上野站走路2分鐘、乾淨、房間隔音好而且很新、餐廳超級多，離阿美橫丁很近，購物用餐都方便

地點很優，上野站從中央口刷票閘門出來，左手邊就是淺草口，從淺草口出來過斑馬線左轉(路口是溫蒂漢堡) 大約100公尺，離上野站走路2分鐘就到了隔音超級好，住了11晚，沒有聽到走廊或外面的聲音床也很好睡，房間很乾淨看到清潔人員，與其提及冰箱故障，立刻進房檢查，馬上通知搬一台來更換，效率很好飯店數日才會進來打掃一次，於入住時就會當面告知打掃日期與時間每天都會在門外放置一個袋子(含2瓶礦泉水、乾淨的毛巾、垃圾袋、茶包) 房客只要把用過的毛巾以及垃圾放在房間外面即可，這對我們來說很便利一樓大廳有超多備品還有沐浴鹽，可以在浴缸泡澡住一張床的雙人房，把床挪靠牆，旁邊可以放一個29吋大行李展開另一個29吋大行李放在廁所外的入口處走道，走道仍有空間經過這房間在東京算很大了～

提早很久以前就訂房，不知道早餐這麼熱門，以為入住時再預約就好，辦理check in時才知道入住期間的早餐都已經額滿，無法再接受預訂，實在很可惜....

החדר מאוד מאוד קטן, אין ארון, אין מדפים. אין מקום לשים את הבגדים. ארוחת בוקר על הפנים. מוגשת על מגש קטן. לא ניתן לבקש קפה נוסף או כל דבר אחר. צריך לפנות אחריך את המגש. לא מבוצע ניקיון בחדר. יש רק החלפת מגבות. מתחת לכל הציפיות

Clean, Tidy and Super Close to Train Station. Highly recommend.

Great location across the road from Ueno station. Also close to restaurants & shopping. Super easy and super helpful staff.

Rooms are tiny but what we expected. Can be a bit tricky fitting luggage in when you have ski bags.

リーズナブルで駅近

夜中でもカードキーでホテルに出入りできて、駅からも近いので色々な場所にすぐに行けたのが便利でした。荷物の預りサービスもあって大変満足しました。スタッフの方の対応や、アメニティーが自由に持っていける点も満足しました。

気になった点はタオル類が生乾きのような臭い匂いがしたことです。また、テーブルの下に置いてある椅子の座面がキルティングになっていて、明らかに私たちではない長さの髪の毛がたくさん絡まっていて不潔でした。スリッパもよく見ると沢山髪の毛が絡まっていて、使い捨てじゃないのだなと思いました。ぱっと見は新しく、ホテルや部屋自体は綺麗なのですが、細かいところまで清掃が行き届いていないと感じました。

整體來說不錯

1.地點很方便，在JR隔壁，但若搭乘Skyliner要走一小段（往JR車站方向走即可） 2.有微波爐很方便

1.早餐要提前一天晚上9點前預訂，基本上每天回去都已超過9點，不太方便 2.會忘記補垃圾袋

備品完善，可根據需求選取，床舒適好眠，飯店交通便利。

單人照片跟實際略有出入，導致期待有些落差，房間空調直接對床鋪吹風（即便嘗試調整風向依舊），被床架下方包覆不夠完善致使刮傷腳背。

アメニティーが豊富で、5種類のティーバッグやコーヒーが飲み放題。DHCの基礎化粧品のサンプルも必要なだけいただける。シャンプー、コンディショナーやボディーソープもDHCで洗い心地良かったです。ドライヤーもサロニアで乾くの早い。コインランドリーも綺麗で使いやすい。ベッドも程よくやわらかく寝心地良かった。窓も開けられたので、常に換気もできて室内が爽やかな感じがした。

部屋のトイレ、バスの空間のニオイが気になった。少し生臭いような水回りの独特のニオイかもしれませんが。電子レンジが1階の共有スペースにあるだけだったので、他の階にも置いてあったら便利だと思った。部屋のテーブルの高さが低く、自主隔離利用でリモートしていたが、テーブルは使えなかった。

Ideal place for Tokyo travelers

The location is very good. It just took us a few minutes to reach the hotel from Ueno Station. Restaurants nearby the hotel are quite optional and some of which are with delicious Japanese cuisine.

