Nestled in Anaheim, this attractive house for $664 per night is a great option for your next break. Visit our beautiful pool home, perfectly set up for two families. Our home is designer decorate and upgraded with granite kitchen counters, tiled bathrooms, and wood floors. Our home has four bedrooms with 3.5 bathrooms. There are two cal-king master bedrooms with beautifully upgraded en-suites. The en-suite bathrooms have travertine tile floors, marble countertops, custom panel cabinetry, and custom showers. The two children's rooms have Full over Full bunk beds and share the hallway bathroom. Three of the four bedrooms have upgraded carpet. Throughout the rest of the home, there are hardwood and tile flooring. It has a beautifully upgraded open-concept kitchen with a dining room. The kitchen has custom paneled cabinetry, upgraded hardware, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances: stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. There is also a full-size washer, dryer, and half bath located just off the kitchen. The dining room comfortably seats 6 with additional seating at the kitchen bar and family room table. Relax in our in-ground sparkling pool and jacuzzi in the rear yard. Our pool is surrounded by scored concrete deck patio with plenty of space to soak up the sun. There is also a natural gas BBQ, patio dining set, chaise loungers, and chairs. The game room in the garage is located off the pool and deck area. The game room has Stiga Ping Pong & Standard Size Pool Table. There are also strollers, high chairs, pack n' play, and booster seats for infants and toddlers. All rooms have 46+ TV. The family room has a 60' TV with a DVD player and cable with Disney Channel & Time Warner's top 200+ channels. Hi-Speed wireless internet is included. The home has central heating and air conditioning. This house SLEEPS 10 in Beds and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 10 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors). Maximum Vehicles 3. No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles. Minimum Stay 3 Nights No Outside Music of Any Kind per Anaheim Code No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. You must be inside during this time. Pricing includes a mandatory pool/jacuzzi fee, pool heated to 82, and jacuzzi to 102 All major credit/debit cards are accepted. No cancellation refunds within 60 days of arrival. We recommend you purchase travel insurance. All homes are cleaned per CDC guidelines and fogged with a hospital-grade disinfectant. EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY: These houses are for overnight sleeping purposes ONLY. You CAN NOT rent these houses for ANY type of gathering or event. Homes are protected with Outdoor Security Cameras. The house is great with everything you need. We had 8 people (2 families of four with young adult children). The sleeping arrangements are good and the bunk beds are a good size. The games room provides some additional fun. Walking distance to the parks but would be more difficult with younger children. The city rules are strict with pretty much nothing allowed after 10pm, including the hot tub, so unfortunately after a long day of walking and being on your feet a good soak in the hot tub is not an option. Would definitely recommend.

The house was very comfortable for 8-10 people. A large kitchen with almost everything you would need. Close to Disneyland Resort. The pool and backyard are incredible.

Stay was good and everything went well. Observations were some areas were in need of an upgrade like the carpet and little bit of an odd smell in the house. Opportunities of improvements were the back yard door alarms were very annoying and I didn’t see a good reason to have them. Not enough bathroom towels. Would of been nice to have a mop for the leaking washing machine.

We had 2 families stay and we had a blast! Perfect house, in a great location. We loved coming back to the house to cook and hang at the pool and hot tub in the evening. The noise ordinance is annoying but it worked out ok, nothing can be done about it. Overall would totally stay here again!

The house was perfect for our family and we enjoyed our stay! We would stay here again. Our only disappointment was that it is not a half mile walk to Disney, as noted in the listing. We ended up parking in the Mickey & Friends/Pixar Parking garage and taking the tram to the entrance gate. The tram station is a 1.2 mile walk from the house, and the walk to Downtown Disney was longer.

Over all very happy we found this home near Disneyland. It made it that much easier. We were out at Disney till midnight and getting home within minutes was very appreciated. Over all the home was clean with a beautiful backyard and the essentials. Towel, shampoo, kitchen items. Will love better bed n pillows but we can always bring our own pillows. Thank you so much! We will be back.

