A wall of windows in each bedroom and living room capture stunning Emerald Coast views. Access the over-sized balcony w/unique tile design (not just cement) from both bedrooms or living room to enjoy sunrises, sunsets, or just to relax and read a good book. In fact, you'll find yourself spending lots of time out there. Bring your binoculars so you can watch the dolphins playing in the morning. And get ready to enjoy the magnificent sunsets in the evening. Also there is a new Bluetooth speaker to listen to your favorite music! Complimentary chair service includes two beach chairs and umbrella ($300 weekly value). Luxurious granite counter tops in kitchen and bath, stunning and spa-like walk-in shower with bench, dual vanity, new cabinetry and new tile throughout (no carpet). This condo is beautifully decorated with a fun and fresh coastal vibe. The kitchen is stocked with new cookware and kitchen utensils, including most anything you would need if you choose to prepare meals during your stay. Also, we have brand new stainless appliances including refrigerator, range, dishwasher and over the range microwave. The unit also is equipped with a washer and dryer, iron, and ironing board for your convenience. Both Keurig and coffee maker (round filters). In addition to new furniture in the living room, you will also find a new 65" UHD TV mounted to the wall. Two large sofas and recliner. One sofa is a queen size sleeper, allowing accommodations of up to 8. The bedrooms have new top quality plush pillow top mattresses and luxury linens. The master bedroom has a ultra pillow top king size bed and a twin day bed and bedroom 2 offers 2 queen ultra pillow top beds. Each bedroom has a new smart TV 50 & 55" mounted to the wall. The resort itself offers 24 hour gated security with security guard for your safety. There are 3 pools (two heated year round) and 3hot tubs, so no concern for over crowding. The largest, centrally located pool, is lagoon style. Adjacent to the lagoon pool is the "Hangout", a small snack shop offering lunch items and frozen drinks while you're enjoying the pool. The name Long Beach Resort was derived from the unusually large private beach the resort owns. It is the largest resort owned beach in Panama City Beach with over 1300 feet of private beach access, again, no concerns of overcrowding at this beach. We loved the spacious unit, the unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico from all rooms, & location of the property. The owner was always quick & clear with communication as well.

Long Beach Condos is a great complex, enjoyed the pools and snack shack on site. The location was great, walkable to several restaurants/shopping. A little busy during fall break, however our area on the beach was much less crowded than other condos. Everything was easy to do with our condo-check-in, parking, great communication with owner! 4 stars because bed and pillows were not super comfortable. Also, dryer didn’t work upon arrival. However, owner sent mechanic to fix this.

Property was beautiful,had some trouble navigating check in process but it was my first time renting condo. I didn't want to go home home.

Lovely unit with an amazing view and so close to shopping, restaurants, or anything else to be desired. The patio overlooking the water was a favorite spot of the family. Beach access couldn't be easier and the chairs/umbrella were always waiting for us in the morning. Unit and property were clean and well maintained. Had everything we needed for our stay. Communication was always prompt, courteous, and helpful. No hiccups at all and helped lead to a stress free vacation. We will definitely be back soon!

Room was wonderful. Listing was very accurate. Very roomy for my family of 4 and my mother in law. The view was awesome. Barbara was quick to respond if we needed anything.

I traveled here with my husband and 2 kids. We’ve stayed at previous condos that we’ve rated 5 stars. This one is better. And let me tell you why. Some big things. Some little things
1) the view. Instead of a gorgeous view from the balcony only, this has floor to ceiling views from both bedrooms. There’s no going back now! And the balcony is huge.
2). The outdoor showers are sooo much more convenient. Instead of holding down a button while also trying to shower at the same time, you push the button and it stays on. AND HAS A WATER HOSE which is 10000x more effective.
3) instead of climbing outdoor stairs to the beach, it’s only a few long stairs. We usually have to lift the beach cart and carry it up or down the stairs

4) they allow tents and umbrellas etc in addition to beach service. Other places didn’t allow
5). You reserve your chairs for the duration of your stay VS having to go down early and claim your chairs daily
6) the shower with a double shower head is a lifesaver. ESP with kids
7) the kitchen is equipped well , including a crockpot which is great
8) the place is very clean. Condo and the entire grounds.
9) walking from pool to pool is easy to do from
Indoors. And the hot tubs are great! The lazy river pool is soooo nice. That’s where the snack shop is (of course it’s super overpriced but it’s convenient)
10) 24 hour security. So nice!!! There’s a guard that screens your car so you can enter.

