POLICIES & INFO *Our home is family-friendly and non-smoking. *This vacation home does NOT allow pets. *Guest capacity is strictly enforced. *We strive to regularly update our photos and listing description; however, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy in photos or descriptions. *Our staff works diligently to maintain sanitation and inventory in this home; however, if you find something lacking, please reach out by phone to our front office so we may promptly address your needs. *You may park 1 vehicle with a parking permit. No exceptions. RESORT FEES All reservations with dates of stay from March 4th to April 9th require a one-time per-person Resort Fee of $33. The Resort Fee is required for all guests from 10 years of age to 32. Guests ages 9 and under are exempt. Guests ages 33 and older are exempt. Please notify us of the number of guests in your group for whom the resort fee will apply. The Resort Fee will be applied to the reservation and paid with the final payment which is due 30 days prior to arrival. The Resort Fee does not apply to any other time of the year. City of South Padre Island License Number available upon request.

Property is Okay. Long waits for the elevator. Deal directory with this property rather than using SPI orherwise you have to go across town every time you need towels or linens. Great access to a nice beach and several swimming pools

Overall, the condo is in a nice location, with a nice view of the ocean, with 3 pools and considering its age the condo is actually nice and we would consider staying here again, if both elevators are in service
Additional comments;
The interior furniture pictures needs to be updated, the living area furniture has been replaced and the current furniture is of fair quality. There was a fowl smell in the kitchen when we arrived, the smell was coming from the kitchen trash receptacle. When we removed the new trash bag there was what appeared to be vomit under the trash bag, which we cleaned. I have no idea how the cleaning service missed that! Saida Royale 9069 is 15 floors with 2 elevators, of which, 1 was out of service all week and the remaining elevator frequently did not function either and when it is running expect a long wait for the elevator. The wifi did not work, but my wife and I didn't care and did not report it to anyone. There is no privacy lock on the bedroom door and the door strike plate is missing, we didn't care about this either and did not report it.

Overall no complaints but I would mention this is an older building and you will see an occasional roach. I literally only seen 2-3.

The unit has a great view of the beach and ocean. Location of property is good and has a security guard at entrance gate. However, the unit and property have a lot of deferred maintenance. For example, dryer did not work, bathroom fan made horrible noise, and there were other cosmetic issues. During our stay, maintenance came into unit and shut of water so that repairs could be made to adjoining unit. There was a foul odor that came thru bathroom fan into unit when fan was not running. Frankly, we were disappointed based on the other reviews; we expected more for the price point. Check-in was offsite further north on SPI and we sat in traffic for a while to get to check-in location, then sat in traffic to drive back to unit, then still had to go to local office at unit property to get key cards for unit.

Place was clean, good views of the beach, easy to walk to the beach. The only issue is the check in process, it is inconvenient to have to check in away from the property and then head back to the property. If you don’t plan on having a car this would be an issue. Otherwise a great stay.

The grounds and swimming pools are very well kept. Great views of the water. Pictures of the unit are accurate. Room was clean and comfortable. I agree with the other reviews that mention that there are light bulbs that need replacing over the bar area. Staff was very nice. We will definitely be back.

Very enjoyable
Property was clean and good size for 2. Only 1 bathroom which was off the Master bath so it would be awkward for more than 2 occupants. No toaster which was inconvenient. Overall liked the property and would stay there again.

Great view and location
Overall, this property was a great deal. It was very clean and had a great view of the beach from all rooms! The host answered all questions. Our only suggestion is that you may want to put a rug inside the patio door as the patio accumulates sand. It would help with keeping the sand inside the condo to a minimum. Minor detail.

6069 Condo Review
The condo was very nice though there are a few minor things that I mentioned to the owner that could easily be taken care of, such as, a ceiling fan stuck on high and a light that did not work. Overall though it was a nice place with some good views and I would recommend it to anyone staying on South Padre Island.

The room was clean with a working AC. The balcony had a gorgeous view of the resort and ocean. The pools were amazing and the convenience of the location was great.

Nice on the beach condo
Enjoyed staying here a lot. Great location right on the ocean. Only took a few minutes to walk over. It was quite spacious for a one bedroom - nice big common area and large master. Had great views of the ocean from all of the windows. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher! I didn't use the three pools or tennis courts, but appreciated that they were all there. I would stay here again.