I was nervous about booking a VRBO as I have never done it but was not disappointed. The house was amazing! Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, and the biggest sectional I have ever seen. We could all sit and visit, watch TV or play one of the family games we found in the closet. All kitchen appliances were upgraded and worked great. The pool, hot tub, pool table, and ping pong table were great entertainment when we weren’t at the park. The neighborhood was quiet and a quick drive to all things Disney. The alarms on the doors heading to the pool were awesome and even a little funny when the adults forgot to push the override button. Great vacation….we would go this route again!

This trip was a 2019 Christmas gift to our son and his family. We were supposed to go in 2020; and then the world shut down. There was so much anticipation built up and this property met every expectation! The kids (11yr & 14 yrs) LOVED the pool & hot tub and spent as much time as possible in it. The house was in the perfect location for Disneyland and catching an Anaheim Angels ballgame. The house was spotless and the sports fans loved that they were able to catch some of the hockey playoffs/highlights when we got back after our day at Disney & Universal Studios. Communications we had with the owners (which was only once) was handled quickly and courteously! We would highly recommend staying here. LaDonna and her team were excellent and made sure we were well prepared for our stay. My one recommendation would be to have a tea pot for us tea-grannies who MUST have their tea brewed in a proper tea pot. We used a small saucepan that worked in a pinch. ;-)
It was a lovely stay! When it came time to pack up the kids wanted to stay another WEEK!! Maybe next time!

Exactly as pictured. Nice neighborhood. Needs more signage close to the doors regarding the pool alarm. Weird quiet hours; not the same as the city ordinance. Can't use the hot tub after a long day at Disneyland; they don't allow you to be in the back yard after10:00. There are cameras set up to monitor you with threats of phone calls, etc. Overall, very nice!

We had a 3 night stay at this amazing home. We had 2 families with teenagers, young adults and a toddler. Some of the rules were strict as far as noise and utilizing the pool and game room, but as people coming from a touristy area we totally understand the need for these precautions and ordinances. We appreciated the pool door alarms with the toddler and they were easy to use. The home was well equipped with just about everything we needed. We would have liked to have a few more cleaning supplies like a dustpan and some all purpose spray, but we survived. 1/2 mile from Disney is a bit misleading. You're definitely not a 10 minute walk to the entrance to Disneyland or DCA, but to be fair I knew that prior to booking from reading the reviews. We drove a short drive to the Mickey and Minnie parking lot and paid $25/ day to park for the 2 park days. We also used Lyft to get home one night when half the crew left early. Overall the $$ we saved and the convenience of 9 of us having a home instead of 3-4 separate hotel rooms was worth the slightly longer distance to the park entrance. I'd say if you're going to walk, plan 20 minutes for walking to the tram then 20 minutes for security and taking the tram. I would certainly stay here again. The hottub and pool were amazing!

Contact and communication with the host was timely, accurate, and professional. The property was spacious and well laid out. It held 7 of us with ease. The pool was nice and a great place to hang out. The main living room was very large and allowed all 7 of us to be in one place. Only gripe about the property is that the hot tub temperature was too low and struggled to stay hot which limited how much we used it. The other note has to do with the Anaheim regulations and not the property: they are VERY strict. The strict rules on when you can utilize the outside spaces, the alarms on all of the entrances, and the cameras in the backyard made it difficult for the family to just relax. Note that this is true for all Anaheim VRBO's but is something to consider before booking.

We enjoyed the home. The location is close to Disney although probably not close enough to walk. We took Uber which was quick and easy. The house was in great shape and everything was as advertised. We asked for a late-checkout which the hosted accommodated for a fee. The only draw back of the house was all the rules. There were signs posted everywhere with rules about quiet time, going outside, etc. we were unable to use the hot tub because you cannot go outside after a certain time (I believe 9pm) and we never got back from Disney early enough to meet the curfew. If you are looking for a home base for a Disney trip, this is a great location.

