Situated in Anaheim, this attractive house for $746 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Nicely upgraded pool home perfect for three families. Our home has five bedrooms and four bathrooms. There are three master suites, two with Cal king beds and one Queen - all with private bathrooms. The ensuite bathrooms are beautifully upgraded with marble countertops, custom-paneled vanities, and travertine tile. The showers have been custom designed with travertine/marble inlays. The two children's rooms have full over full bunk beds. The children's rooms have access to a full bath in the hallway. All bedrooms have a 43' plasma tv with cable tv. The kitchen is spacious with granite countertops, paneled cabinetry, and black appliances: dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, gas stovetop, and microwave. Right off the kitchen is a full-size washer and dryer for guests. The open-concept dining and family room provide plenty of space to entertain. The couch has a queen sleeper sofa. The glass sliding door opens to the deck and pool area. There is plenty of space to soak up the sun on our scored concrete deck surround — plenty of seating on our outdoor patio set and loungers. Natural gas bbq grill. The game room, located in the detached garage, has a STIGA ping pong table, air hockey, and a pool table. Strollers, high chairs, pack n' play, and booster seats are available for your infants and toddlers. The main living room has high-speed wireless internet. Home has central air and heat. This house SLEEPS 10 in Beds and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 10 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors). Maximum Vehicles 2. No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles. Minimum Stay 3 Nights No Outside Music of Any Kind per Anaheim Code No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. You must be inside during this time. Pricing includes a mandatory pool fee, pool heated to 82. All major credit cards and debit cards are accepted. No cancellation refunds within 60 days of arrival. We recommend you purchase travel insurance. All homes are cleaned per CDC guidelines and fogged with a hospital-grade disinfectant. EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY: These houses are for overnight sleeping purposes ONLY. You CAN NOT rent these houses for ANY type of gathering or event. Homes are protected with Outdoor Security Cameras. There are NO inside cameras. All rentals booked within 2 weeks of arrival: Extra screening/background checks and proof of payment are required. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that is; suspicious of fraudulent behavior, determined to be made under any false pretenses, or for any purposes that would violate city/state or federal law. When we arrived the house was clean and tidy, but unseasonably cold. Someone had turned the thermostat way down. We called the maintenance property manager and within an hour he delivered space heaters to make sure we were comfortable that night while waiting for the maintenance crew to repair the heat the next day. This immediately earned them a 5 star review. This attention to detail and responsiveness was exceptional. Thank you very much!

Thank you! We had a wonderful stay. We hadn’t had a family vacation here in Disneyland since 2012 and we enjoyed this house! Beautiful layout, cleanliness, space and lots of storage! Wish we could have enjoyed more of the game room but we ran out of time. Would love to come back in the near future and this time spend more time in the pool and game room. Also loved how quiet the neighborhood was! Thank you for the great communication!

The house was great! Had enough rooms it was close to Disney. We had an issue with one of the rooms and the coffee maker did not work but over all we had a great time, and the house was big enough Fir all the family and it was beautiful would stay there again.

Awesome for multiple families traveling. Almost every room has a bathroom and the pool is phenomenal! We actually never went to the beach because the pool was amazing! We would definitely come back to this property.

Carolyn and Ladonna were great hosts. They were responsive and helpful during our stay with info we needed at the moment. The house was fully stocked with necessities in the kitchen bathroom and rooms. Though the alarm for the pool is a safety need it was a nuisance to turn off and immediately close the door behind us. A couple of suggestions the refrigerator wasn’t getting as cold as we thought it should’ve. A full inventory or what’s in the kitchen would’ve been helpful to better plan on buying or bringing supplies and equipment we needed. A hard copy of the guidebook at the mantle or table would also be helpful with large groups.

Property was set up well for our group. I try w we as super convenient to Disney. If you need stroller, they had many available. Washing machine is very large. I read that Anaheim Ordinaces restrict noise 10pm-7am. Rules showed 10am - 9am restriction. Disappointed we were not allowed to use back porch before 9am as there is a table outside we could sit at to have had coffee at.

This house was the perfect choice for our family to stay when we came down for a funeral. There was plenty of rooms and space for us to hang out or be alone. The house was in a great location, close to everything we needed. We will def recommend this place for a group to stay, or for us to stay the next time we are in town.

We needed a halfway point for our family's 2 day wedding. This was a great location for us, clean, the kids loved the bunk beds, and lots of room at the table. We loved the ping pong table, and billiards table. The kids loved that the pool was already heated so they got to enjoy that as well.

First time staying in a STR. It was very comfortable felt like home the inside was beautiful my family and kids had so much fun in the pool, the house was super clean. There was a couple off things like master bed 2 the bed had either a broken spring not sure but it was super squeaky and the back board was mostly peeled off and the alarm to the back yard was super annoying you couldn’t leave the door open for more than 10 secs without it going off. Other than that our stay was great and look foward to renting again in the future.

Perfect layout for our group, 5 adults, plus 2 of the families have younger kids. All of the grownups had our own bathrooms - which I'm always a fan of. Perfect location for Disneyland - 5 minute drive.

This company was absolutely fabulous to work with. They are very communicative-texting in advance and always responding to my texts and emails- they were just great. It gives such peace of mind when traveling to have such quick and responsive communications with the rents company. Also we were so grateful to have the info binder on the table-our daughter in law ended up having to go to the emergency room for cold-related breathing problems and being able to quickly look in the binder for a reliable and close health care center was priceless. Thank you Carolyn and LaDonna Franke Realty. You guys are great. The home was fabulous and just perfect too!

I really didn’t like the cameras everywhere and that we couldn’t use the backyard after 10:00, kinda a waste of money. If you go outside you might have the police called on you. The Internet had problems when we got there which we finally resolved. The microwave stopped working 2 days into our vacation. We lifted the paper covering off the kitchen table and had not been changed as it looked food had been spilled and just left. Overall not a very good place for us. No garage to park your car either. Actually very disappointed in this property!!!!!

Not in a comfortable environment. After five minutes of being on property the power to the entire house went down. House behind as a large dog was barking constantly we ended up checking into a hotel in the area

So many rules( all Anaheim requirements) Posted. Netflix didnt work and the contact person’s reply was he had never had issue…never heard back… No bowls for salad, etc Headboard in one bedroom peeling the fake leather.. kitchen drawers missing some knobs The bedrooms overall nice bedding. Good separation of bedrooms.. Nice to have 3 ensuite bedrooms Clearly someone spent a lot of money on renovation…. We were very quiet and respectful…… Just a non welcoming feeling overall
