Personale e pulizia deludente, vista stupenda

Unica cosa positiva la vista magnifica dalla terrazza dell’hotel sulle piramidi e la sfinge.

Personale indescrivibile. Ho prenotato a novembre per un soggiorno a marzo, una camera queen deluxe vista piramidi. Arriviamo e senza dirci nulla ci fanno pagare la suddetta camera che, ovviamente, costa più delle altre… peccato che poi ci portano in una camera mini vista….. muro. Ho protestato prendendo la prenotazione su Booking e dicendo che io non ho pagato per questa camera, che costava ben 30 € di meno a notte! Hanno fatto storie ma sapendo che mi stavano truffando , dopo molta insistenza mi hanno dato ciò che ho pagato. Bellissima camera con vista (bagno molto fatiscente). Inoltre, per la sera prenotiamo un tavolo sul terrazzo per vedere lo spettacolo che c’è sulle piramidi ogni sera, arriviamo con anticipo di 10 minuti per sentirci dire che tutti i tavoli sono occupati e la prenotazione non vale….. scusate?! altra nota, il Wi-Fi NON ESISTE. Hanno una connessione che può ospitare un Max di 200 iscritti… peccato che il numero sia di gran lunga superato e che mi è stato risposta dalla ragazza della reception che non è un problema suo, perché hanno la proprietà le persone della zona che entrano e chiedono il Wi-Fi …. Quindi rimarranno attaccate per sempre..

Precios altos. Al pedir un taxi al conserje que mando buscar en la misma puerta cobró él por la carrera aplicando una tarifa totalmente abusiva.

Memorable Birthday Celebration

This Hotel has an amazing view of the Pyramids, the staff is incredible nice and Helpful, the manager helped me exchange my Euros, because my bank card was not working in the country. Ziad was every day wearing a nice smile, Donia she was very attentive and helped me to explained about the bus station.. everybody was wonderful here. The roof top of the Hotel is great...and you can enjoy the sound and light show each night! I had a memorable Stay!! And never forget the great birthday that I had in Cairo. Thank so much for everything guys !!

The real Egypt - Paradise & Hell together

The view is amazing Terrace is clean and straight front of the Wonder Pyramid

The food is like everywhere in Egypt The chef needs to wake up because he prepares food with no taste and no imagination (breakfast was exactly the same during 2 days) but he wears a new jacket Maybe it is not him who cooks ?? If you would really like to see the Pyramid song and lights don't accept to see it from the hôtel Hyatt terrace, it is just for them a way to collect more money, because it is impossible to hear anything between all terraces that have their own music and mosque, but just the lights

The attention that Saba and Samir had was the best, they are exceptional workers, you can trust them to the fullest, but there was a man named Mohammed who was at the reception and the attention I received from that man is terrible, if you visit Hayat views pyramids ask to be received Samir is the best worker there

Very good

The hotel has so many things they can possibly improved on. However i do not know how to fault any thing about the hotel because the people who work there give you their genuine service. You will feel loved and taken care of The strength of this hotel is its people, the next best thing is the location. I hope they will improve the foods on the top floor and i hope they will improve the cleaning too. Overall, in case i return, i will be happy to stay again in the same hotel.

I hope they will lessen the charge of their tour package. Queen Sugar though is very sweet and very informative and we really like her.

Terrible.

Cockroaches, everything was broken in the room, escalated to staff and they offered a different room but that room also had everything broken. Booked a tour through them and was supposed to be a 4 hour tour, which ended up being 45 minutes and was scammed for more money for things that was specifically said were included in the tour. Thought booking through a Hyatt/Marriott officiate, that things would have been better. I’ve traveled all over the world staying in a 5$ hostel in back country Vietnam provided better stay by far than this place. Terrible experience.

5 star view restaurant with 3 star room.

Best roof top restaurant -Best of best experience of dinner and breakfast at roof top restaurant. -Best view around this area, I could use any time. -Good food with Kofta dish, fresh juice, and very good Shisha, and local food breakfast. -Friendly staffs. -Restaurant was honest for charging dishes. No extra or over charging.

