Located in Windsor Hills, this lovely house for $427 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Only 2.8 miles from Disney Worlds Gates! Our new 5 BR 5 BA Luxury Villa with a private pool and hot tub is perfect for your Disney vacation needs! In the luxurious community of Windsor Hills we provide everything one could wish for. Escape Disney for a day and spend time at our amenity filled Resort. Guests love our kid and family friendly homes with plenty of king beds fresh linens and many amenities. We proudly offer a flexible cancellation policy! Pool heating is an additional $20/night. This is invoiced separately upon request. I am always available by text. We also have local property managers to assist you with your needs throughout your stay. Windsor Hills is one of the absolute closest single family home neighborhoods to Disney Parks (only 2.8 miles away). Windsor Hills is a Family Friendly, Gated Resort Community that provides guests with so many things to do that manyfamilies that stay with us schedule at least one day to spend at home so they can enjoy the resort lifestyle. The entire house is yours alone! Not only do you have the entire house and your own, private, covered pool and spa but you will have access to ALL the amenities at Windsor Hills Resort Community! From the giant community pool and numerous kiddie pools to the water slides and water park! Also included is use of the Windsor Hills movie theater, tennis and basketball courts, putting greens and 4 kiddie parks throughout the neighborhood. Also you can enjoy the Windsor Hills Community Store, Bistro, Game Room and The Fitness Center! We have initiated new, strict sanitizing procedures to make sure our guests rest assured that our home has been thoroughly inspected and cleaned between guests! Your health, safety and happiness are our priority!! Location Location Location! – Windsor Hills is only 2 miles from Walt Disney World. Swim in or relax next to the amazing resort pool, take a quick drive to one of the many nearby theme parks, play golf at one of the many Orlando championship courses, right next door is Mystic Dunes! (rated the second best course in the Orlando area). Only a 5 minute drive (through 2 sets of traffic lights!) to Disney!! Note - there are on-site resorts (part of the WDW complex) on Disney property that are farther from some of the parks than Windsor Hills. You can visit the parks in the morning, come back for a dip in the pool and be back in the parks for dinner and fireworks with ease. Other Orlando attractions like Sea World, Universal and International Drive are less than 15 minutes away. For golfers, Mystic Dunes is right next door as well as the fantastic Disney courses and the championship courses at Reunion and Champions Gate are less than 10 minutes away. All of these amenities are free when you rent our home for your Central Florida Vacation Getaway of a Lifetime! We have large families so we know and have traveled with large groups for many years. We know how important it is that everybody has their own private areas after spending the day at Disney World, Universal Studios or Sea World. We have 5 bathrooms to match our 5 bedrooms so there will be no waiting for showers, baths, etc. We know how the kids want to be immersed into their Disney vacation so we have 2 Disney themed bedrooms! Our swimming pool/spa area is the perfect place to relax and kick back. Whether you choose to BBQ or use our updated kitchen, the pool is conveniently located for access to food, kitchen tools or whatever you desire! Plus, there are no bugs to worry about because the area is covered! By the way, pool safety is a concern of ours. We have pool fencing that can quickly be posted to keep the little ones away from the water. All sliding doors that provide pool access are alarmed. Whenever a pool door is opened, parents are immediately notified. Each of our bedrooms is equipped with an HDTV with access to Brighthouse Cable (including ESPN) or to any of your favorite streaming sites (Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime). Simply access your streaming accounts to watch your favorite movies and shows with our high speed WIFI. Our playroom is great for the kids. After a day at Disney they can play Double Shot Basketball, Ping Pong or they may choose our new Ultimate Legends Video Arcade Game System m(just like the video arcade games in the arcades!). We recommend our guests utilize rental cars however some guests have utilized various ride share options. you to Disney Parks, Universal Studios, Sea World and to many shopping destinations!

