We truly loved our stay in this home! This was the first family vacation we were able to plan in a long time due to complicated work schedules and family me members having babies. We traveled with 3 children under 3 years old but were happy to see the house had plenty of high chairs, portable cribs and toys for them. The hosts checked in and were available when needed. The house was clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. The only very minor thing was that we couldn’t find any additional trash bags to clean more. But I think we weren’t expected to clean as much as we wanted to. The heated driveway was so convenient as it made it easy for us to drive away at the end of our trip without worrying about shoveling away snow. My family was really happy and we enjoyed our snowball fights with my toddler nephew who woke up thinking it was christmas when he saw his first snow ever. We would love to come back in the future :)

Beautiful house! Loved our stay. There were some appliances that needed some light repair but that did not detract from our stay. We had a really lovely time and would come back again.

So grateful we found this listing on Vrbo. The home was beautiful, well stocked with everything we could have possibly needed. The check in/out process went really smoothly. The owner and property management were both very responsive and wanting to assist. The location was beautiful and the home… was so perfect for our family. Definitely recommend.

Everything about our stay was fantastic. Hit the Hyatt for lunch (2x), the beach, Chickadee Trail (fed the birds), Alibi brew pub (highly recommend the ButterNut Squash Stew, delicious!!!), weather couldn't have been better, grand-daughters first time in the snow, and the house was amazing!! If I had a complaint I'd say take the ping-pong table out of the garage and put in a golf simulator ;)

Very well updated cabin, spacious and well appointed. You will be impressed with the openness and bedrooms with a bath in each. Multi levels make this a very unique feel. Worked excellent for wedding party to stay and play before wedding at Tannenbaum. Very happy we booked this cabin. Thanks .

This property was a perfect location for our reunion group. The combination living, dining, kitchen areas are very comfortable and extremely pleasant with views looking out at the woods in all directions. The property is very well decorated and furnished with everything we needed. And the owner, Kenny, and his property manager were very responsive and helpful. We couldn’t have asked for anything more.

Great house, needs a tv in the living room for some sports!

Loved the 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms and loved that the bedrooms each had their own bathroom. Lots of room to spread out and great set up (things to play with) for our one-year old granddaughter.
The house could use general maintenance on the windows, screens, ceiling fans, ice machine in the refrigerator.

We have no complaints about the cabin! Perfect place for our retreat, location was wonderful. We enjoyed the open layout of the kitchen especially when cooking for a group. We loved the room layouts on the bottom floor. Rooms were clean and comfortable for all of our guests. The only complaint is that pest control came by 11 AM on our full day for our retreat. They had to inspect every room, including a room where our two babies were sleeping. We thought it was poor planning on their end with getting a pest control during our retreat when we’re paying a pretty expensive price to stay at this cabin.
Overall beautiful home, perfect for groups just please don’t schedule any pest control when paying guests are trying to enjoy their stay. Thank you!

The house is truly beautiful and well equipped and Kenny was great to work with. However, there were multiple maintenance items that we found that need to be addressed and also a number of cleanliness items that need to be addressed.
Please see list below for maintenance items:
1. mailbox door broken
2. main level guest bath and downstairs guest bath toilet seats loose (my father tightened)
3. kitchen cabinet door falling off
4. multiple missing/burned out lightbulbs (kitchen, master bedroom, master bath, living room behind couch, guest bedroom main level)
5. downstairs king bedroom toilet seat needs to be replaced- old and discolored
6. half bath downstairs sink drains slow
Please see list below for cleanliness items:
1. left dishwasher bottom full of food when we arrived and foul odor (called sunbear and cleaner came out and emptied food but said maintenance worker would also come take a look but no one came and never heard back from sunbear)
2. MULTIPLE dishes and MULTIPLE utensils were put away dirty. These were covered in dried on food and one had a dead bug. I had to run multiple cycles in the dishwasher to wash bowls, plates, glassware and utensils.
3. 2 mice seen on main level, caught and killed using traps. This was rather disturbing to all of us
4. large number of cigarette butts and trash items outside lower level guest room deck and along backyard pathway

A group of 6 couples traveled to Tahoe for a weekend winter getaway. The house was perfect for such a large group. We all had our own rooms and bathrooms. We barely touched either of the downstairs family rooms, as we were all gathered in the living room for most of the weekend. Hosts were helpful and responsive and communicated clear directions and guides every step of the way. Thanks Nancy and Ken, we will be back!

What a treat! The home was fantastic - beautiful throughout, lots of space, great kitchen, kid friendly. With 6 bedrooms, there's space for everyone, and with 3 living rooms, not everyone has to be together! The steam rooms were welcome after a day on the slopes, and the hot tup a nice way to cap the day. The owners were communicative and accommodating. We'll be back!

We stayed here for a holiday weekend for our annual family time in Tahoe and this house was such a refreshing and fun place. We all enjoyed our time so much with the hot tub, steam room, living rooms, games and best of all the hill in the front yard was perfect for sledding. The kids didn’t have to wait for us to drive them to a sledding spot and adults could watch comfortably from the kitchen. There was plenty of seating with the dining table, bar chairs and also a table and folding chairs provided in the garage. All the instructions were so easy to understand and the owner was so kind. None of the family wanted to leave and we’ll definitely be trying to book this place for next year!

A great place to stay with plenty of space for multiple families to either find some quiet time or gather together. The home was clean and well appointed with everything you might need. The amenities were fantastic and proximity to Diamond Peak and Incline Village convenient. We look forward to staying there again in the future.

We had a fantastic time! The property alone provided plenty of fun for my kids & grandkids to play in the snow or family games indoors. The location was in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood with accommodations meeting our large group comfortably. Each family member/couple had their own room & bath making it easy to nap little ones without loud disruptions. The owner was very attentive to my questions and went above & beyond with reaching out to me before & during our stay.
We look forward to coming back again!

Hot tub, steam room, multiple tvs, games.....all made this a property enjoyed by all. Close proximity to skiing, and sledding right out the front door.....we loved it. Kenneth was attentive as well as property management. Highly recommend this beautiful mountain home!

This was an ideal property for our family with children and grandchildren. Close to shopping, skiing, and King's Beach. Plenty of room around the home to build a sled run. It was great having children's toys available for our two young grandchildren and the inner tubes and sleds were great for sledding. We loved our stay and our kids are already asking when we will be returning.

The women in our family have a weekend getaway once a year. This year we chose this delightful house and couldn't have been more pleased. The 10 of us enjoyed every room..we watched movies, worked a puzzle, enjoyed the hot tub and steam room and ate fabulous food. We ate inside and enjoyed the outside eating area. The beds were comfy and the rooms spacious. Ken called to make sure we were settled in and didn't need anything which was a nice personal touch. We are already talking about renting here next Fall and adding another night so we can spend more time enjoying the house and each other.