The room like most of Tokyo is small. You need to plan strategically on how you want to pack and unpack before you leave Tokyo. It is not a major disadvantage, it depends how well organised you can be haha

Quiet, clean, and close to Ueno

Great location - close to Ueno station. Basic and clean. I requested a quiet room and they perfectly put me in the room in the end of the hallway.

Tight space but understand that’s the nature of traveling in Tokyo.

Great location but marred down by the size of the room.

I would say all the staff members are very friendly and helpful. They are vigilant to anyone walking into the hotel and flashed a smile to acknowledge them. We did not need daily housekeeping and the housekeeper was sweet enough to give us the bottled water daily and told us to approach her if we need to exchange for clean towels. It is easy to locate this hotel, with a convenient store nearby, lots of eatery. Very good location!

Size of the room is really small for a couple. Because we arrived in December, it was even more cluttered after we hang up our daily winter jacket. Space is very limited to store and open up 2 big luggages.

Overall it was everything they advertised; clean, convenient and modern.

The location was right next to the train station which was extremely convenient. There was also stores and plenty of resteraunts close. Check-In was easy and the staff was friendly. Everything was clean and easy to use.

The beds were quite harder than I am used to and they really lacked any amenities like toiletries. We also struggled to use the air-conditioner. I'd recommend for a quick one or two night stay

Du charme et pratique en plus!

Tout: l’emplacement, l’accueil, la déco, les petites attentions, le prix…. Et le calme!

Pour moi il n’y a rien à reprocher! Mais peut-être faut-il rappeler que si vous êtes en couple la chambre que j’occupais était petite et donc il ne faudrait pas que vous arriviez avec trop de bagages. Étant seule, tout allait bien pour moi

會二次入住的店，推薦！

地點棒，價格實惠，設施都非常好，乾淨也有質感，更配有浴缸。住起來很舒服

窗簾拉到底，還是有一點點的縫隙會有外面微光，這點較可惜。但因為旅行夠累，所以不影響。

清潔。季節にあったデコレーション。空調がちょうどいい。

It’s tight for two people but overall a great experience.

How convenient it was located. Across from the Ueno bus station and walking distance to Ueno park.

The bathroom had a moldy smell. I’m also a westerner and used to larger rooms.

우에노근처 숙소로 좋은 곳

우에노라는 번화가임에도 불구하고, 조용한 위치와 좋은 접근성이 있고, 토쿄라는 점을 고려할때 객실크기도 적당했지만 욕실 크기가 엄청컷다는 점이 놀랐습니다. 여유롭게 탕욕을 즐기기에도 좋고, 화장실을 이용함에도 전혀 불편함이 없습니다. 특이한것은 타월교체시스템이 특이 했습니다. 2박이상을 경우 문고리에 새로운 타월을 전용 가방에넣어 걸어두는 식이어서 좋았습니다.

객실 크리닝 서비스가 없습니다. 물론 길게 투숙하지 않기 때문에 상관은 없지만 , 조금은 아쉽습니다. 도쿄의 모든 객실이 그렇듯 작음 방은 적응 하지 쉽지 않습니다. 그래도 좋은 숙소였습니다.

また機会があればもう一度泊まりたいホテル

清潔感がある。アメニティが選べるのが良い。全体的にモノトーン寄りだけど、壁のイラストが映えてて良いと思った。無料でお部屋のアップグレードをしてくれたこと。（たまたま空きの部屋があったらしい）洗濯乾燥機を利用したけど、乾燥のみが３０分１００円って本当に安い。非常にリーズナブルな値段。

都市部だから仕方ないけど、ホテル代が高いかな。朝食のリクエストが前日の午後９時までにする必要があるから、早めに申し込むと良い。
