Located in Windsor Hills, this lovely villa for $363 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. The house has just been renovated for 80K dollars in 2019. It is the only house in Windsor Hills with both extended pool deck and outside kitchen. Outside kitchen includes brand-new stainless-steel grill, refrigerator and 60” TV with live coverage of sport events. Game room renovated to a high standard wooden floors, A/C, 75” TV with PlayStation 4 & reclining sofa, pool table. The 'South Facing Villa' has everything that you and your family could possibly need for the most magical vacation to Disney and the attractions of Kissimmee and Orlando, Florida. Situated less than 2.5 miles from Disney's doorstep, located in the fabulous Windsor Hills resort community, this fully air-conditioned Orlando vacation home away from home is a perfect base to explore all of the exciting things to do. With 5 bedrooms all with brand new mattresses and 5 bathrooms, "South facing villa" is ideal for larger families, and accommodates up to 10 guests plus infants in spacious comfort, while being licensed for 12 guests. The house has a bright and spacious family room to relax in together as a family, with occasional and coffee tables, surrounded by over-stuffed sofas and a love-seat, plus an entertainment center with cable TV and DVD player. Excellent relaxing sitting area by the swimming pool with ceiling fans on warm sunny days. The clubhouse has brand-new waterslides and amusement park for our younger guests. It has new renovated facility with bar options. Golf courses: For the golfer, there are endless option, you can probably play on different golf course every day during your vacation with less than 15 minutes’ drive, while the nearest golf course is just around the corner. Information on prices and quality can be found in the clubhouse in Windsor Hills. Disney World: Disney world is just around the block (about 5 mins drive to EPCOT). Disney downtown is close by and it is nice to go there to relax and look at all the Disney features, there are nice walkways and nice restaurants all around. Don't forget the Disney other attractions, like Cirque Soleil. All information can be found in the information desk at the Club House located at the main entrance into the Community.

House was beautifully decorated, new furniture, comfortable beds, loved the little touches like the decorative lighting up the stairs and the outdoor kitchen was great. The owners obviously take pride in their lovely house. The pool was the cleanest we have ever seen in all our years of renting villas. We had a great stay and hope to visit again sometime. Would definitely recommend.

This house will not disappoint! Great layout with tons of space. The outdoor BBQ area and pool were fantastic. The location is only 15 minutes from AK and MK. We will definitely book here again.

My family and I loved this house and location. We all really enjoyed the pool and outdoor living space. My girls loved the castle park down the road. Disney was about a 15 min drive. We will definitely be booking again in the future!

We stayed here last year and we loved the place so we came back again this year. It did not disappoint. It was perfect for our family with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Nice decor and well kept. The beds were comfortable. We spent a lot of time out by the pool and hot tub. It was great to have a washer and dryer. There are walking paths and sidewalks in the neighborhood. Great stay!

Very much enjoyed out stay at this home. Everything was exactly as described. Hot tub and pool were top notch and the heating worked well. Only about 15 minutes to the Disney World Parks.

Our family of six stayed in this vacation property. The pool/bbq area is the best! Arnar was great in answering questions and accommodating some changes we made. Truly a nice home to stay at when visiting the Orlando area.

We had 3 adult couples and 3 kids. House isn’t anything exotic or fancy but we chose because of 3 king bedrooms and each had their own bathroom. Kids stayed in the 2 double twin rooms. It was clean, plenty of room in the common areas, though we mostly sat outside by the pool while we were there. The bar/grill/tv outdoor area is awesome! Very close to Disney parks 10-15 minutes, and the main clubhouse pool and water park area were great for chill days at the house in between Disney days. The only negative is they (Windsor Hills) appear strict on not blocking sidewalks with threats to tow, and 3 vehicles do not fit in the driveway. There is overflow parking blocks away OR park sideways in the boulevard area to make it work. Arnar was quick to respond to our few questions/concerns. Would recommend, we all had a great time!

We had the most fantastic time staying in this Villa. It exceeded our expectations and had everything we needed and more. The pool was gorgeous and the close proximity to the parks was amazing. There were a few minor things that in no way impacted our stay (a few of the blinds were broken, the carpet in the twin upstairs bedroom was a little dirty and the door handle on the pool door came off on our last day) but we didn’t feel the need to complain as it was so minor. The only issue we did have was extremely noisy neighbours! There were parties going on until 3am, shouting and loud music - I thought there was a noise curfew but this wasn’t brought into effect sadly which meant we didn’t get much sleep. But this has nothing to do with the owners or the property. I would definitely recommend this villa and would love to stay here again.

We enjoyed the house but here is a few bad things. Door handle to pool was loose and broke off on my 1 year old. There was no instructions in the home for cleaning. I did the normal that you would do and I hope it was right. The guards at the front are rude! If you don’t own a house you can’t exit through just any gate. You have to use the welcome center exit. We drove around for a few minutes before finding our way out. They don’t leave but a half roll of toilet paper in the bathroom so I recommend bringing some. Some good things, the beds are comfy, the pool is warm, the grill is amazing, the location for Disney is awesome, the community is beautiful and the water park is cool for the kids. We didn’t have time to enjoy it but for around 2 hrs but it was nice. You can drink (beer) at the pool. I seen some even in the water drinking it. It really was a great stay and we enjoyed the house. I do recommend putting a picture frame in the wall with the 20 others that are hanging around the house that states the clean up list. That should be displayed as we don’t know what to do if not posted. Thank you for letting us enjoy the house! It’s beautiful! Oh the owner is such a nice person! I recommend this house to everyone!

Great Vacation Rental for Multiple Families
The property was perfect for a multiple-family vacation. Every bedroom having its own bathroom was ideal. The layout was great with multiple hang-out spots, perfect for being together but also great for when you needed some space. The location is close to the parks, but traffic is horrendous in certain areas, so be prepared for that. Super close to the grocery store, liquor store, and gas stations. The community pool and splash area were also great to have access to.

Fabulous Vacation Home
My family and I had a wonderful stay in Arnar’s home. Everything from making the reservation to leaving was done so professionally and efficiently. House was clean, organized and all essentials provided. The kitchen has everything you need. The outside grill helped us feel like home. The beds are all comfortable with adequate closet and drawer space. Three king size beds fit our needs perfectly as did the two twin bed rooms. Not that we were in bed long with the wonderful pool and patio outside! Everyone truly enjoyed the pool!!Thank you for providing a wonderful modern, clean and relaxing vacation rental home.

We loved our stay! The house met all our needs and was only about a 15-20 minute drive to the parks. The owner was great to work with and we would definitely keep this house in mind for our next visit to Florida.
The only negative is that we would’ve liked the “heated” pool water to be a little warmer. We could only use the hot tub, as the pool water was too cold.
Also, it would’ve been nice to have a Keurig machine in the kitchen. Only one person drank coffee and they had to use the regular coffee machine each day for only one cup.

Family Thanksgiving Florida trip

Great house close to Disney!
We loved our stay! The house met all our needs and was only about a 15-20 minute drive to the parks. The owner was great to work with and we would definitely keep this house in mind for our next visit to Florida.
