Helt greit hotell med god mat.

Veldig bra mat og hyggelig restaurant. Veldig hyggelig uteområde på dagtid.

Rommet ble veldig trangt fordi sykkelgarasjen var under oppussing og vi ble nødt til å ha begge syklene på rommet. Når man er to triatleter på tur med mye utstyr (sykler, løpetøy, våtdrakter) så var sykkelgarasje hovedårsaken til at vi booket dette hotellet. I tillegg var det mye støy på kveldstid fra barer i nærområdet.

bardzo chciałabym tu wrócić:)

godny polecenia hotel - personel bardzo miły - pozdrawiam panią z recepcji mówiącą po polsku:D, pokój ok, materac bardzo wygodny (dwa komplety pościeli bez specjalnej prośby - a miałyśmy z tym problem w poprzednich hotelach), przyjemny widok z czwartego piętra, wygodna łazienka, blat, który pomieści kosmetyki, półeczka pod prysznicem (a to rzadkość) i wystarczająca ilość wieszaków na ręczniki czy ubrania. przyjemnie, regionalnie pachnące kosmetyki (żel, szampon). mi zawsze w pokoju brakuje czajnika, ale to nie było zaskoczenie. hotel ładny, z pięknym fikusem sięgającym czwartego piętra:) śniadania i kolacje - absolutnie powyżej oczekiwań - mimo że nie jemy mięsa i ryb, było w czym wybierać, chociaż brakuje opisów dań, albo chociaż podziału na wegetariańskie. dla mięsożerców - wybór ogromny. na śniadania dostępny dział z napojami, na kolacjach napoje są płatne dodatkowo (ale ceny niewygórowane, herbata 1€). kucharze bardzo sympatyczni, jedzenie szybko uzupełniane. basen fajny, poza sezonem pusty, woda lodowata😄 duzo leżaków i fajnych miejsc do wylegiwania się. podobno jest basen kryty, jacuzzi itp, ale chyba w remoncie. kilka minut pieszo do plaży, ogólnie typowy kurort, w pobliżu tylko hotele, restauracje i sklepiki z tandetnymi pamiątkami.

ciśnienie wody pod prysznicem mogłoby być większe:)

Kellemes

Közel van a parthoz és az üzletekhez. Finomak és bőségesek voltak az ételek. Az étteremben és a bárban nagyon kedves volt a személyzet. Megfelelő volt a tisztaság.

A közelben lévő karaoke bárok zavarók éjszaka. Rossz a szálloda szigetelése. Csukott ablaknál is olyan zaj volt mintha nyitva lenne. A recepció személyzete kedves volt de nem igazán beszéltek angolul így nehezen értettük meg egymást. A szobák nagyon picik voltak így kisgyermekkel kicsit nehezen fértünk el. A benti wellness részleg nem üzemelt.

Nice hotel with a good location

Their rooms are big and nice. We loved the pool with the bar inside of it. Also the staff is very kind, just ask for whatever you need! It’s a little walk to the beach and just a couple minutes drive to the old town. Perfect location! We definitely enjoyed our stay

The bathrooms could use an upgrade but everything was clean

Not sure I would return.

Location was good. Friendly staff Jacuzzi and adult area was nice

Room was small. Shower was leaking and overflowed and wasn’t fixed even after informing reception. Food options were limited. Had to pay for water every evening with dinner.

3rd time staying there. I'm looking forward to the 4th already

Staff were very welcoming and attentive. Quality of food was great.

There were two small issues with my room, the air condition didn't work and the shower was leaking but but they were fixed in absolutely no time.

Beautiful, loved my stay!

I had an incredible stay, was greeted with a glass of bubbles and the staff were all amazing and really friendly. Apartment itself was very clean and had a cute terrace with mountain view. Hotel had a buffet breakfast and dinner option which I thought was tasty and varied with selection. I went there to relax and swim so I can't comment on tourist attractions but the pool was wonderful and hotel not far from a gorgeous sandy beach (I'm aussie so my beach standards are pretty high!). Would definitely recommend to stay here, thank you very much :)

Very good

Nice hotel with a good location to discover Alcúdia and its surrounding places. Very good breakfast.

