This amazing 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom home with a South-facing pool and hot tub/spa located in the Windsor Hills Resort is a Disney World-loving large family/group's dream! Up to 10 guests will be able to access any of the Disney parks by car in approximately 10 minutes. Universal Studios is a mere 20 minutes away. Each bedroom in this spectacular home has its own attached bathroom and a flat panel television. The 2 downstairs master bedrooms each boast a lovely view of the pool and trees behind the home. The kitchen has been recently remodeled with granite countertops and comes stocked with all the supplies you'll need to eat in if you so desire. Numerous grocery stores are less than 10 minutes away. You can take your meals in the dining room, the kitchen breakfast nook, or at the table next to the lovely heated pool and hot tub (spa). Kids will enjoy the fun Harry Potter-themed game room in the converted garage, which has a pool table, air hockey table, and another flat panel TV. Guests visiting for a long stay will enjoy the home's washer and dryer! If you're worried that you'll miss the amenities that the Disney hotels provide, fear not! Windsor Hills boasts a huge resort-style pool, giant water slides, splash pad, amazing castle-themed playscape, 2 additional playscapes, sand volleyball courts, lighted tennis and basketball courts, a putting green, a game room with video arcade games and pool tables, a club house with a convenience store, grill, business center, and welcome center, a large movie theater that shows guest's choice movies multiple times daily, a fitness center, and more, all included with your stay! You can walk to almost all of the amenities from this home in about 5 minutes. You and your family and/or friends will feel safe with the added security of a 24-hour gated and guarded entrance, ensuring that only owners and their guests are allowed inside the resort. Your trash will be conveniently be picked up every day of the week except holidays. Families with young children will find a pack ‘n play, high chair, and a nice umbrella stroller for their use. Each bedroom has an attached bathroom. Cable television and high-speed wireless Internet service, along with all the amenities at Windsor Hills Resort, are included in your stay! A gas grill is available for rent for $10/day plus 13.5% tax with an $80 minimum. Pool/spa heat (which is recommended from October through March) is $35/night plus 13.5% tax. Spa (hot tub) heat only is available for $20/night plus 13.5% tax. If you want to eat out, you'll find a ton of restaurants less then 5 minutes away along US-192. You can access I-4 in about 7 minutes. House was very clean and exactly what we expected. The instructions from the owner made it easy to get in and out of the gated community. Getting to and from the parks was simple.
This vacation was a short stay so we could start building vacation memories with our daughter who is almost 2. She had a great time at the parks and at the house.
Pool was clean and we appreciated the amenities provided to us as most were enough for what we needed. One of the most important reasons for booking this home was the two first floor master bedrooms with king size beds. The rooms were spacious. Any inconveniences or issues were so minor, it wasn't even worth mentioning.
We would definitely consider this home again for future vacations.

If you are visiting Disney World and would like to opt out of staying on their property, you should consider Sylvia's home! It was only 10-15 minutes for all parks with plenty of ammenties near her home (Wal-Mart for home items, several restaurants, and gift shops). The house was very clean and comfortable, perfect for 2-3 families. Highly recommend!

The house is exactly as listed, very spacious, clean and comfortable. Great communication with the owner, very grateful for her help and all the extras already in the home- most of necessities catered for so saved us having to buy. Windsor Hills is a well managed and safe feeling community and everyone was very friendly. Only recommendations would be (not a criticism at all) would be for Windsor Hills to have a bar area at main pool as we thought there was one- you buy premixed cocktails from the shop. Also would recommend a shelf in showers of the house for shampoos and stuff and hooks in bathroom areas to hang towels after use.
We all really enjoyed the house and pool and all agreed we would definitely stay again!

This home was very nice. It’s in a great location and not a far walk from the pool and water park. There were a couple of disappointments, the sponges they gave us were sour so we had to throw them out. There was no mop to clean up any messes from the children so we had to makeshift one, the pots and pans are horrible and everything we cooked stuck to the bottom. But other than that the place was awesome for my family.

Property was extremely clean, spacious, & acurate to the listing. Close in proximity to the Disney Parks & Universal. Pool was very clean & just what our family needed for our vacation. The resort amenities & house game room were great bonuses. Property manager as very responsive with questions i had prior to our visit. The property was well located and the Windsor hills community was excellent for our family. Was a little put out that we had to supply the property with all the basic necessities as the welcome kit did not have enough toilet paper, trash bags, etc to last for the week. Not to mention condiments. But I guess that's a standard thing these days and we did not realize that. The owners were very responsive to my inquiries and all in all I would certainly recommend the property

Beautiful home happy with area. I have two complaints #1 was air conditioning could only go to 72 I am a warm sleeper and after 8 hours walking in theme parks every day the house was very warm. I complained and was told 72 is comfortable enough. That really irritated me because I am on vacation and had to be sweaty at night. My second complaint was thousands of gnats floating in pool. My grand daughter and daughter were totally freaked out and honestly was a little nasty. Other then that it was fine .

