Exceptional

The hotel was in a great spot, very close to the city and the bus station. The service was great, there was always someone to get help from always whit a smile and a lot of patience and love. And I have to say tanks to Olga that was very kind and made our trip easier end even more great.

Wonderful stay in Chania with the best hospitality!! A very beautiful hotel! Clean, in a very convenient location!! Friendly and helpful staff. The excellent service provided by the ladies at the reception, Olga and Eleftheria, makes a special impression. They always had a smile on their faces to help us with whatever we asked for!! Olga even prepared a list of restaurant and sightseeing recommendations for us!! We will definitely choose it again on our future visit to Chania!

definitely worse booking

very friendly stuff, central location and close to central bus station, beautiful rooftop terrace for breakfast, very clean and friendly atmosphere

they have me the room right behind the reception, but because I only stayed one night it was ok. not ok for a longer stay, cause it’s busy at the reception of course and you can hear people coming and leaving

Super welcoming!

We had an early flight and came hours before check in, but the staff were very accommodating and gave us our rooms early. The breakfast is delicious and great value, especially for it being included. It felt that the staff all wanted us to have a great experience in Chania and were super helpful in terms of restaurants and other activities.

Hotel perfect location being 5 mins from bus station and 5 mins from old town area. Breakfast home made and very good. Staff excellent and very accommodating

Perfect start to a holiday in Crete.

Excellent location for the old town and harbour. Very enjoyable breakfast. Staff helpful and friendly. Nice rooftop terrace which you could use even if the bar was closed. Bring your own beer from the kiosk across the road!

Roadworks and traffic in the street outside made it a little noisy though I slept well enough.

A great hotel for holidays in Chania

The Central City Hotel is an excellent choice for the visitors who enjoy being at the center of Chania and close to the sea. I stayed there for five days and i enjoyed a very clean modern room with a comfortable double bed. The old city is right next to the hotel and it takes five minutes to walk down to the old port . It is easy to arrive there both by taxi or bus from the airport . Even though the hotel is located at the central road , my nights were really calm . I certainly appreciated my staying in this hotel and hope to visit it again in the future. My thanks to both Rafael and Olga at the reception. They are both very professional and kind .

If I go to Chania again, I will choose Central City Hhotel for stay

I like the property location. It locates in the city centre. close to harbour, shops, restaurants, coffee shop’s & supermarket. The hotel is clean and tidy. It value the amount paid.

Superb

We had a wonderful stay here. The whole staff was exceptional and Olga definitely goes the extra mile to make Your experience there one of a kind, You can feel honest generosity and kindness from everybody. Great local breakfast in the morning on a beautiful terrace overseeing the city center and sea on one end and the mountains on the other. Even tho the Hotel itself is directly in the city center, somehow You don't hear the noise. Comfortable beds, and great people, perfect location this has made our stay perfect. And for those traveling by car...there is free parking nearby opposite a supermarket, in Chania, this is extremely important due to the lack of parking spaces. I can recommend this hotel to all that want to book a stay in the heart of Chania.

Destination was spot on. Everything was so clean. Olga was so helpful and nice.

Had to wait the breakfast quite a time, and the waitress served first some people who came after us.

Convenient location between long range bus station and center. Updated rooms.

Staff was absent or didn't follow through on providing information. No luggage storage- our luggage was left in the middle of the lobby by a rarely staffed front desk. No safe.

Wonderful stay in Chania with the best of Greek hospitality.

The best thing about staying at Central City was the hospitality of Olga, which made our stay at the hotel exceptional. Right from the beginning, she set the tone with her warm greeting, which continued throughout our stay in Chania. She is a gem and totally exemplifies true Greek hospitality. The hotel was also nice, very clean and modern and in an excellent location. Because of this, we would highly recommend at stay at the Central City Hotel for a stay in Chania. We hope to return in a few months.

The stairs at the entrace are a bit of a challenge if you have extra large or heavy luggage, but Olga was swift to step in and help, so it really wasn't much of a problem.

the best stuff

it’s close to so many attractions, and stores. the stuff was really nice, especially Olga who has been so SO helpful. she is such a great person and has such a nice personality. I love how she was so caring ! seriously THE BEST!

Comfortable and pleasant accommodation in the city centre. Very nice and helpful staff. We were very satisfied. The terrace on the roof of the hotel is a very nice place to relax.

Superb

Excellent location. 2 minutes walk to old town and bus station. The little shampoo and body wash smell very nice. Ask the staff where you can buy them next to the hotel. Staff are super friendly. Rooms are clean and spacious