The Hotel is close to many bars which makes it relatively loud (until midnight).

I can definitely recommend this place to stay at Alcúdia. it’s near the bus stop, beach is 5 mins away, near you can fin

Short stay in Port Alcudia

Helpful staff. Varied dinner and breakfast. Price.

Poor wifi! Crowded, noisy big hotel. Cleanliness ( our room wasn't cleaned the next day).

What we enjoyed the most was the location of the hotel - approx. 5min walk to the beach, a few small shops around and walkable distance along the sea to the center. The room was standard, nothing to comment in particular, comfy bed. The breakfast buffet was very good and plentiful. The swimming pool was a bit small but we stayed there just for a couple of hours.

I think it is the first time we had an encounter with such a grumpy and rude staff - it seemed that every question and request was a burden. Except the night time manager Antoni who was an absolute delight and very helpful! Annoyingly, the tables for dinner are being prepared before the breakfast ends, so if you come for breakfast in the last hour, watch where you sit, otherwise you will be asked to move with all your breakfast plates. Have cash on hand - 10€ deposit for a pool towel and 5€ deposit for an iron (which was not very good at all) are required. Not a huge deal and understandable in a way, but it is the first time I was asked for a deposit for an iron.

Alcudia is lovely but the hotel we stayed in was below par and I will never return.

I liked the pina colada

Service was poor, very rarely could you get a drink at the swim up bar. Electricity was on and off which meant no air con and no hot water! To extend my room until the evening proved very difficult and the staff did not want to know so I went to the hotel over the road and they gave us a room for the afternoon

Great hotel and staff. Aircon could be better.

Lovely hotel with a touch of class. sun beds always available, swim up bar. pool not overrun with kids. Excellent breakfast. Very friendly staff.

We were in room 110. The west wall of the hotel receives a lot of sun and the bedroom wall gets very warm. Th aircon wasn’t great and it really struggled to keep the room cool, which made the room a bit uncomfortable on a night. On our last night, the power was off in Alcudia most of the afternoon and evening. Even when the power came on to all of the streets and hotels around us, our hotel remained without power til about 02:30. The room must have been about 35 degrees even with the patio doors open. couldn’t even cold shower cos the water pumps were off. We got no sleep, this made flying home the next day exhausting.

Great family hotel with close proximity to the beach.

Staff was terrific (front desk, restaurant, bar, cleaning, etc). The variety and quality of food was good. The food themes were excellent. Easy walking distance to the beach. Good availability of free public parking. Dog friendly. :)

WiFi kept dropping off entirely every 15-30 minutes, which was horrible for work videoconferences. Evening entertainment was occasionally acceptable. Paying for water at dinner was a bit silly.

great hotel, small changes would make it even better

cleanliness location pool facilities beds were comfortable

booked room with pool view but view was completely blocked by tree food ordered for lunch was not great. this was rectified by staff at the time but put us off eating there again purposely booked a hotel with swim up bar, but there was not always a member of staff there, even during peak times no tea/coffee making facilities in rooms

I recommend this hotel

+Staff was very helpful, fixed the issues very fast. + Very polite staff in dining area, good service. +Food was very good both at the breakfast and dinner. The dinner theme was different every day (sushi, Mexican, local, etc.) In addition was very good selection of meat or fish, every day different. It exceeded my expectations, and the food was much better than in restaurants nearby. +Our room has been cleaned daily and very good. +It was rather quiet, no noise at night. I slept very good. Though the hotel nearby had entertainment til around 12 at night - so it was not possible to fall asleep earlier than they finish their shows. But it was OK for us. + Evening shows/live music every night, til around 23:00. Sometimes minidisco for small kids or pirates.

- No entertainment during the day for kids or adults, no aquagym/aquazumba or something like this. - The music in pool bar could be better. - The cleaning system in the swimming pool could be better, sometimes was some dirt.