We liked the location of the property, be awesome if gulf carts or shuttle would take you to the main pool / water park area. The house was okay, the pool light didn't work, tiles were not 100% secure in the floor, the beds made noise when you moved or rolled you to the middle. The dresser was dangerous to use as the drawers would fall out. We did like the open concept and the game room. The cost to rent the gas grill for few days was expensive, when we tried to look you could see the top rack was rusted. Overall i think a little more TLC would make this property great.

The house itself was in a really nice area and close to the Disney parks. We had several issues with the house though. Some minor issues like the garbage disposal didn't work, the ice dispenser was broken. Those things were minor. The biggest issue for us was the A/C broke upstairs. It was so hot especially after you spent all day at the parks. Dario didn't want to come out because it was like 9pm so he sent me youtuve videos to try to fix it myself. I was on vacation I was not there to fix the A/C or spend my time watching YouTube videos that didn't even go with the A/C in the house. It did get fixed the following day. The pool was green. Like swamp water green almost. The main reason we got the house was for the pool to cool off when we got home. The house itself was nice just had a lot of issues to deal with and was only offered use of a rental grill that I didn't even want.

We really enjoyed the property, it was perfect for the entire family. The house kids enjoyed the pool and game room and each family had their own bathroom and private space to retreat each night. I would highly recommend. My only compliant was that the house didn't have enough paper products for the number of guest and size of house (toliet and paper towels), but that was an easy fix.

The house and location was perfect. The kids loved the pool and water park. I only had a couple of negative comments. There was no grill and the carpet was pretty stained. Overall I would stay there again.

The villa was just as described. Perfect location and equipped with everything you could need during your stay. The owners were very helpful and answered all questions very quickly . During our stay the fridge freezer unfortunately stopped working……. This was sorted out straightaway with ease. My family and I will definitely use this villa again. 100/100 scored.

Property was beautiful and looked exactly like to photo’s. Loved that the bedrooms all had baths and were separated. The upstairs worked perfectly for my daughter and her family.

This place worked out great for us. I want to thank the owners for making our first VRBO experience so easy. It was so close to Disney and we used the pool and hot tub EVERY day. (I highly recommend paying for the heat as that felt amazing after long days at the parks!) It was a kind of stinky outside from the lagoon behind the property, but we attributed that to possible run-off from the recent hurricane. Having the lagoon back there made it feel like a very private backyard and you went nose-blind to the smell after the first few minutes so it was fine.
I really do wish I could give it 5 stars, but the box springs on the beds were so worn out that they creaked insanely loud every time you moved in the bed. I had seen that mentioned in some other reviews and thought it can't be too bad, but it was so bad that my husband (who is a light sleeper who can't get back to sleep) had to sleep in one of the other bedrooms. The mattresses themselves were great and comfortable so its a shame.
Also, we mainly picked this one over another property because of the game room/"arcade" but the arcade machine was barely functional. (Even my husband couldn't get it to work well enough to be any fun.). I would recommend removing the mention of it/picture of it from the listing. If I hadn't expected a functional video game machine, I would have been perfectly happy with the game room as my kids ended up LOVING the ping pong table and spent most of their time doing that when they they weren't in the pool.
Also, just a note for the owners to maybe check the remote batteries in-between stays or provide extra batteries as the remotes were going out on us so we were swapping batteries from the TVs were weren't using. I'm sure the experience for the next person was then worse than ours and no one wants to pay to replace batteries in remotes during a vacation.

Just got back from staying at this great house from Aug. 9-16, 2022. It was close to everything, the house clean, and looked exactly as advertised. The community had great amenities, but what we loved most the backyard pool. Thanks so much for an amazing visit.

The kitchen had everything one might need for cooking, but I’ll admit we ordered takeout most nights. There are dozens of restaurants in the area that deliver, and we didn’t have any problems with delivery drivers being able to pass through the front security checkpoint.
The washer and dryer (conveniently located on the ground floor in the garage) were in great condition. We packed light and did laundry as needed… which meant we had more room to take home my daughter’s numerous souvenirs.
The condo was only a 15-20minute drive from the parks, and we used Uber with no issues to go to and from the parks each day. From what I’ve been told, this is just as fast (if not faster) than staying “on property”, and this was an entire huge condo with its own private pool and hot tub. I’m happy to leave the “Disney Bubble” for so much space and such huge savings!
If we choose to visit Disney again in the future, I’d book this comfortable and affordable property again in a heartbeat!

