time of my life. It was very quiet probably due to the February weather, I felt safe (safer in Zanzibar than in London) and the food was wonderful. Within 5 minutes drive you have the town of Paje which offers bars, restaurants and a market.

Nothing bad to say.

Perfect for a relaxing few days to chill on the beach. Perfect stay.

Great place to come and relax. The staff were amazing. Donna was great, so friendly and kind. The BBQ night was amazing! Can’t wait to stay again.

Very good

The place is very nice and calm. Great for resting and being peaceful, with a lot of options to seat in the beach. Good food, several options and fair price. Wifi was good on the restaurant.

They have two exchange rates for USD, apparently one for food and beverages and one for accommodation, which is not written anywhere. Given that the rate is fixed in Tanzania is not clear for the guest which rate they are using and is not the same as the market. We did not like this as it feels they are taking advantage of you . Great value for money for a genuin, relaxed beach stay

Relax vibe, the luxury of this place is not the room but the outside space available for each guest. Not crowded, relaxed, real beach experience, away from the crowds. Good value for money

Great staff! Nice restaurant and places to hang out Lots of options for chilling out ;)

It was a bit far from other restaurants and activities however it encouraged me to walk!

Everything with Evergreen Bungalows was absolutely perfect. Would definitely recommend anyone staying here. If we are ever on Zanzibar again we will be staying here again!

I loved it.

It was easy to find. I got there by bus and the stop was by the road that leads to the property. It’s beautiful. It has lots of seats for anyone interested in seating outside and read a book or simply work on your computer. And for animal lovers there are cats around that you can pet and a few friendly dogs. It is quite safe and right by the beach it looks really lovely at night with all the stars out.

Well, it’s quite sandy but that is expected as it’s right by the beach.

We loved the quiet location and the hippie vibe of the place. Everything is very basic but the whole place is clean and comfy. We really appreciated the bed on the balcony. We used to watch the sunrise and monkeys in the palm trees from there each morning. The food in the restaurant is very good and reasonably priced and we actually noticed many tourists from outside the resort coming for dinner. The staff is very attentive. One night we asked for octopus and they prepared it for us although it wasn´t on the menu that day! The happy hour with a wide selection of drinks is also good. We really enjoyed our stay in this resort.

It would be lovely if the wi-fi reached the rooms. We missed a shelf for toiletries in the bathroom and although the room was cleaned every day, we only got 3 tiny bars of soap for 2 people and a 5-day stay.

Good view, bad food, toilet next to the bed.

Beachfront and the view, chilli in the room at the night.

Food was mostly bad. Room was dark and toilet had now privacy.

Relaxing and comfortable

Loved everything! very relaxing, beautiful beach, accommodating staff and nice food. it’s a perfect choice for ultimate relaxation. perfect spot for reading, chilling and talking Long Beach walks. the dogs are also so sweet and if you are lucky enough they may tag along the walks.

Peace of heaven!

Amazing location, really peace of heaven! lot of places for chili and relax, great food in restaurant, friendly staff and Claudia (owner) is really great host - taking care about everything! perfect place if you want to stay at authentic Zanzibar beach resort - few steps from bungalows to ocean!

Nothing- this place is rustic and authentic, so don’t expect luxury and fancy room (this is just comment not complain)