We stayed here over Spring Break March 25th-31st 2023 and needed a place that would accommodate the family. Me, wife and our 5 kids, this house was the perfect fit. Our 2 older 16y/o boys and 10y/o girl all had their own bedrooms and bathrooms, the 2 younger shared a room and we had our own room. The house was beautiful, between the pool, hot tub, and the game room, I have to say the kids had plenty to do. They went to the clubhouse the 1st day, but didn't even care to go back up there and wanted to stay around the house on the days that we didn't go to Disney. The only problem we had was the internet went out, got ahold of Sylvia to find where the router was to try and reset, come to find out our daughter unplugged it (not knowing what it was) so she could charge her phone, lol. But a very quick response from Sylvia and all the kids where happy again. I have used VRBO about 6 or 7 times now, and I have to say this was one of my favorite rentals. I would definitely recommend and if we are back in Orlando/Kissimmee area again I won't look for another place.

This property was the perfect size for our friends and family traveling for our high school band's trip and performances at the parks. We had everything we needed and the property was clean, had comfortable beds and furniture. We opted for pool/spa heat, which was necessary with our first few days having only highs in the 60's. The alarm on the sliding patio door was annoying, but I understand the reasoning for it. We also found it difficult to cook breakfast on stainless cookware, when we are used to nonstick cookware. We added the grill to our stay and would have chose not to since it was a basic grill, only used it twice, and when we needed to use it, it was dark outside.
The rules stated the grill had to be used outside of the screened area and there is not any available lighting. It was helpful to have a cooler for use. It was great to have the game room with the air hockey and pool table, washer and dryer. We were also glad to have our own pool to swim in since the main pool water park area was very crowded making it hard to get a chair to use. It was a great property and Sylvia was easy to work with and very prompt in returning messages. I would recommend this property to anyone!

Our family ranged in age from 11 to 77, totaling 10 of us. We couldn't be more pleased with this beautiful home. We found it well stocked with cookware. It is immaculate! Any questions we had or requests were handled asap with a smile. You will be pleased for sure.

The house was exactly as described! The pool heat is a must and truly made the pool and spa a wonderful temperature. Very clean with ample linens. The only thing that would have made this a 5+ is black out curtains with the Florida sun rising so early. The clubhouse pool was not heated so the first few cool days we could not utilize unfortunately. The kids loved the hot tub and ping pong table at the clubhouse. Would definitely stay again!

Very nice house with spacious bedrooms. The kids really enjoyed the pool outside. We didn't get to use the waterpark much because it rained a lot during our stay. The laundry detergent was in with the dish washing detergent and we didn't realize it, so we had to go buy laundry detergent. But overall very good stay.

Everything I expected and more!
We absolutely loved this home! The beds were so comfortable after long days at Disney. The pool was the perfect temperature, not too hot from the summer sun and the hot tub warmed up in about 30 minutes. The living room furniture was so comfortable that our family member was looking for the manufacturer of the set! We are from Kansas City and we are used to the humidity. We set our home to 70 degrees. This home is preset to 75. That was a little too stuffy for us. We went out and bought fans for each bedroom and this suited us fine. We also weren’t used to the pool alarms and it took a couple of days to realize you need to open the door first and then press the button! We spent a couple of hours at the resort pool and our youngest (she’s 7) went down the slides at least 30 times. Fun place to spend a couple hours in the sun. One suggestion is to get there early and get a spot with an umbrella. That sun is brutal! Also, I would suggest ordering your groceries ahead of time. The Wal-Mart by the house is absolutely madness! It looked like Black Friday times 10! I’m not even exaggerating. We spent 45 minutes in line just to check out.
The owner was so quick to answer all questions and the property manager met us at the door on arrival. We enjoyed spending time in the game room and it was tolerable with the portable a/c unit in there. Our family is already making plans for our next summer vacation and are insistent we stay in this same house! Thank you so much for opening your home to us.

Little things really matter, like making sure there was a pizza cutter...Dominos didn't cut the pizza in slices...to a water bottle that hooked onto the stroller that was also made available by the owner. We forgot ours so that stroller was a lifesaver in the parks. All the rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable and everything was spotless. I even loved the layout of the home. The bedrooms were located at opposite corners of the house. That was great and made it feel nice and quiet at night. They placed a portable air conditioner in the garage game room. That was a bonus and much appreciated in July. They even left us a few pods to do laundry and the dishes, along with several garbage bags. That was really thoughtful. Hwy 192 is literally around the corner. Walmart and Starbucks are within a mile of the home. The clubhouse was great! They serve grilled burger and hot dogs which were delicious. The pool was large with warm water. The slides were super fun and there were plenty of chairs. I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay. I have saved this one as a favorite. I hope to stay there again when we head to Disney next time.

Couldn’t ask for a better experience. House was great and clean, pool was great, game room was fun for the kids. Really appreciated the supplied baby gear (high chair, stroller, etc) Adults and kids both loved it. Owner and rental company answered any questions leading up to and while there kindly and quickly. 10/10 would recommend!

We've been renting at Windsor Hills for the past 10 years and this house is the best we've ever rented! It was so clean and spacious for our family of nine. Our girls loved the princess room and all the details! The Harry Potter game room was a big hit with the boys! The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you could possibly need. This house is also stocked with everything you need for a baby/toddler as well as plenty of blankets, towels, and pool towels. The owner is quick to respond and very nice. She gives you all the information you need for your stay. We can not wait to rent this house again!