Best week ever!
Isn't enough space to share all the great things about this rental! We had a family of 12, aged 62 to 23 months, and everyone enjoyed our own private pool and hot tub. I was worried a little about having a toddler with the pool, but there is a fence that blocks the pool that only adults can open. Very safe! The Disney room with bunk beds was a big hit with all 5 grandkids! So close to the parks driving was no issue. Also, Walmart was 1 mile from the resort gate! All kinds of great restaurants nearby if you don't want to eat in the park. Craig was wonderful to work with and answered all my questions. Very safe and secure gated area. One afternoon spent at the waterpark and large pool which we all loved. I would love to stay here even if there were no Disney Parks near by! Thanks for everything Craig!

Perfect for our Disney Vacation.
This house was perfect for our Disney Vacation. It was nice and close to al the essentials &. Disney parks, clean, and well furnished. The pool was lovely and it was in a quiet neighborhood. My kids loved the rec. room and the bunk beds. The adults loved the upstairs/downstairs air units and separate water heaters. We have stayed in other places that do not have these and it makes the house hot in some places and showers a little tricky. We would definitely rent this house again. The only con was the pool filter/heat went down twice. The first time they came same day, the second time we never saw them so don't know when it was fixed, after we checked out. It was kinda a bummer to not use the sauna but it was warm so temp. wasn't an issue for the pool. Overall, still give it a 5 star review and would recommend a stay here. We made memories that will last a lifetime here. Thank you for sharing your space.

Better than Expected
The house was amazing! Plenty of room for the 8 of us ages 1 to 84. Plenty of towels, cook ware and kitchen utensils. The only problem was the pool was supposed to be heated when we arrived on Saturday but didn’t get turned on until Monday.

Fabulous All Around
Had a group of family and friends aged 2-70. This house was perfect for everyone to have their space and also to cook. We did Disney in the morning, came back for a dip in the pool and lunch, then back for the evening. About ten minutes from each park. No issues prepping or making meals, house has everything we needed to get set up in the first day. Had groceries delivery setup starting on day 2. We'll rent again if we return to Disney in the future!!

Absolutely Awesome!!
We stayed at this property for a week and fell in love with the house and area. The drive to Disney World was only 5 mins. away. Day’s we did not go to Disney, there was plenty of entertainment at the house for us and our kids. There are putting greens, basketball courts, tennis courts, a water park with awesome slides and a large pool, in addition to our private pool, an arcade, theater, fitness room, pool tables. The house had everything we needed. Very clean and lotsa room for all of us. The kids loved the Mickey Mouse Disney theme bedrooms and the house rec. room with the WI , PlayStation and ping pong table. The tented screen patio was great for BBQ and swimming days. The backyard patio protected us from nightly mosquitos biting, which is a Hugh plus!! The backyard was private and there were no neighbors directly behind us, which was nice. We were all sad to leave! Definitely will rent again and recommend to our friends. The owners and property management were very responsive and great to work with during the reservation process. Any questions we had were all answered.. can’t wait to go back!

Great property and perfect location!
This is a wonderful property and the owners and property managers made everything extremely easy. Everything was as advertised. The house is located so close to Disney it made it easy for our family to take breaks each of our 3 days at the parks so the kids could come home, swim in the private pool, take naps and return to the parks refreshed and ready to go. The house is huge and the owners have provided everything we needed for the perfect family vacation. The Windsor Hills water park and clubhouse were so great that we changed our itinerary and spent an entire day hanging out at the house and the waterpark. This was an amazing value at a high quality vacation home. We will definitely return!
