The futon in the living room was so uncomfortable, hard and needs to be replaced. All the blinds are in bad shape and need to be replaced. The tiny fold out table in the dining area is being held up with a sponge on the bottom. Get some new and updated decor!

I liked that it was close to where I had my boat and trailer parked. Liked that it was near the entertainment center.
I didn't like that I couldn't use the boat ramp and I couldn't dock my boat even if I was just loading/unloading gear. I hd to pay $20 a day to use a ramp and park boat overnight.

The location.
The futon cover was very dirty. The floors were dirty. Could not use the closet because the air conditioner leaked and their was rust everywhere. Only three towels for our stay with charge of five dollars to exchange towels.