The condo was beautiful and as listed. We got to check in early which was awesome. This was the nicest place my family has ever stayed. Highly recommend this condo. The balcony was great!!!

We had electrical issues while we were there, but our owner was great during the ordeal, was not her fault at all, was several condos involved, she was great trying to help us out in any way she could in a bad situation, the condo is beautiful and had all the comforts of home…

The owners were quick to respond to my questions and proved to be wonderful, concerned hosts. This is our second stay in this same room, and has become our preference in Panama City Beach after over 40 years of visits!

We are regulars to Long Beach Resort, but new to this condo. It was truly perfect for our needs. We had myself, my husband, our 12 & 14 year olds along with my 76 year old Dad. We had plenty of room. This condo is very comfy, roomy, clean, exceptionally equipped kitchen and served us well for a week away. We will keep it saved and hope to book it again in the future. Long Beach has long been a favorite of our families with 2 smaller pools and one lagoon pool. The Hangout is quick and easy to grab a bite to eat by the pool. This unit comes with a set of beach chairs which are great. We had a great time and will look to book again.

Beautiful condo! Only complaint would be they advertised there was a gym at the resort but the gym was closed and sounds like it had been closed for a long time. My son had hoped to use it. Other than that it was a wonderful place to stay!

We arrived to find the corridors dated and dirty. the condo was clean and appeared as advertised. The microwave did not work and the 2nd day, (Sunday) the cable went out. After talking to owner she said they had a management company on site but they weren't very good.
She asked me to talk with cable company and schedule appointment. I refused as I was on vacation. she had cable company call me and it was someone not in this country and unable to understand them. she finally scheduled the cable to be fixed and wanted me to wait for them between 1-5 on Tuesday. I again refused as I didn't work for her.
I suggested a partial refund due to inconvenience and no microwave, and at that point she did not respond further.

We had a great stay in Tower 4-1204. This was our first time staying at this resort and we loved it! We were on the 12th floor and it was very quick and easy to get to and from our room. Parking was very convenient and the pools were nice. All the towers are connected with a walkway on the ground level which made it very easy to explore the resort.
I booked this unit because of the large balcony and views of the ocean, and it did not disappoint! Each room has floor to ceiling windows overlooking the ocean, which was my favorite part. The unit was very clean, well stocked and overall felt like home. I would love to stay here again in the future!

Panama City Beach was a little busy this time of year (spring break), but the location of Long Beach was more family friendly and there was plenty of room on the beach to lounge and play sports with my kids. The pools were beautiful and two of them were heated. During rainy days there is plenty to do in town. The view from the balcony of this condo is perfect and we loved being on the 12th floor because any sound from people on the beach was muffled by the sound of the ocean. The view from both bedrooms is the best we have seen (most condos have one bedroom that has an ocean view, but this one has two). My kids enjoyed waking up to the ocean view every morning. The decor is beautiful throughout and there was even a Keurig coffee maker! The shower in the master bedroom is the best I've seen while staying in a vrbo. Barbara was very helpful and available easily by text. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Fantastic floor to ceiling window views of the beach and ocean from every room. Beds were comfortable. Private beach was relaxing whether on the beach chairs or up on the balcony.
Plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance or a short drive away. Would certainly stay here again.

First off, the Owners are incredible with any communication and getting all our stuff mailed and ready. The Condo was more beautiful than the pictures! Nice comfy furniture, loved the theme throughout. Had everything anyone could need in the kitchen, PLUS they also have drink cups in bottom cabinet, from places that we used and had to just pay for a refill! Seen allot of dolphins from this floor, we usually stay on lower floors, but this was perfect. Beach chairs are included and a huge bonus for sure. Beautiful shower in Master. Outdoor furniture was nice and we had our meals there, allot of seating, we had our family with us and we all had a place to sit. The only bad thing was… we had to go home lol. Perfect vacation! Reserve this if you can, you won’t be disappointed l

Everything went well, Condo was accurate to pictures and kitchen had everything needed. Beds were comfortable.

Fantastic vacation
We stayed at this condo for our summer family vacation this year & had a wonderful time. Long Beach is our favorite condo in PCB and this room was beautiful with a beautiful view of the beach. The room was clean and had everything we needed during our stay. The owners were wonderful and communicated with us with any questions we had. I highly recommend this condo and would stay here again anytime! We were sad to leave! The check in and out process was simple as well.
