Sauberes, stilvoll eingerichtetes Zimmer. Leckeres Essen. Das Frühstück lässt keinen Wunsch offen.
Es gibt nichts auszusetzen.

Room, Dinner and Breakfast
Reservation was made ahead of our stay by phone for the dinner at Al Falaj, but it was not register when we arrived.
Fortunately, the staff managed to accommodate a place for us (6 persons).

The experience was amazing, unfortunately the pool wasn’t open as we expected and we didn’t see anywhere that it wasn’t but they upgraded us to a room with a pool so this made up for it, it did mean you spent all your time in the room but it was an amazing room so that was good.
The camel ride wasn’t the best, for the price it felt like they walked you in circles on what mostly seemed to be the path you drove on to get there. That was disappointing.
I’m not sure if this was due to it being just my partner and I doing the tour so they took the easy route ,it would have been good to go through the dunes.

We traveled with our baby and it was perfect! One of the best hotels we have visited for sure.

Warm, kind, and professional team. Farhan from the guests services was our liaison the whole time and he was nothing short of fantastic and accommodating! We loved the hotel and it's facilities, and the room/suite was phenomenal! Will definitely go back again!

The views were outstanding. To get the good shots I would suggest going to the terrace of the steak restaurant.
Breakfast was great and lots to choose from.
Steak restaurant was very good too. Pre book to get a reservation as it fills up quickly.
The first room they gave us was an upgraded room far away from the reception and very inconvenient to catch a buggy every time as we had a stroller. Also the AC was not working properly in that room. Was annoying to move rooms with a baby at 9pm.
We much preferred the second room closer to reception and more convenient for us to get around with the stroller.

beautiful architecture even though a little dates. has a very authentic feeling
Very very poor level of staff who doesn’t make any effort whatsoever to make the whole stay enjoyable. no help, no effort, no interest in having clients happy with the experience.

Amazing dunes, beautiful resort, nice breakfast, tennis, camel ride, lovely room, friendly personnel, good room service
Not enough activities - but hopefully soon, as I was told. Not enough dining options and the desert restaurant was package only. Could not bring my pet, but again - they plan to build facilities for pets.

beautiful landscape and the hotel design makes it a beautiful place
the hotel staff literally managed to ruin our holidays - starting with front desk lying to us on check in requirements (now asking money for a kid’s bed whereas said it was free the day before), losing restaurants bookings and making me miss a flight because of the staff at the front desk (again) confusing booking time. everyone can make mistake - but the attitude of the staff and the arrogance or the manager made it an experience my family wants to forget.
