Probably the best value for money in Paris

Kind personnel, clean room and confortable matress. Value for money. The thing that impressed me: I arrived earlier than scheduled and I qleft my luggage in a storage room to take a walk in Paris. The receptionist placed himself the luggage on a shelf and tagged it with my room number. This is a proof of good management, hats off.

Everything Perfect!

The location is amazing, also the staff was very helpful and friendly. The room itself was spotless, I will definitely comeback in my next trip to Paris.

Good room, terrible bathroom.

The room was perfect: well furnished and decorated. It had a good TV w Netflix. But the bathroom was a nightmare and reason why we will not return.

The bathroom had no heating, due to this there was a lot of mold. There was no shower curtain, meaning that after shower the floor was completely wet. I really dont want to clean floor on my vacation in Paris. Also the sink and the toilet were poorly installed, I was afraid that they might fell out.

Perfect!

Bed was really comfortable, especially pillows. I will buy one of them. Staff was really nice. Location is in really good place. You can go anywhere with one bus or metro. airconditioning was good.

Room was small. Elevator was small. It is not good for the people who has claustrophobia.

Clean, accommodating staff, comfortable stay and easy access to transportation

It’s very clean and the customer service was superb, they always make sure to accommodate our request. The property is also near metro and bus stops.

Just the wifi connection isn’t working properly, but overall very pleased with our stay.

очень много путешествую по Европе , но такого теплого приема не встречала нигде , большое спасибо персоналу отеля за все . Номер был достаточно большим , чистым , светлым , ремонт свежий , каждый день убирали , атмосфера прекрасное , бесплатное кофе в номере и в Холле , метро в 1 минуте ходьбы ,опера 12 минут , место чудесное , в Париже только остановлюсь в этом отеле, не хотелось уезжать настолько понравилось все нам !!!

Все было супер 🙌

Location, friendly staff, functional and stocked rooms (nespresso machine in the room!)

The insulation to your neighbors room is limited so you hear noise but frankly it’s virtually impossible to avoid in Paris so it’s a minor gripe.

Small, but well equipped and clean room.

Small, but well equipped and clean room. Bed was reasonable comfortable. Exceeded expectations for the price.

Single room was located right by the lift and stairs. Additionally, the stairs for the adjoining building were on the other side of another wall. So it was fairly noisy.

Pleasant

Good value in a very central location in Paris. The single room was very small, but had everything I needed - well organised use of space.

The room and bedding looked comfortable and clean, but there was a very strong odour in my room from the bathroom when I arrived. I tried sleeping with the window open, but even the fresh air wouldn't remove the strong odour. Not pleasant - slept with a heavy covid mask on!

Fabulous location and staff so friendly

I liked the location it was very good. We had restaurants and cafés near us. There were aslo few bakeries nearby walking distance. The hotel is 20 minutes walk to the Opera. And 8 minutes walk to moulin rouge, 23 minutes to Sacre Coeur

Good value for money, top location and friendly staff

The staff was very friendly! Moreover, the location was also a great asset: close to the metro, stores nearby and walking distance to Montmatre.

The rooms are very small, but if you don't plan to stay there very long (opening a large suitcase can be tricky) and only need the room to sleep, it's perfect!

Great location, good sized room, modern and all the amenities you'd need. Not bad value either.

Great location, good sized room, modern and all the amenities you'd need. Not bad value either. Can get free coffee in the morning too downstairs from a coffee machine. Bed very comfy.

If I was being picky, it was a little warm in the room, but it did have temperture control so think I just needed to work it out. Breakfast looked good, but ideally maybe a bit more choice of items.

It was amazing!

The location is really close to the Metro, restaurants and bakeries which we were aiming for this trip. The staff was really helpful and very nice too. We were staying with our 5 month old baby. The stuff that I asked (crib and making our room away from other guests room so that we don’t disturb their stay ) were catered. On our second day we got a little present from the staff for our baby. That was really nice.

Superb

The best thing about the hotel was the staff, so kind and helpful at the reception! The room and facilities are modern and clean. The breakfast is small but cozy and sufficient without much crowds. The location is very convenient and the bus stop is literally at the hotel's doorstep. The metro stop is also only 2 mins' walk away. The hotel is very close to Palais Garnier. You can easily reach the Louvre museum in about 15 mins with public transportation.

The size of the room is very small but I think this is typical for Paris. There is not much space for placing your luggage in the room. The elevator is not for anyone with claustrophobia! :)

Good location, friendly staff with 24h reception, clean room, not too noisy and quite spacious (for Paris standards). Fine for a short stay.

A bit expensive. I could hear people talking from nearby rooms. Better coffee option in the rooms would be good.
