Very good

We stayed at the Tree House. The privacy was the bonus. It's secluded from the entire property. The kitchenette and the bathroom were spacious. It has Plug Points galore.The owner, Darren, communicated before we checked in, which was welcoming.

Breakfast was the same. May be they need to improve on that. Also the staff don't communicate, they bring hot breakfast while you are having your cold one.

An oasis after a hard ride

The property is beautifully set out. I enjoyed the grounds and the ambience of the property

The room was comfortable nd clean, and after a day's riding on a motor bike, the perfect way to unwind

Incredible B&B with the most calming environment.

The property is very beautiful and located in the most serene and calming environment.

I was not sure about the safety of vehicles as the gate remained open

Lovely Stay !

The location was convenient. We had been on the Giant's Cup hiking trail and wanted a place to stay close to the border cause we had planned a trip up Sani Pass for the following morning

beautiful place with beautiful lawn and super friendly staff ❤️ Really nice breakfast as well

there was no one to check me in when I got there, I know it wasn’t on purpose, hoping it doesn’t occur again with other guests, everything else was just amazing

The place is in a super location. The whole set up very beautiful. Rooms spacious and clean.

Due to loadshedding we were sitting in the complete dark. No outside lights at all and that's very scary. It was super dark. And in SA this is scary and actually dangerous. We had matches and a half burned down candle. That's all the guest house provided. No information on check in about upcoming loadshedding. We had 4 hours loadshedding. It's self catering but how on earth shall you cater for yourself in the dark no electricity and microwave and electric stove. No body came to check if we okay or safe. We sat from 17.00 to 21.00 without electricity. Which is not the owners fault. But surely he could for that price have an outside light working with solar and maybe 2 candles for guests. And outside solar lights. We never saw the owner either. The lady who checked us in was friendly but was not giving any information. At our room was a stone table and bench. Arou d the table 50 burned down cigarettes from previous guest. That should be cleaned up before new guests arrive. And fan in the room would be nice.

I do recommend Sani Window B&B

Roxanne and Darren went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. The property is close to all the site seeing and tours. Booking was very simple. I will go back.

absolute highly recommanded

Emelina was the light of our stay! We decided to stay a few days longer just because of her, we never met a more kind and welcoming warmhearthed housekeeper like her during our whole three months stay in SA. we stayed at the tree house which was great.

The hosts are so kind and welcoming. The location is ideal for fishing the local streams and climbing the Sani Pass.

Very good

We enjoyed our stay - the hostess arranged extra heaters in our cottage due to the cold weather.

The BBQ facility was not close to the cottage.

Cosy and comfy

The location is lovely

The self catering facilities were less than I expected. The kitchenette is a tiny nook next to the bathroom. The cooking equipment and space was minimal.