Poor room and unclear price exchange rate. -Room cannot be expected as it says at Booking.com. -I reserved Delux single room but I was given normal twin room. -No bathtab (It was horrible excuse of hotel manager saying that their bath tab means bath mat.) -No electric outlet for charging battery (I have to use TV's outlet) -Poor furniture and amenities like 2-3 stars hotel. -One of two beds are broken. (it doesn't support sleeping body.) -Shower, toilet and air condition worked ok. -Price does not match to room. Also, I recommend to pay in US dollar which exactly written on Booking.com. Otherwise they will exchange to Egyptian pound at their exchange rate to get higher price. But it was not fetal expensive so I gave up to claim to waste my time. it depends on value point of each person, but I'm satisfied because of their wonderful roof top restaurant.

Disappointing

Good location.

The location and the view. Excellent launchpad for the Giza complex. Pyramids are walking distance and the entire complex, easily navigable by foot. We were however advised the complete opposite, and pesteringly haggled by the owner, upon arrival. If looking past these negatives, and don't rely on their advice/information, it is objectively a good location for visiting pyramids.

Not worth the money.

top Location

Cleanliness. nothing as such what is shown in the pictures. Too expensive for such cheap quality. The prices quoted are way higer than the offered rooms and quality. wifi was not working the whole time. Our whole stay duration we did not have a chance to use wifif at all.

A rare find, a gem, a home away from home. It's magic

Location - million dollars view, priceless, precious. I could sit in the roof top all day and night watching the pyramids view with sphinx. Their location is a gem. It is the real Egypt. This where you want to be to feel how it is to be among the people of Cairo with the great view. Staff - they are their for your your comfort and they look after you so well. Special mention to staff Mr. Walaly,l Ahmed, Mr. Sahir and Ms Sandy and the manager at the roof top. They made me feel my home away from home. They teated me like their own family and friend and I am sure they look after their guests very well. Hotel and room - what can I say, you can view pyramids with Sphinx from the room and this is awesome. I loved the lively environment of the place and surroundings. Light and sound show from roof top was amazing. I would come and stay in this hotel anytime. This place is magical, it has positive vibes and it makes you feel better.

The best location to see the pyramids

The location cant be any better. The rooms were large enough. The staffs were very polite and helpful. The breakfast was great too.

The prices at the rooptop restaurant is exorbitantly high and the food quality is nothing great.

Good for Pyramid view

The view from our room and the roof top restaurant of the Pyramids. Hotle is right next to the Spinx. Hotel staff were helpful and welcoming.

Wi fi connection did not work at all. It almost ruined the stay for us. we could not plan our time well due to unavailability of internet. I had to go sometimes to the lobby to get online. Another problem was the bathroom light, it kept switching off/on automatically. Very limited options in breakfast too. Some more items could be added, especially for children. Airport drop-off for USD25 (EGP 500) was expensive, that too with an old car.

Nice hotel for a good price

This hotel offers you best value for your money. View from the rooftop restaurant is unreal! You could eat a breakfast, drink some tea or have shisha at the front of the Sphinx and the Pyramids. People working in Hayat Pyramids View are so kind and helpful. Especially Mr Ahmed and the manager from the restaurant (my greetings also for Samir, Ashur, Mahmood and the rest of the team). For ex, after i had small accident during exploration of ruins, they provided me with a cream for my swollen feet. Don't believe the people that are saying that the breakfast is uneatable. Actually is verry nice - you will have a good variety of food.

WiFi was sometimes weak in the rooms. But in the restaurant and the lobby it was working much better.

You go to this hotel for the roof top view of the pyramids and it does not disappoint. The view was amazing!

The wifi was terrible during our whole stay. Some of the staff were a bit pushy trying to sell tours.

Strongly recommend this hotel!

They are really helpful people. They always try to make your stay nicer and better. When I got sick - they really cared about me, they gave me a lemon/mint juice that really helped me during the sickness. The hotel is literally 1 minute from the entrence to the pyramid complex - strongly recommend!

The internet connection was really bad - however this problem we had in each hotel we stayed in Egypt, it is not only Hayat issue.
