Bill and Donna's luxury villa at Windsor Hills, featuring a true south-facing private pool and hot-tub, with no rear neighbors. We are one of the closest homes to the amazing Windsor Hills Water Park and Clubhouse, about a 2 minute stroll away. We own FOUR HOMES side-by-side in Windsor Hills - The Windsor Magic, The Windsor Dream, The Windsor Fantasy, and The Windsor Wonder so if you are traveling with friends or extended family please just let us know. * Private South-Facing Pool, with No Rear Neighbors. * South-Facing Pools get the most sun all day. * Only 2.5 miles away from Disney. The closest resort that is not an actual Disney hotel. * One of the closest homes to the amazing Windsor Hills water park - just a 2 minute stroll away. * NO FEES for our guests to utilize the water park. * Enhanced COVID-19 cleaning procedures in place. * Contactless check-in via a personalized code for our electronic lock. There are NO FEES for our guests to utilize the Water Park or Community Pool. We will provide the names of your family members to the Windsor Hills staff so there will be no cost for you. For all non-registered guests, the wristbands cost $10 per person per day, but again that will be waived for your family. The most important feature of our family retreat is that we offer one of the few south-facing pool homes in Windsor Hills that also has no rear neighbors. Spend a moment viewing the Windsor Hills development on an aerial map. Most of the south-facing homes back right up to another property. Most of the other homes with no rear neighbors face north, east, or west – limiting the amount of sun the pool area will receive. If you select a home that has rear neighbors, the neighbors pool will be approximately 10 feet from your pool – not my idea of relaxing! Take a look at the view from our pool area and you will see the difference. Our home has 5 bedrooms, each with a private en-suite bathroom. Every bedroom has its own flat-panel television. Our game room is air conditioned, and offers a professional size pool/billiards table, and a full-size classic arcade game offering PacMan, Frogger, Galaga, and more! You will also have access to all of the amenities at Windsor Hills for no additional cost. Windsor Hills has an amazing zero-entry community pool, a large water park for the children, a basketball court, tennis courts, volleyball court, ping pong tables and a putting green. We also provide our guests access to the Windsor Hills Fitness Center, which offers multiple cardio machines as well as weight/resistance training. Windsor Hills is the closest resort to Disney that is not an actual Disney hotel. Our home is only 2.5 miles from the main Disney gates, so it takes us about 6 minutes to get from our home to the Animal Kingdom. We are also right next door to the award winning Mystic Dunes Golf Course. Some resorts advertise that they are just "miles to Disney", but that can still be a very long drive. We are only 2.5 miles away, but it still takes 6 minutes to get to Disney. For resorts that are 10 miles away, it can sometimes take 30-40 minutes (each way) depending on the Orlando traffic on that particular day. The owners of this home were the best I've ever worked with. They answered all my questions very quickly. They sent a couple of emails while we were in their home suggesting things to do. They even left a beautiful gift for my granddaughter's 9th birthday celebration. They were truly a blessing to work with.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. We go to Disney every January for marathon weekend. We have stayed on Disney property and in many homes at Windsor Hills over the years. This was our favorite place to stay so far. There were eight adults at the house and there was plenty of room for all of us. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The home has two master suites. The pool and hot tub was nice and warm, which is wonderful in January. The hosts had good communication with us so we had no issues. The house is very close to EPCOT and Hollywood Studios.

We had a great time at Bill & Donna's property. The house was extremely clean and centrally located (very convenient to get to the Disney Parks). Our kids loved the pool and the hot tub (which was very warm and great for the cooler nights!) Our kids enjoyed the game room, too. The property is very quiet with wide open spaces behind the home. We arrived at 5:30 on a Saturday and there was a long line for check-in that night, trying to get through the security gates as an initial guest. However, every other time that we went in and out of the property, we didn't have any issues. Bill & Donna have a very detailed and thorough book of their house and things to do in the area. That was so helpful, too. Definitely recommend shopping at the Super Target that Bill recommended - it had everything!!

Our expectation were far exceeded with our stay. This home was so very nice. It had everything for everyone. From the game room to the pool. To the tvs. It was very close to Disney and we also made trips to both coasts to the beach from there. We lived it so so much.!

Excellent location for trips to the parks.
We have been renting condos and houses for over forty years and have never had an experience as pleasant as we had with the owners of this property.