The property is in a great location for going to Disneyland and Anaheim. The pool and hot tub were nice.
The house has power issues. You turn on the dryer and all the lights flicker and dim. The outlets in one room aren’t 3-prong and just outdated. There were extension cords for extra outlets. I’m not an electrician but not sure the electric is up to code.
The carpet is a bit gross and dirty.
Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay again if the above issues were resolved. In fairness, we did not report these issues to the owners as they should have been obvious and not something they could easily fix while we were there.

Great home! We would definitely stay here again. We wished we could have tacked on a couple extra days there. My kids 16-1 loved the pool in Feb. we had everything we needed. It took us a second to get use to the back door alarm like others have mentioned but I was glad it was there to keep our littles safe. We wish the outside curfew wasn’t as early cause we could have loved to soak in the hot tub later after a long day at Disney but we understand why. Overall great home! Felt comfortable to be there.

This home was perfect for our family vacation. With 8 staying in the home, one 3 years old, and one under 1 year, it was very comfortable. The pool and hot tub added a special flare, and the proximity to Disneyland was a bonus. Highly recommended!

This home was perfect for our Disney vacation. Walking to Disney was easy, the beds were super cozy, multiple bathrooms was a plus (with 6 teens), the kitchen had everything we needed, and the hot tub and pool were so nice!

Property is as described, very clean, has all the amenities and supplies you need for a great trip. Walkable to Disneyland/Downtown Disney, backyard and pool is amazing. Lots of beds and space for a couple of families to share.

We really enjoyed our stay. Home was nice/clean, and the outdoor pool and jacuzzi were great! Life vest were available for the little ones.
House is walkable to Disney, but more difficult with little ones. About 1mile to the parking garage where you could try and find a trolley, or even further to try and get to an entrance to the park. We found it a little too long for our 2/4 year olds, so bring a good stroller or rent a car and be prepared to pay for parking. Ubers we’re also really easy/affordable at all hours, so a great alternative to forego the walk without little ones in need of a car seat.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. It is well maintained, very clean, updated and in an excellent location. All communication with the property manager was easy and timely. Would definitely recommend this home for a larger group that wants to be near Disneyland. We walked or took a quick/cheap ride share to Disney every day (use the Downtown Disney gate to save tons of security check time ).

There were a few things that weren't working but the property manager was easy to get ahold of via text and fixed the issues ASAP. The amenities were awesome. The only issue I had was the "quiet time" which has nothing to do with the house itself just the neighborhood it happens to be located in.

The home was clean and cute for us Single ladies! The neighborhood is quite and felt safe for us single ladies.
The welcome computer pad was a little difficult to navigate to get started. The information in the house welcome book was out of date and we initially had difficulties turning off the garage game room alarm. Might be a good idea to put a sign up near the indoor game room alarm with the instructions to turn it off so people will easily remember. We had to call around and dealt with a horrible alarm for over an hour until we got ahold of the friendly house maintenance guy Jeff who talked us through it.
There was some confusion with how the writen instructions were wrote to start the wash for the beach towels and not the rest of the bath towels the end of our stay. It should be 2 separate paragraphs as it was confusing as to what was expected.
The washer is rusty and there's a broken doorstop but it's is not a deal breaker. The pool wasn't cleaned until the day we left. The hottub was warm and the gals loved it.
It is a 5 minute drive to Disneyland however we thought we could walk but because of the location it would have taken 30 minutes to walk. FYI. We originally thought it was a 15 minute walk but it is not. So it's close but Not close enough to walk.
We were there for a conference and there was a day at Disneyland and a Ballroom Gala one night as well. Definitely needed to drive or take an Uber.
It's a cute place over all and my friends all enjoyed staying there.

The house was clean and comfortable. The furniture was much nicer than what I have experienced at most vacation rentals. The yard was beautifully landscaped. It was actually better than the pictures. Pool and hot tub were great to come back to after a day in the parks. I would highly recommend this house.
