The staff were excellent, they readily accommodated our needs and expectations. The rooms were neat and clean and well serviced. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Highly recommend as close accommodation to the Giza Plateau and the views of the pyramids and sphinx from the roof top restaurant are to die for.
It is impossible to have a 5 star surrounds in the area so it is a bit of a surprise when you arrive. But once you enter the hotel it is perfect inside.

Hotel located right next to Giza complex entry with stunning view of Sphinx and Pyramids from the roof top terrace. Great spot for a free view of the sound and light show. The staff were welcoming and very helpful.
The buffet breakfast had plenty of options and the food from the restaurant was good.
No rooftop wifi.
We were slightly overcharged for meals. This was noted after checkout after an itemised bill was emailed to me. The prices on the menu were not what was charged to the room- at time of writing I had not received a reply regarding the price difference from the hotel staff. The amount was small approx 4-5USD, but when travelling for a long period of time, this can add up.

The view is just breathtaking REALLY ! We actually booked the hotel just for this :-) You can have breakfast and enjoy a quiet evening just in front of the pyramids and can even enjoy the light and sound for free. The job was done!
The only downside for us was the cleanliness ...

I like the consistently comfy, well-decorated and kept rooms, and good service from staff. It’s amazing to be right next to the Sphinx. This is my go-to Giza hotel for taking family and friends.
This time, there was a toilet that kept smelling, but have never experienced dodgy drains from them before

Excellent rooftop view of the Pyramids of Giza.
Airport transfer organised through the hotel forgot to pick us up at the airport.

Great experience staying at the valley, I had 2 stays there as in between I was in Siwa, and the view just didn't get boring.
The staff were the best part, all so friendly and accommodating, when I go back to Egypt I'll be sure to book this hotel again.
So as I went to Siwa for a few days I had 2 different rooms, and the 1st room didn't have a shower door so the bathroom floor was very wet after I had a shower. But I guess that's just being nitpicking.

L'emplacement et la vue sur le Sphinx et les pyramides. The place and the view on the Sphinx and pyramids.La qualité des petits déjeuners. The quality of the food at breakfast. The friendliness of the staff. Le personnel très serviable et sympathique. La qualité des lits. The comfort of the beds.
Rien. Tout était très bien. There is nothing I would change. Everything was great.

All friendly, helpful staff, particularly Ayman
When changing currency on last day there was a minor discrepancy re the rate. This amounted to EGP 40 (about £1) difference

The location is just amazing! Haven’t been to a better place in Egypt. The staff was 100% lovely. Nothing to complain about.
Keep in mind that it is a 3 star hotel. So the facilities aren’t super luxury. Money for value is a 10 out of 10 though.

Location is excellent in relation to the Pyramids.
Breakfast offering is the worst I've ever seen. Rooftop restaurant is very average. Food is cold. They bring your entree with the main course. Very badly managed. Staff pleasant but need training.

I liked the location because the hotel is in front of the pyramids and the terrace on top was very nice.
The area in which the hotel is located does not feel safe, the hotel itself is far from being 4 stars, I would give it 2 stars.
It lacks cleanness especially in the bathroom even if the housekeeping was passing everyday, only the bed was ok.
The staff seems nice. I strongly suggest you to avoid any tour from the hotel, not only they add a tons of shopping activities that you didn’t ask for, but the tours itself don’t worth the money asked (especially dinner cruise on Nile). Then with one of the tours they brought us to the touristic shop of essential oils, which was totally a fraud, we paid with Pos several times, as it was saying “operation declined” but after all it took our money several times, only thank to our bank we manage to receive back the money…be careful with that

Excellent location. Nearest property to the entrance.
Good breakfast and good staff. Always helpful and courteous.
Bathroom lighting needs to be fixed. Not bright enough.
Room locker is complicated to operate and anyone can walk away with it.

Excellent views.
Friendly and helpful staff.
Location is perfect.
The rooms are dated. Pictures do not match what I expected. Bathrooms are small.

Very friendly, honest, kind and non pushy staff. This isn’t common from my experience staying at other places in Giza.
The restaurant is the nicest I found and the inclusive breakfast is delicious. An extensive fresh buffet made with love.
Its a 1min walk from the ticket office so you can be first on site to the pyramids with no one there for a few hours. Go Mon-Wed for the quietest experience. I wished I had found this hotel sooner than my last night.

Very helpful staff!
the photos of the room shown is not the same as the actual. very misleading, we had an issue checking in but the staff was very accommodating and gave us a nice room.

not wild about the “ wet room” concept

The view is incredible. It truly is the experience of a lifetime. The staff for both the hotel and restaurant are so nice and helpful.
The room wasn’t perfectly clean. It was just small things but I was surprised. However you absolutely cannot beat this view or location so don’t let this deter you, just a heads up.

It is the closest hotel to the pyramids and sphinx. It is actually located just beside the ticket booth. Great view for breakfast and at night. Rooms and hotel were clean and a generous size. The staff were very, very friendly and helpful. I can't stress this enough. They were able to book a last minute tour for us and also arranged for our plane tickets to Aswan. One of the staff also walked me to the corner bank machine so I would not get lost. It was only 50m away but still very thoughtful. It is approximately $5-$7 for an Uber to downtown and about 30-40 minute drive.
Not much we didn't like. The location might be the only thing. Being right beside the pyrids is great, but Giza is not really a place to explore. Walking around is ok but nothing to see except people getting on with their lives. I would recommend spending 2 or 3 days here to see the pyramids, Saqqara, Memphis, etc. We booked for just a few days and then moved to a hotel downtown which I think was wise. The constant long Uber drives in very crazy traffick to go to downtown would have worn thin if we spent all our time here.

location is perfect, 50m feom pyramid plateau entrance.
relatively small rooms, with little light.
standard or deluxe rooms are very small, and would not suggest those. we upgraded to a larger room for 20 dollar per night extra. rooms are clean, but not super clean.