This home is definitely one I would recommend when visiting the Orlando area. It’s located in a great area if you are looking at spending time at the Disney parks. Windsor Hills also has a water park within a 2 minute walk from our home that we found very entertaining and relaxing. The owners were very easy to communicate with and made our arrangements hassle free. You won’t be disappointed when making this home your vacation home.

We had a wonderful stay at The Windsor Magic! The house was large enough for our party of 2 families of 6. House was clean with generous amounts of amenities. Fantastic communication from Bill, Donna, and Catherine leading up to and during our stay, including individualized activity ideas including the kids' names. Fantastic location. Would not hesitate to book with the Burns family in the future!

The house was perfect for our family get away. A relaxing neighborhood that is close to everything. Bill and Donna were great. Every detail was well layed out in advance and they were very prompt with responses. We enjoyed every aspect of our trip. We will certainly look to stay at their properties again when we travel to Orlando.

Our stay at Windsor Hills was absolutely wonderful. The hosts were so attentive. They would email us with suggestions of things to do and places to eat in the area and based their suggestions on the fact that they knew we had our grandchildren with us and even referred to our grandchildren by name, Such a personal touch. The home was very clean and we had plenty of room. Pool and hot tub were wonderful and we put them to good use. Would definitely stay here again and rent again from Bill & Donna. Thank you so much.

As someone who has stayed in a number of the high end Disney Resort Suites I was hesitant to stay off property. After staying here I no longer even consider staying on Disney property. The house is so conveniently located, the property manager so quickly responsive, and having a private pool immediately outside the door was a true luxury. My children loved the game room and being able to host my parents without feeling cramped was a bonus. We have already scheduled our next stay here.

Home was beautiful! It had everything you would need for your stay. Very comfortable beds and plenty of room for the entire family. Pool was perfect and hot tub was even better. The owners are super nice and made this stay feel like I was staying in a friends home. Highly suggest this rental! I did alot of research that included location of the home and found that it is a quick walk away from the clubhouse and slides (which was important since I had teenagers). Other research involves cancellation policy's and if the owners are involved in the rental. This rental will check all the boxes for the person really looking into all of this.

We had the most enjoyable stay at Bill & Donna's home - The Windsor Magic! There was 7 of us (5 adults & 2 kids) The home is so well cared for and it shows in every aspect. Extremely clean and well thought out, everything you need is at your finger tips. From extra bed linens, towels, kitchen appliances and supplies, etc. There was nothing that we needed that this home didn't have. The pool area is stunning and has beautiful outdoor furniture. We had the pool heated which I recommend and the spa was so nice! Unlike other areas we have stayed this spa actually gets hot. The beds and pillows were SO comfortable and clean. Our kids loved the games room. We experienced Hurricane Ian during our stay and Bill was extremely helpful the entire time. He reached out to us often throughout the 2 days to check in and make sure we were all okay.
Overall our stay was 5+ stars and we will be back. Bill & Donna are amazing hosts with beautiful homes at the Windsor Hills.

We had a Disney trip planned and didn’t want to stay in a hotel. We found Windsor Hills through a search of off Disney Properties near Disney. We found Bill and Donnas residence and knew this was the perfect place for us to stay. That property was beautiful and felt like home. It has five bedrooms all with there own bathrooms. The kitchen area was nice and spacious. The house is very clean. The garage has been transformed into a game room with a pool table, TV with a game system, and an arcade with some good classic games on it. They have a double stroller to use free of charge for the parks. The pool area is so much fun with the hot tub. These owners don’t charge to heat the hot tub or to use the grill (all other places we looked at did). The back of the house opens up to open space so it makes it even more private. It is very close to the club house. Very close to shopping and restaurants and most importantly Disney only took 10 mins to get there by car. When we go back we plan on booking one of the four properties they own here. You will not be disappointed and you can’t go wrong staying here. Home away from home at half the price of Disney properties

We’ve been renting from Bill & Donna for many years and have always a great time. Anytime something crops up it’s dealt with immediately. The home itself is clean and well appointed. We never lack for anything. Conveniently located for parks and shopping. Lots of space for our group of 11 to spread out. Can’t wait to come back again. 😎

Lovely Florida Rental Close to Disney
The rental was as described. Communication with owner Bill was excellent. Miscommunication with local property managers left us with a chirping smoke detector for a couple of nights. Great location to Disney. Convenient shopping nearby. Neighborhood secure and well maintained. Pool was heated to a comfortable temperature. Great time was had by all. Would defintiely rent again.
