Our home is just 2 miles from Walt Disney World property in the 24 hour guard-gated resort community of Windsor Hills. This is the premier vacation home destination in the Orlando area, featuring resort amenities such as a private movie theater, exercise center, lagoon-style zero-entry pool, water park with water slides, fountains, tennis courts, basketball, a putting green, volleyball and children's playgrounds (main clubhouse/community pool is 4 tenths of a mile or 8 minute walk away from our home). The floor plan of this particular home offers privacy for each of the 5 bedrooms as they all have their own full bath -- three are king master suites, one is a queen bedroom and there's also an adorable twin/twin room for the kids. Every bedroom features it's own flat screen HDTV. Everyone will enjoy the open living area with a big 75" HDTV that is Chromecast and Apple Airplay enabled so you can stream all your favorites from Netflix, HBO, YouTube, and more (note: your own subscription services are required). DVD Players are also at the home. The fully screened private pool and spa area features a sunny Southwestern exposure. Our shaded outdoor entertainment area, with upgraded dining furniture, twin overhead fans, and a propane BBQ grill (complimentary), makes for the perfect place to lounge or dine. The saltwater pool is much gentler on your skin, eyes, and swimwear than a typical chlorine-based pool. There's a spill-over spa for soaking in after a long day at the parks and, of course, our signature water basketball game that the whole family will enjoy. The real fun begins in Villa Sonrisa's air conditioned and fully finished game room featuring: pool table with 9 ball and snooker balls, pinball, bubble hockey, 60-in-1 stand-up video game machine, electronic darts, big screen TV, desktop computer, and a comfortable lounger with pub table. Our home is connected to Blue Stream Fiber internet with up to 500Mbps multipoint WiFi service throughout so everyone can work/game/stream to their heart's content. No extra charge for Pool Heat or BBQ Propane. 5 Night minimum stay.

Terrific open floor plan. The kids and the adults loved the well equipped game room. The weather was too cold to use the pool or spa but they both looked very inviting and well cared for. If we were coming back to the area I would definitely rent this house again.

This house was perfect for my family. We had 8 adults and a 2 year old and we had plenty of room to be together and yet have our own space. My adult kids and granddaughter enjoyed the game room and the pool. The house is very comfortable. It is close to Disney, shopping, and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay.

House is amazing. Very clean and very comfortable beds. Everything is as it appears in the pictures. Excellent location. 2 minutes to Walmart and a dozen food options. Less than 15 minutes from the house to being parked at the Disney parks. 25 minutes to Universal. Would love to stay here on our next trip. Perfect size for 1-2 families.

This villa was fantastic . Very spacious and had everything we needed for a stay in Florida . The family spent lots of time in the fully equipped games room and heated swimming pool .

Absolutely loved the stay here other than the final weekend when the neighbours to the left partied all night on the Friday and Saturday. Loud music and shouting both nights for the whole night left us with little sleep. Finally got some quiet time on the Sunday night. I understand that it had nothing to do with our villa and was just one of those things.

The home is absolutely gorgeous! Ten members of my family stayed there and having 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms was awesome, especially with 5 girls 😊The house was very clean.
Family also loved the game room there was entertainment for everyone.
Plenty of space for you time if needed.
Easy access to parks and other family activities.
Juli one of the owners was truly accommodating with any issue or concerns.
She was very pleasant and accessible.

This house is beautiful and you have everything you need for a wonderful stay. The saltwater pool is a definite plus. Our grandchildren had a great time and didn't want to leave. Thanks for all the great memories we made.

Overall, very nice property. Perfect amount of space for our family (7 adults / 2 kids). Enjoyed the club house and the play grounds near by. Only real complaint I have is about other people renting homes near by. Apparently the adults neighboring us got into a fight and were screaming / cussing at eachother. And a one time thing is forgivable but, this lasted all day, all night and at 7am the next morning. Made it very difficult to enjoy being on the back patio / pool - especially with the kids. They left the next day (Sunday) when I had decided I was going to call the Sheriff about them (which the property owner provided contact info to report people). That was really the only negative experience I had while staying at this property. I would still recommend staying at the Villa Sonrisa.

The was a perfect house and location for a Disney trip. We had nine in total including my three and five year old kids. The house location and amenities were perfect for us for a weeklong trip. The stroller was great to have so we didn’t have to bring ours. The kids love the community water park. The pool in the back of the house was perfect for relaxing in the evenings. Juli was a great host and communicator. The house is close to the parks, restaurants, Walmart, Starbucks, etc. We will be back!

Overall, I would stay at this property again. It had everything we needed for our little vacation. Close to grocery stores, Disney, shopping and restaurants. The property was had everything for cooking, sleeping, extra towels, just like at home. The pool safety fence was a pain but I understood it being a liability issue. Other than that, the property was great for our needs (7 people) and we had plenty of space. The convenient store inside the gates of the property was a plus. Uber to and from the Disney parks and restaurants served us well. Delivery services (pizza, food)were used with ease. No issues. We would stay again.

Very nice property. Close to Disney mileage wise but traffic makes the trip to the parks 20 plus minutes. Parking is limited and a real hassle if you have more than two vehicles. We would rent again if going to Disney parks.

The property is great! There was lots of room for our family and the kids, and the men 😉, really enjoyed the game room. The pool was a little cooler than expected but was refreshing considering the very warm days we had during our trip. Would definitely rent this property again!

6 adults and 2 kids seems like a lot of people to make happy when going on a group trip. The Villa Sonrisa met everyone’s expectations and more. It was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy their trip. The pool and game room were fantastic and kept the kids entertained. The local area had plenty of restaurants and we were no farther than 10 minutes from any Disney Park. Fabulous stay and will definitely be booking again.

The house was very clean, well maintained and beautifully decorated. The owners were very accommodating and provided many extras (all necessary cooking supplies, grill, coffee pots, towels, etc.) so all we needed to buy were groceries. The pool, spa and game room were a big hit for the whole family. The house was very close to the playground, which was fantastic for our 4 year old. Even on our rainy day, they had a large amount of board games and puzzles to keep us busy. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely consider for a future stay.

Villa Sonrisa provided the perfect place for our entire family to recharge after long days at Disney. Our kids loved the pool and game room, the grandparents loved the ample space to rest up, and my husband and I enjoyed grilling and cooking in a kitchen stocked with all the appliances and tools needed. Juli was ultra-responsive from beginning to end and we are just so thankful for a clean and comfortable space to have called home over the holidays.

It was great to return home every night after an amazing day at the parks(so close!) ! The house has everything to make leisure time at the end of the day amazing. Well equipped kitchen, amazing pool/spa , a very pleasurable games room , comfortable beds and the kids loved the amenities at the clubhouse. This property is exactly as presented online. Pool, hot tub, 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, family room, dining area, game room, back covered patio and a kitchen with a sitting area. The property provided more than enough items to enjoy the pool, the kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, appliances, paper towels, garbage bags, coffee filters and anything else that is needed for a week's stay. Every park was less than a 20 minute drive, including when traffic was heavy. We would sometimes come back to the house mid-day to rest, then go back to the parks. Starbucks and Wal-Mart were only a couple stop lights away, very convenient. The subdivision was well lit, clean and has plenty of security. Beds were comfortable and the sheets were AMAZING! We had minor hiccups with hot tub but the owners James and Juli were on top of it! They made sure whatever was needed was handled immediately. We've stayed at many VRBO properties, James and Juli have been the quickest to respond hosts (before stay and during) that we've ever had, they take pride in their property and we could sense they cared about us having a great vacation! We would definitely stay here again if booking another Disney trip.
