This home was perfect! Everyone enjoyed the open floor plan downstairs and the movie theater was a huge hit! Only complaint was the cleaniness of the pool due to plastic particles from the solar cover deteriation which when i requested it be vacuumed i was told the pool service was on a schedule and to my knowledge based on the pool, they never came any time during our 10 day stay. The property mngt did come try to clean some himself which was appreciated. Despite the floors needing a good mopping, it was all great and very comfortable for 8 of us!

The start was great, that theater room was awesome!,, The one issue I had was with parking and the association giving us a hard time even when the visitors parked in guest parking. Otherwise there was no issue. Did not like that there was a limit on vehicles. Otherwise, great stay beautiful place.

We were 3 families coming together to enjoy a vacation week. The kids loved the pool and movie room. Adults loved the open floor plan to hang out. A dinner table that seats more people would be great, but we made the massive kitchen island with its seating work. The proximity to the parks is awesome. Everything worked well and the only thing we noted missing was a pair of scissors. Everyone had a blast. Tip for future visitors: Be careful your GPS doesn't take you to the gate you can't use - the one nearest the house. You must enter from the main gate.

We had a great week at this property. All of us had our own room with one to spare. The kids loved the pool and theater room. The house was clean and spacious. It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. I would book this house again without hesitation. Five stars!

This rental was 5 Star for sure. Great location to all the Disney Parks. On our day off everyone loved the neighborhood water park. We loved that every room had a TV and we really loved the Theatre room.

This home has plenty of space and plenty of seating. We loved watching March Madness in the theatre room and by the pool. All the beds were comfortable. All the furniture was comfortable and in excellent condition. There were tvs everywhere, which we loved during tournament time. During the week the management company was very responsive with thermostat and pool maintenance issues. We have stayed in this neighborhood several times and we love the location. Surprisingly enough. beside the pool, the massive center island got the most use. We had 5 kids and they loved all having their own space for coloring, lego building, dinner time. All of the appliances were very nice and worked perfectly. Well stocked kitchen for cooking. The ceiling fans in the rooms were very helpful and used often. There was plenty of seating by the pool and the loungers were also nice. It’s a nice location to not have any homes behind you.

The professional management team that runs this house is super qualified. All amenities and communication questions were addressed immediately. We stayed in this beautiful house but had the assurance that backup was only an email away for any questions at all.
The resort is beautiful and gated with great security, the house was very, very close to Disney and travel back and forth to the parks each day was easy. We had 8 family members and there was room to spare, the heated pool and hot tub were used by us every day. There were plenty of towels, the bed comfortable, the appliances were top notch, the kitchen equipped with everything needed, Walmart was right up the street and the house is clean. I would definitely recommend and would be happy to stay here again. Great for a family vacation!

We will be sure to return. The movie theater was one of our favorite features. You shut the door your at the movies. You open the door when movie finishes your home. Incredible! Having our own pool was amazing too. The younger grandchildren loved the slides at the water park. Just an enjoyable week.

Excellent property! This property was as advertised and even exceeded expectations. The two minor issues we had were addressed in an expedient manor. Needed a few extra towels and they were delivered almost instantly. Had a non-emergency issue with the pool and it was addressed as though it was an all-out emergency. I HIGHLY recommend booking your stay at Hanger 2.

The house was spacious and comfortable. Checking in at the gate for car passes took almost an hour. The kitchen had bugs (have pictures but better not to post them) which we reported and issue was promptly taken cared of. The kitchen was also not clean. Comforters and linens could use an update. There were plenty of nice towels. The home theater was wonderful and hot tub and pool a big plus. We still enjoyed the him although it could be better.

We had a very enjoyable stay. This location is ideal for an off-site stay very close to the Disney gates. Walmart is just outside the community gate for quick food/supplies. The house has a great layout for our group of 12 and the open floor plan on the 1st floor is perfect. The large island and stools was great for feeding the kids and prepping for our days. The theater was perfect for entertaining the children when winding down. The pool/hot tub was perfect for the adults to recover after long days. There could be a few more more beach/pool towels for a party of 12. The property manager was top notch and extremely responsive. Check-in to the community isn't as smooth as we would have liked and, at 4 p.m. on a Saturday, there was a large line at the gate to the community. This was a very minor delay; howver, it was more of an annoyance for the rideshare drivers that some of use arrived with. We would definitely rent again for our next trip to Disney.

We took our kids and grandkids to Disney and finished our week at Hanger 2 for 3 nights. We have 8 grandchildren and when we saw the 8 chairs around the peninsula we were sold. The rooms were spacious, the movie room was awesome and the pool / lanai was relaxing. House sits on back of the resort and was very peaceful.

I would definitely rent this property again if we go back to Disney World. Very close drive to the parks, loved the on-site pool as well as the community pool and water park, and the theatre room was a big hit, too! The space was perfect for our party of 8 people. Great huge kitchen that we used a ton. Great communication with property manager. Plenty of towels. Easy check in and check out instructions. Only wish check in was earlier than 4pm! Great stay!

We had two families total of 11 people. We had issues with checkin, but the property company took care of it in as quick as a manner as they could. The house was as described. We didn’t find grill tools for the grill but made do. All The extra towels and pool towels were in downstairs closet. The pool was not as clear/clean as we are used to, but it was at temp as requested. It did get cleaned while we were there and it was a bit better. We really Liked the daily trash pick up. The theater was a highlight for most kiddos as well as the tvs in the rooms for the young adults in the group. The kitchen was adequately stocked.
Overall, aside from the hiccup with checking in, this was a very good stay. The management company was responsive and available. The location couldn’t be beat. The neighborhood was mostly quiet though the neighbors flirted with the quiet hours pretty closely. Luckily we were dead tired by that time! Anything we reached out about was responded to quickly and we all had plenty of room!

Perfect Stay
We enjoyed a wonderful family vacation in an absolutely beautiful home.
Unlike staying in a hotel, we had privacy and all the comforts of home.
We even had our own pool and spa to relax in after busy days at the parks.
They thought of absolutely everything!!!
Our 17 month old grandson was with us.
There was a play yard, baby gate, high chair, pack n’ play, special potty seat and two strollers.
We will definitely return to this wonderful home, which was perfectly located and conveniently close to everything we came to enjoy!!!

The villa was just perfect for us. Lovely big rooms and the children loved the cinema room!
On the Tuesday we thought the pool looked cloudy . Rang the property manager and they sent someone out. He said you have let the level drop below the white line. The pool was no different than when we arrived!
He put the hose pipe on and put in some 'pool shock' and said leave for 1 hour and it will be fine.
We had only used the pool twice!
The pool did look a bit better so we used it Weds and Thurs but still not overly happy as looked at next doors pool and that was sparkling and moving about continually.
We ended up with 2 children (one Sunday night and one Friday morning being sick. No proof but convinced it was the pool as they were both swimming under water. I would just check the pool is clear and flowing correctly before using.
Apart from this just a few little things like having an iron and clothes airer which were on the list but not there.

This home was immaculate and nicely maintained to accommodate our family with diverse age ranges. The area and clubhouse/water park was amazing. The house....lacking. We had to clean it upon arrival. Counters were filthy, dirty dishes, etc. This also included chips, etc. on the ground by the pool. There were not enough towels, nor the beach towels mentioned. Towels were brought after calling, but the people that brought them sat out front in their car for almost an hour...kind of creepy.
