Options are: 1) Bring Your Own; 2) Use Ours + Wash/Dry; 3) Rent Linens. 1) Bring your own sheets/pillowcases. 2) We provide sheets/pillowcases for each bed. The only requirement is that you must wash, dry, and return the sheets to their original location before you checkout! This works well for some; others do not want to do laundry on the morning of checkout. 3) There are services that rent linens + towels (drop-off/pick-up) including: Sheets at the Beach, Delaware Linen Rentals, Gale Force Rentals, Coastal Beach Services (offers bed making), and Shore Easy Rentals (offers bed making). TOWELS: We leave a stack of bath towels (enough for each guest), which must be laundered if you use.

We had a fantastic family vacation and also brought our dog. The neighborhood is quiet and within a short distance to the beach and restaurants etc. Pool and screened in porch were perfect. The house had plenty of room for everyone. Owner was very responsive to any questions we had. Definitely would come back.

This property was perfect for our group of 5. Plenty of room and amenities. We particularly loved the sun room and backyard, even though the weather was a bit cold we still got use of the pool too. We will definitely be back.

This is a great property for a family - especially if you have a dog that you don't want to leave at home. It's roomy and could easily accommodate a big group. You are about 3/4 mile walk from the beach and close to Route 1. We stayed off-season, so we were not able to use the pool, but I imagine during season it is a really nice amenity to have.

This is a great location in a quieter neighborhood thats a convenient short drive to both Rehobeth and Dewey attractions. It was a perfect getaway and a great option for families traveling with pets!

Was overall very pleased with our stay. Rebecca was very easy to work with and responsive to our needs. The house was clean and very functional, with a nice kitchen and large bedrooms. The neighbors, particularly Tom and Sturgess next door, were very welcoming and friendly. My one criticism would be the size of the toilet seats, which worked well enough for my husband and I, but might be a challenge for larger people. That one minor concern aside, Rebecca’s home is otherwise very nice and comfortable.

This house was amazing, it was tucked into a quite enclave that was walking/biking distance to the beach/boardwalk.
The house was fully equipped and we wanted for nothing. The enclosed porch was a favorite gathering place. The kitchen was big and I especially like that there were empty cabinets to store the food that we brought. Hanging by the pool was fun. I would definitely stay here again. Rebecca was easy to communicate with and her response time was above average. Thank you for a lovely, memory filled holiday!

Although the house is 0.7 mile walk from the beach it was perfect....the walk is beautiful and we enjoyed it. When we wanted to drive to the beach (due to having a baby with us) we were easily able to find close parking. The house comes with a parking pass which was convenient. We all enjoyed the pool and the very comfortable screened in back porch. The house is also close to the bike path that we rode each day. Rebecca is very responsive to questions. Great vacation!

We had a terrific week in this house, the pool was awesome! Really it’s the star of the home. The back porch was perfect the first two nights before the weather got too hot and sticky, but fans at the property helped. The game cave was perfect for the kids; we used the two futons and an air mattress for kid 3 and that worked out great. The house is very well stocked and Rebecca was so easy to communicate with, so responsive. We appreciated using an umbrella and some extra beach chairs. The living space and kitchen dining areas are good sized, we were very comfortable and hope to stay here again next year. My best free spent a few nights with us with her little chihuahua which was also very nice. Loved the location, my girl and her cousins loved walking to the playground and also the school playground and we used the parking pass for “poodle” beach. All around a great vacation!

Peaceful neighborhood. House was spacious. Sunroom got lots of use. Dogs enjoyed pool area/backyard. Short walk to beach, restaurants and shopping in Rehoboth. On lazy days, you could stay poolside. Great property if you are looking for a mix of beachtown and quiet getaway.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property! The house was situated in a great neighborhood and easy access to beach and shopping. The private pool and backyard area were a great place to hangout with the kids and dogs. We enjoyed taking walks across the turtle bridge into the beach area or driving a short way and parking to go out to the beach. The kitchen was stocked with most cooking supplies however for someone who likes to cook there aren’t many spices but we just bought our own. Coffee in the morning in the sun room was a daily favorite. All in all our family couldn’t have been a happier with this property!! We will be back!!

The pictures of this place doesn’t do it justice. Super cute house with a great backyard. My dogs loved being able to run around and had plenty of shade with the beautiful maple gave me peace of mind to really enjoy myself by the pool. Everything was super clean and well taken care of. Can’t wait to visit again

The elementary school is a block away with a great playground, tennis courts, and pickelball courts. It's nice that dogs are allowed. And, there is a wonderful downstairs area with TV, foosball table, card table, and lots of games. The rental is also close to lots of restaurants and a 5 minute drive to "downtown" Rehobeth. Rebecca also provide a parking pass. The house is in a nice little neighborhood so there is quiet and relaxation.

This is an older property, but nicely updated and very comfortable. The pool is great to have especially on a hot-hot week! The pool/yard is very cute and private - a nice little oasis after a hot day at the beach. It's a little far of a walk, especially carrying all your beach stuff. But, we actually prefer Gordon's Pond anyway, so it's fine for us. Have already asked to come back same week next year. :)
