Doorstep access to Tokyo Station with a view.

Location of hotel was directly above Tokyo Station - giving you access to all transport options, shinkansen, subway, buses and taxis. No worries about finding the transport, because it's literally at your doorstep. Hotel also offered courier services to delivery our luggage to Kyoto, which was immensely helpful for our next stage of our trip.

Room we booked was rather tight for a family and three luggages, we expected a little more breathing space, but I guess that's just the nature of hotels in Tokyo. Breakfast spread was also rather limited in my humble opinion.

Luxurious hotel with convenient access to Tokyo Station

We booked this hotel for the last night of our trip so that it would be easy to get from Tokyo Station to Narita Airport. It couldn’t have been more perfect for that purpose and even exceeded our expectations. Beautiful building, excellent service, comfortable and spotless room, packed with amenities and a beautiful view. Steps from the station meant a stress free 24 hours in Tokyo. They can hold your baggage before check-in or after check-out so that you can sightsee. Also, be sure to check out ‘Character Street’ and tasty food options right at Tokyo Station before you catch your train!

Great location, staff very helpfull with booking restaurants

location is great direct access via Tokyo station. Room is small however expected in Tokyo.

instruction from Tokyo station confusing and we ended up walking out of the station and then around. All they needed to say was before exiting the Yaesua side continue to walk to the left all the way to the end and the hotel entrance is there to the left.

Very convenient hotel just outside Tokyo station and boast a great view for Train Lovers!

The hotel was located just outside the Tokyo Station, save us a few times when its raining. The view from our room to the Station's platform was great for a train lover. The staff was so nice in helping us when we need help with sending our luggage to the airport. The train diorama at the lobby is a nice touch as well.

Price is a little bit on the expensive side, but it was expected.

Wonderful hotel, easy to stay location and so much to see and do downstairs.

Great service and space, so easy to the Tokyo train station and metro lines. Rooms were great size and staff were helpful and friendly. Would definitely come back.

Everything great except something weird about my stuffs.

Feel unsafe as I think maid might go through my stuffs. Nothing lost, I didn’t keep anything value. First day, I left my backpack in the room and noticed that zipper position changed like it was unzipped by someone and that person forgot to zip it back till the end. Therefore, the next day I intend to mark position to see if someone go through my stuffs or not. I turned chocolate bag up side down. When I come back, it was re-position like someone pick it up from the bag to look inside the bag then put it back without notice its position in the first place.

Makes the trip enjoyable

Located super near to Tokyo station makes it perfect for commuting either to other places in Tokyo or to other prefectures/ airport. There are many shops and restaurants around the hotel, you can get nearly everything you need.

Price is relatively high. Some staff are not able to give correct advice. For example, they told us that we can't make a reservation for the airport bus but we found out ourselves that we can do so online. Lucky that we made the reservation in advance because the bus was so packed on the day that we leave the city for the airport.

Tokyo Metro Hotel was such a great location right next to Tokyo Station. Very ease location to get around anywhere.

Not sure I would stay here again unless I need to be near the CBD or need to catch the JR train at odd hours of the day

I had such a great time at this hotel that I am already planning a return visit.

The hotel is right next to Tokyo Station so it is very conveniently located. The staff was excellent. The room was extremely comfortable. As it was my first trip to Tokyo, I frequented the hotel breakfast. Half Japanese and half Western, there are many dishes to chose from. It was great to start the day of sightseeing after a good nights sleep and a delicious meal.
