Gutes Hotel, bietet viel an, Lage ist perfekt für Strandurlauber sowie für Unternehmungsfreudige

Super Lage, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal

Recht hellhörig, da im Flur z. B. kein Teppich liegt und somit jeder zu hören ist, der am Zimmer vorbeigeht, -läuft oder -fährt. Ausschlafen war manchmal eher schwierig.

Lovely family orientated hotel

Large room even though only a studio. Nice little kitchenette, lovely large bathroom with good walk in shower. AC worked very well. Area can be noisy but didn’t really hear it when in room. Hotel in general was always very clean. Good food options whether on room only or all inclusive, not too pricey. Very nice staff throughout hotel.

It’s very family orientated so lots of children. Didn’t bother me as had children on our party but did hear some displeasure from adults

Lovely hotel brilliant for kids

The events team were exceptional especially with the kids, everything was so well organised and went out of there way to help. Mario, Erin and especially Carla were amazing along with the rest of the team. Carla went out her way to include our daughter Daisy which made her holiday so special.

In general the buffet was good but breakfast could be better.

Safe, really friendly staff, plenty of activity for the children, clean, lots of variety

so-so, some good bits, but a lot of not great bits

the swimming pools, the food, the staff

the rooms are awful, uncomfortable, boiling, toilet stank of urine, in great need of refurbishment. allergies poorly catered for, information hard to find and no alternative options for kids with dairy allergy, esp deserts, my six year old had to accept there weren’t things for her or otherwise we ended up having to buy stuff from the shop.

won't be disappointed.

Really nice hotel. Rooms were decent, lots of activities posted daily. Location was great for some beach. Did the half board so Breakfast and Dinner. Food gets a little pedestrian after a bit but that's Mallorca..

I know it's Spain and they are trying hard by opening brekkie at 7:30 but damn.. I need my coffee- set up a self serve unit.

staff were very friendly and extremely helpful . spotless clean . good fun at pool . very relaxing . near the shops . air conditioning was great . good atmosphere

The pull out bed was not that comfy . It would be helpful if there was a leaflet regarding the facilities available for the kids club activities .

Great, recommend it if you have young children

The pool is fantastic. Hygiene is great. Also just takes a short walk to a beautiful beach.

The dinner buffet could have been better. E.g. the Asian nicht with sushi can't match the quality of a sushi restaurant at all.

I absolutely recommend this hotel (family friendly)

I'm absolutely in love with this hotel. I came with my family incl. two toddlers. It's absolutely family-friendly. The staff was super friendly and ALWAYS ready to help we needed help or advise. The rooms are beautiful and big, the accessories (the kitchen absolutely had everything that you could need. From cutlery to cups, to pots, to kettle,.. ), the location of the hotel is great! Shopping possibilities, bus station and the beautiful beach are just 'next to the hotel'/ not far away by foot approximately 10 minutes The hotel has its own supermarket in the house, there is an entertainment program in the evening, there is enough different food (a super menu where absolutely everybody can find something great to eat) also kids, for the kids - enough possibilities to play (nice pool with a ship, nice slides, a kids club where kids get entertained and a beautiful playground where kids can play in parents sight range (while the parents enjoy the sun in the deckchair). It was a birthday trip for our toddlers. We would like to say a big big thank you to the whole staff of the hotel for making our time so special and unforgettable. A BIG THANKS to the whole kitchen and especially to Toni for just everything and a BIG THANKS to the kids Club staff (Ariel, Mario and Elin) for the super cute little gift that will forever remind us of our stay. We will come again and we absolutely recommend this hotel (im not exaggerating).

We were super happy with our stay there. The are just two little things that would be great if it 'could change'. Our room has not been cleaned by the cleaning staff for two days (luckily there was a broom so we could do it by ourselves). On the kids playground (on the biggest/ highest slide) other kids and also mine kept on bumping their heads on the metal pole (which is there to protect the kids from falling). I think there could be something soft on the metal pole so that nobody gets hurt when bumping with the head there. Other than that everything was perfect and I still recommend this hotel and still would come again.

great holiday

restaurant is fantastic friendly staff

location. its in the middle of nowhere streets around it are deserted, as is the main road with the shops. maybe because we were there off-season, and maybe because we like to get out / dont spend all day sotting in the sun by the pool. also, we were there first week of May. weather was nice, but the pool temperature freezing

Exceptional

We booked an 1 bedroom premium apartment and it was so spacious! Good amenities! Bathroom having 2 sinks big step-in shower. All in all good value for the money!

We were located over the entertainment area, music and so on and was noisy but not later than 22:00.

Fabulous

Good locality. Lots of bike rentals and restaurants at walking distance. 20min walk from the Port. They have a garage for bikes and their own bike store as well. WIFI WAS PATHETIC

Great autumn break

Just what you need for a autumn break with the family

I found the hotel website difficult to browse through, which resulted in the fact that I would have been able to book the vacation package considerably cheaper. Furthermore the hotel appeared to be reducing service for the last two days. Closing of parts of the restaurant and reducing selection.
